Today’s episode begins with Khyati telling Vasundhara that there is no guarantee about anything in life. She says that a roof can collapse, the earth can explode or a bomb can blast at any time. Khyati says that if people’s fears nobody would have survived till today.
Vasundhara is not convinced. Khyati says that does not mean people should sit and wait for death. She reminds her that everyone has to leave this world one day but that does not mean they stop living. Vasundhara asks Khyati not to lecture her. Khyati tells her to pray to God for Rahi’s recovery. Vasundhara asks her to stop and says she does not want to hear anything.
Vasundhara says that Rahi betrayed the family by hiding such a big truth. She says Rahi always avoided discussions about having a baby and kept making excuses. Vasundhara says Rahi never wanted a child and must now be feeling relieved that she has been proven unable to have one. Rahi becomes emotional and says that is not true.
Vasundhara says that Prem loved babies and always wanted to become a father. She says he will never get that happiness now.
Mahi Suspects Prem
Anupama looks worried. Mahi tells her that she does not want to trouble her further but she still believes Prem is behind the missing registration form. Anupama refuses to believe it and says Prem cannot stoop so low.
Mahi reminds her of everything Prem has done . She says he took away their vendor through money, insulted her and created problems for the parking lot. Mahi says everyone can clearly see how much Prem has changed.
She says Prem quietly watched them suffer and only informed them at the last moment that he had taken away their catering order. Mahi says that if Prem can snatch such a big contract he can also remove a registration form.
Anupama still refuses to believe it. She says forms are just papers and anything could have happened to them. She says Prem is not wrong he is her son. Mahi says Anupama is blaming herself for a person she knows very well. She say that Digvijay has gone to the office and may return with some good news or a solution.
Mahi tells Anupama not to blame herself and tells her that they need to prepare for tomorrow because it is a special day.
Prem Supports Rahi
Rahi apologizes to Prem. She says she never imagined the reports would reveal something so serious. She says she is ready to do anything but she will never take away his right to become a father. Prem hugs Rahi.
Vasundhara asks Prem what he is doing and says Rahi betrayed him. Prem defends Rahi. He says nobody will say anything against her because none of this is her fault. Vasundhara says Rahi hid her illness from everyone.
Prem replies that Rahi was actually deceiving herself. He says she must have been ignoring her symptoms for a long time. While Rahi was constantly worrying about him he never even noticed what she was going through. He accepts that it is his responsibility too.
Vasundhara tells him not to blame himself because he was busy fighting his own battles. Prem makes it clear that he does not need a child. He says Rahi is with him and he needs nothing else. He tells Vasundhara that she has no right to demand anything from Rahi. He reminds everyone that Rahi left Anupama for him. Prem promises that he will never leave Rahi’s hand.
Gautam’s Evil Wish
Meanwhile Gautam secretly wishes that Rahi’s problem continues forever and that she never becomes a mother. He thinks that if Raja and Pari have a baby then that child will eventually share everything with Pranshi .
Rahi and Prem Share an Emotional Moment
Rahi tells Prem that he always wanted a baby so their family could be complete. Prem says they already complete each other. He reminds her that they have Pranshi and Pari’s baby is also on the way they already have enough children in their lives.
Rahi worries that one day Prem may regret not becoming a father because of her. She even says that if he ever feels that emptiness she will not stop him from leaving her.
Prem becomes upset and tells her to stop asking such foolish questions. He says Rahi has always proved how much she loves him and now it is his turn to stand by her. He declares that they are Rahi’s family and that her health and happiness matter the most.
Khyati feels happy seeing the old Prem again and hopes that one day he also repairs his relationship with Anupama.
Digvijay Encourage Anupama
Digvijay returns and tells Anupama that visiting the office did not help. He asks her why she keeps thinking about the same issue again and again.
Anupama says she cannot stop wondering what mistake she made that caused their name to disappear from the list. She feels that if Shruti had been there they could have understood what happened.
Anupama says Shruti turned Rahi and Prem against her. However she cannot believe Prem would do such a thing. She also feels guilty whenever she suspects Prem because even though he hates her she still cannot imagine him doing something like this.
Digvijay assures her that they will find another way to submit the form tomorrow. He asks Anupama what she was discussing with Mahi. Anupama says tomorrow is a very special day and she wants it to remain a surprise.
Digvijay Helps Anupama
Anupama gets pain in her heels.
Digvijay scolds her for not taking care of herself and insists her to exercise .
Anupama follows his instructions and performs the exercises. She feels much better afterward and thanks him. However she says her real pain will disappear only after the form gets submitted. She hopes everything works out tomorrow.
Prem’s Secret Almost Gets Revealed
During the night Prem talks in his sleep. He mutters that burning the form was not a mistake and says he will not allow Anupama to win this time.
Rahi hears him and asks what form he is talking about. Prem wakes up in shock.
Rahi asks if he was having a dream and tells him to forget about the competition and the form. Prem becomes nervous and wonders how much he revealed. He tells Rahi that he is simply worried about the competition.
Rahi assures him that they will definitely win. After she leaves Prem thinks to himself that the truth about the form can never come out especially not in front of Rahi.
Anupama’s Bad Dream
Anupama sees a nightmare in which someone is burning her registration form. She wakes up frightened. Anupama decides that she will not let negative thoughts ruin the happiness in the house.
Anniversary Preparations Begin
Ansh and Hasmukh return from their morning walk. Ansh thinks that Hasmukh and Leela have no idea about the surprise party planned for them.
Hasmukh buys flowers for Leela and hopes to surprise her because she has not wished him yet. Meanwhile Leela becomes happy after finding her lost binoculars.
Leela asks Anupama where Hasmukh is. Anupama says he went for a morning walk Leela thinks that he has forgotten their wedding anniversary and has not even wis hed her.
Pari Supports Rahi
Rahi and Pari wrap gifts together for the anniversary celebration. Pari suddenly starts crying. Rahi asks what happened.
Pari says her pregnancy mood swings make her emotional over small things. Rahi thanks Pari for always supporting her. She promises to be there whenever Pari needs her. Pari tells Rahi that the baby is as much hers as it is Pari’s.
At that moment Vasundhara arrives with food for Pari. When she learns that the gifts are for Hasmukh and Leela’s anniversary she becomes upset and asks how they could even think she would allow them to attend the celebration.
Prem asks Vasundhara to let Pari go. After Prem leaves Vasundhara warn pari to take care of herself and baby and not dance in the party.
Pari tells Rahi that she will send photos and videos from the celebration. Rahi refuses and says she only wants Hasmukh and Leela’s anniversary to go well and for everyone to stay happy. Prem secretly overhears her words.
Shah Family Celebrates
The Shah family prepares a grand surprise anniversary celebration for Hasmukh and Leela. Both Hasmukh and Leela become happy after seeing the surprise arrangements.
Precap: Anupama celebrates Hasmukh and Leela’s wedding anniversary at the Shah house. Prem and Rahi arrive at the celebration.
During the function Pari suddenly breaks down in tears. Anupama becomes worried and asks what happened. Pari’s reaction appears to be connected to Rahi leaving her shocked.
