Today’s episode begins with Uttam questioning Vidya. He asks if Lajwanti must have spoken to her about the video. He asks if after hearing everything she told Rajji and Narmada not to keep an eye on Mogra and her family.
Vidya nods yes. Uttam raises the point that Rajji and Narmada were investigating Mogra and her family with their own intentions.
He says when Lajwanti told Vidya about the video everything became clear to her. That is why she asked Rajji and Narmada not to keep an eye on Mogra and her family.
Uttam Questions Vidya
Rajji asks Uttam what his point is. Uttam says he will summarize his case after asking one question. He asks Vidya before the marriage Rajji and Narmada come to her and bring proof against Mogra.
He asks who that person was. Vidya says he was a criminal named Sikandar. She says she now knows that Sikandar lied to her to protect Mogra. She reveals that Sikandar was Mogra’s lover and that Mogra had robbed him and framed him in a false case which led to his imprisonment.
Uttam asks what happened after that. Vidya says Sikandar came to her and claimed that Narmada and Rajji had forcibly brought him there and made him lie against Mogra. Uttam says the truth and lies will be decided by the court.
Uttam Target Rajji and Narmada
Uttam says at the beginning of the case he presented Rajji and Narmada’s motive against Mogra. He says they both did not want Mogra to become the daughter-in-law of that house. He says they tried everything to break the marriage.
He says Mogra entered the house and became her in-laws favourite daughter-in-law. Uttam says Rajji and Narmada could not tolerate this. He says they both come from rich and well-educated families while Mogra comes from a poor and uneducated family.
He says they did not want Mogra to become the daughter-in-law of that house because their rule would have ended. He says they considered Mogra to be beneath them.
Rajji Uses Uttam’s Words
Rajji objects to this. Uttam says he has already made his point. Rajji says whatever Vidya said in court is true. She says apart from this whatever Uttam Suri said is a false story made to gain sympathy and she will prove it.
She says Uttam himself said a while ago that Mogra and her family hiding their financial status is not a crime. She says by saying this he has himself proved her point. She says she wants to repeat Uttam’s own words.
She says Raju and Lajwanti did not reveal their financial status and that is not a crime. In the same way Mahadev did not tell those people about the FIR in his name and that is also not a crime.
Rajji Hits Back at Uttam
She says whatever Uttam said only proves Mogra and her family hid their financial condition. She says this does prove the investigation she and Narmada were doing was not wrong.
She says their investigation was only to know about their financial condition and they had no other hidden motive.
Uttam objects and says she is misleading the case. Rajji says she is simply repeating his words exactly as he said them. The judge overrules Uttam.
Rajji Brings Up the Ten-Lakh Loan
Rajji says she wants to put one point before the court that will prove Mogra and her family had been manipulating Mahadev and his family from the beginning. She says it is about a ten-lakh loan.
In the flashback it is revealed Lajwanti told Uttam they did not have money for the wedding. She says by manipulating Ashish he arranged a loan from a jeweller’s shop and gave them the money.
Mogra says Rajji and Narmada had kept jewellery as security to repay the loan. Uttam asks why they would expose this if they wanted to expose Mogra. Mogra says Ashish and Dheeraj had stopped them from doing so
Uttam says this point can trap the case. He says if they return the money he can turn the case around
Rajji Accuses Mogra’s
In present Rajji says Mogra and her family manipulated Ashish into arranging the money. She asks Uttam to note that she is using the word manipulate very carefully.
She says this word itself shows how much of a fraud the people on the other side are. She says Ashish took the loan in his own name and nobody in the family knew about it except Dheeraj.
She says Mogra and her family are looting Mahadev’s family and now they are claiming Mahadev demanded dowry from them. She calls them professional criminals. The judge asks if there is any evidence that Ashish took the loan.
Uttam Demands Proof
Rajji presents the loan arrangement copy. The judge asks Uttam if he has anything to say. Uttam says he has the arrangement copy. The judge says Rajji is right. Uttam says it is only half the truth.
He says Rajji claims Ashish took a ten-lakh loan but where is the proof he gave this money to Mogra’s family? Rajji says when Mogra’s family did not have enough money for the wedding it is obvious where the money came from.
She says they took the money from Ashish. Uttam says if she had studied law she would not make such speculation. He says they need evidence. He says Mogra’s parents arranged the money for the marriage.
Uttam Misleads the Court
Rajji asks where they arranged the money from. Uttam says this case is not about that. Rajji says Suri is misleading the case. She says Dheeraj is an eyewitness. Uttam says Dheeraj is an accused so his testimony is not admissible.
He tells Rajji she should learn the law. He says Rajji’s claim can be proved only through Ashish but his family does not even want to see Ashish’s face because Mahadev and his family tortured his wife.
Uttam says he wants to call Lajwanti again. He says he is calling Lajwanti to reveal the truth about the ten lakh. Uttam asks Lajwanti the defence is claiming she took the ten lakh if that is true.
Lajwanti Twists the Truth
Lajwanti says it is true. She says she could not understand how a good person like Ashish could be born into a family with a demon like Mahadev. Lajwanti emotionally manipulates the situation.
She accused all the wedding preparations had been completed when suddenly Mahadev demanded ten lakh rupees as dowry from them. Vidya says Lajwanti is lying. The judge tells her that she cannot speak in between.
Mahadev says he never asked them for dowry. The judge tells him to let Lajwanti finish. Lajwanti continues. She says she was shocked to see Mahadev behaving like this. She says he started showing his true colours.
Lajwanti Manipulates the Case
Lajwanti says she begged him and told him that they could not arrange so much money. She says this greedy man became stubborn.
Uttam asks Lajwanti why she did not break the marriage. She says she is the girl’s mother and did not want Mogra to be defamed. She says they could not arrange the ten lakh rupees.
She says Ashish had started loving Mogra and did not want the relationship to break because of the dowry. But he knew Mahadev would not allow the marriage without dowry. That is why Ashish took a loan and gave them the money.
Rajji Loses Her Temper
Mahadev says she is making up the entire story. Vidya, Narmada and Rajji all start speaking together. The judge says Rajji is disturbing the dignity of the court. Rajji says Mogra and her family are professional criminals.
She says they destroyed Narmada’s womb and took the life of a child so how could she stay quiet? The judge warns Rajji that if she cannot maintain the decorum of the court he will remove her from the case. He tells everyone to remain quiet.
Rajji says all these people are together and are trying to make her look negative so that they can trap Mahadev’s family. The judge says the next hearing will be on Monday.
Uttam Threatens Rajji
Vidya becomes emotional when she sees the police taking Mahadev away. Uttam tells Rajji he has completely destroyed her own argument.
He says she thought bringing up the ten lakh rupees would be a very big move. He says he twisted the matter and destroyed her family’s reputation. He warns her if she cares about her father-in-law’s respect she should not come to court again.
Otherwise after losing the case she will have to face insults from her own family.
Rajji Breaks Down
Rajji breaks down. Vidya and Narmada try to console her. Rajji says they have failed. She says she could not save this family.
Precap: Rajji says Ashish Mogra and Lajwanti have taken advantage of Mahadev’s goodness so much that today he has been sent to the lockup.She says he will now go to jail because of this false dowry case.
Lajwanti manipulates Ashish and tells him not to listen to Rajji. She says Rajji is making up stories and does not want a settlement. Rajji says they are doing all this because Ashish does nothing to stop them. She requests Ashish to stand up for the truth and support what is right.
