Dharma Productions is expanding its movie lineup into the world of dark fantasy and horror with a project titled Vishkanya. The upcoming film brings together an exciting fresh pair for the very first time, featuring versatile actor Rajkummar Rao alongside rising talent Pratibha Ranta. Designed as a high-concept movie, the project aims to merge rich Indian mythological roots with supernatural horror elements, creating a unique world with its own set of rules and lore.
The direction of Vishkanya will be handled by filmmaker Sonal Joshi, who previously directed the comedy drama Sukhee and served as an assistant director on big titles like Dhoom 3, Tamasha, and Jab Harry Met Sejal.
