Today’s episode begins with Bhanu asking who filed the complaint against Vishwa. Rajji admits that she was the one. Bhanu is left shocked. Vishwa immediately claims that Rajji is lying and questions her about any proof of physical assault. Rajji counters by saying that just like she has no proof he also has no proof that Ashish injured him.
Vishwa then states that he has eyewitnesses and insists that Ashish hit him on the head with a bottle in the market which many people saw. The police says witnesses can easily be found in the market and also in Rajji’s locality regarding the domestic violence allegations. He further adds that CCTV footage from the area will reveal the truth about whether Rajji was assaulted or not.
The inspector declares that Vishwa must be arrested and both he and Ashish will be presented before the magistrate who will decide who is right and who is wrong. He also advises Bhanu that if she wants to save Vishwa she should withdraw her case as crimes against women carry stricter punishment compared to Ashish’s case.
Vishwa declares that he wants Ashish to go to jail even if it means he has to go to jail himself. Under pressure Bhanu withdraws the case. Mahadev’s family becomes emotional and relieved as they leave the police station with Ashish .
Bhanu’s Slaps Rajji’s
Outside Bhanu stops Rajji and slaps her in anger. She accuses Rajji of bringing shame and says that from today onwards Rajji is dead to her and she should never call her mother again. Calling her ungrateful Bhanu leaves.
Rajji is left shattered and heartbroken. Narmada and Vidya try to console her while Dheeraj struggles to control his anger. Rajji breaks down saying she has become an orphan like Mahadev. The mother who gave birth to her left and now the mother who raised her has also disowned her.
She cries saying that she helped Ashish and stood for the truth but Bhanu has punished her for life. She feels that supporting the truth has cost her everything.
Rajji and Dheeraj Share Their Pain
Back at Mahadev’s house Rajji is lost in Bhanu’s harsh words. Dheeraj notices her distress and thanks her for saving Ashish. Rajji responds that she is paying a very heavy price for it.
She reveals that she was not born in the Bajpayee house Bhanu is not her biological mother and they share no blood relation. Still Bhanu gave her a mother’s love. The only blood relation she had was her brother Vishwa but by filing a complaint against him she has ended that relationship too. She now feels she has no one in the world.
Dheeraj admits that he may not fully understand her pain but he too is suffering. Mahadev has refused to accept him as his son after his marriage. He says he will not consider himself part of the family until he earns respect.
Rajji replies that at least he still has a family parents and siblings while she has no one left not even a brother. Dheeraj holds her hand and says that both of them are going through pain and that is why they have become each other’s support. He promises to earn respect and love not just for himself but for her as well and one day she will have a home and a family that truly loves her.
Mogra’s Secret Plan
Ashish feels sad while thinking about Mogra. She calls him worried that he might not answer since he was in jail. Ashish tells her that he is back home and has been proven innocent.
Mogra expresses how much she missed him. Ashish admits he missed her too but questions the point since Lajwanti has already broken their relationship. Mogra quickly ends the call fearing that if Lajwanti hears them talking it will create more problems.
Meanwhile Lajwanti praises Mogra’s acting and says she smartly handled the situation before Ashish could say anything more. Vidya asks Ashish if everything is fine and Ashish says yes.
Vidya and Mahadev Concerns Over Ashish’s
Vidya tells Mahadev that Ashish will be heartbroken again since he had started liking Mogra. Mahadev says nothing can be done as they cannot force Mogra into marriage she is Lajwanti’s daughter and the decision is hers.
Lajwanti Returns with a Shocking Proposal
The next morning Yash tells Bhanu that she could at least smile since Ashish’s relationship was broken because of them. Maddy enters and says he is sure the alliance he shows Mogra and asks if she is the same girl. Yash and Bhanu are shocked. Maddy comments that love can make even sensible people act irrationally.
As Mahadev prepares to leave for the rice mill and Dheeraj and Rajji head to college Vidya stops them She wards off the evil eye. Suddenly Lajwanti arrives with Mogra surprising everyone.
Lajwanti says she has come to apologize admitting she lost to Mogra’s love for Ashish. She says Mogra has been insisting that she will only marry Ashish or remain unmarried forever. Lajwanti admits her mistake for breaking the alliance twice and says that relationships made by God should not be broken by humans.
Vishwa asks Mogra if she truly wants to marry Ashish and confirms no one is forcing her. Mogra confidently says yes she likes Ashish very much and also feels a sense of belonging in his house. Satya teases Ashish while Lajwanti mentions her fear regarding the recent case. Vishwa assures her that the matter has been resolved and even the FIR has been canceled.
Vidya happily hugs Mogra and tells Lajwanti to finalise the alliance as they already consider her part of the family.
Narmada and Rajji Doubts
Mahadev decides to arrange Ashish and Mogra’s engagement the very next day and Lajwanti agrees.
However Narmada and Rajji are not happy. They sense something suspicious. Narmada tells Rajji that Lajwanti’s sudden sweetness feels unnatural as people usually act overly sweet only when something is wrong. Rajji agrees
Mahadev’s Family Prepares for the Engagement
The next day Mahadev’s family begins preparing for the engagement ceremony. Ashish tries to help everyone but no one allows him to do any work as they want him to relax and enjoy his special day. Rajji feels happy seeing the family together but she is reminded of Dheeraj. Early in the morning she notices him leaving the house and asks where he is going so early.
Dheeraj explains that everyone will soon get busy with the wedding preparations and if Ashish sees him he will insist on involving him in the work. That is why he is leaving before everyone wakes up. He also says that if Mahadev sees him his mood might get spoiled and he doesn’t want any trouble or drama because of himself. Saying this Dheeraj quietly leaves the house.
Vidya Reassures Narmada
Vidya asks Narmada whether she has finalized Mogra’s jewelry pieces and checked the ring size. Narmada replies that everything is already done and tells Vidya not to worry so much. She playfully asks if Vidya is getting overly concerned about the new daughter-in-law.
Vidya responds that she herself came as the first daughter-in-law of the house so she became the eldest and most responsible one. Vidya then gifts her a necklace. Narmada becomes very happy gets emotional and thanks her. Vidya tells her that she will always remain the elder and responsible daughter-in-law of the house and the arrival of someone new does not end old relationships.
Narmada clarifies that she was only joking and teasing her but Vidya firmly says that she truly means it. Narmada thanks God for giving her such a loving family and mother-in-law.
Vidya Convincing Rajji
Vidya goes to Rajji’s room and asks about Dheeraj. Rajji lies and says that he left early in the morning for some important work. Vidya expresses disappointment saying that it is his elder brother’s engagement and he should have been present to handle everything. Instead he is behaving like a guest at his own brother’s function.
Vidya then gives Rajji a saree and a necklace as a gift. Rajji says she feels lucky to have such a mother-in-law but refuses to accept the gift. She explains that she will only attend the function for as long as Dheeraj is present.
Vidya tells her not to punish her for the issues between Mahadev and Dheeraj. She says that Rajji has not done anything wrong so why should she stay away or refuse the gift? She personally chose the gift for her.
Rajji replies that since Dheeraj is her husband she understands his feelings and she cannot accept it. Vidya admits that Rajji is not wrong but asks her to think from her perspective as well. She requests her just for today not to leave her alone when everyone else will be busy. She reminds Rajji that she is like a mother to her and how can a daughter refuse her mother?
Hearing this Rajji agrees. She jokingly says that in this way Vidya will make her marry Dheeraj all over again and they share an emotional hug.
Engagement Ring Raises Suspicion
Mahadev and the family reach the engagement venue.Narmada and Rajji help Mogra to get ready. Narmada praises Mogra’s jewelry and Rajji asks whether they got their jewelry specially designed.
Genda proudly shows the engagement ring and says that it is the most expensive one chosen for Ashish. Narmada carefully looks at the ring and notices that it does not have a hallmark sign. She points out that if there is no hallmark the jewelry could either be fake or stolen. Mogra is left completely shocked .
Precap: Dheeraj is seen at the engagement venue doing jobs of handling water bottles. Vidya does not notice him but Lajwanti sees him working and calls out his name. Dheeraj is shocked and along with him Mahadev and the entire family are also left stunned.
