Today’s episode begins with Mannat telling Aishwarya that today she will expose her truth in front of Vikrant as she finally has proof. She shows a video where Mallika is calling Aishwarya mom.
Aishwarya gets furious and questions how Mannat dared to install a camera in her room. She reveals that she had sent Dhairya because of this. Mannat responds that she had no other way to expose her truth and this method worked since Mallika clearly addressed her as mom.
Aishwarya Destroys Evidence
Aishwarya snatches Mannat’s phone and throws it down breaking it. Mannat is left shocked. Aishwarya defends herself saying Mannat doesn’t even understand the context of the conversation. According to her Mallika was only talking about her own mother but Mannat twisted it for her own agenda.
She further questions how Mannat could secretly install a camera and says she has tolerated enough accusations. Aishwarya insists she is not the person Mannat believes her to be and claims she doesn’t owe her any explanation. She adds that she only tried to clarify things out of sympathy for Mannat considering the trauma she has gone through in life. But today Mannat crossed all limits, and now she is ending this matter and leaving immediately.
Mannat Attacks Aishwarya in Desperation
Mannat realizes Aishwarya is trying to escape the country and decides not to let that happen. She stops her and starts choking her forcing her to confess that she is Aishwarya Rai Singh.
Aishwarya cries for help and just then Vikrant arrives with Yashika. Vikrant is shocked to see Mannat strangling Aishwarya and immediately stops her.
Vikrant Refuses to Believe Mannat
Vikrant warns Mannat for the last time that this woman is not Aishwarya Rai Singh but Arzoo. Aishwarya continues her drama saying she has already tried explaining but Mannat keeps attacking her. She even threatens to call the police and accuses Mannat of installing cameras in her room.
Vikrant feels completely betrayed. Yashika supports Aishwarya and provokes Vikrant further saying Arzoo shouldn’t tolerate this anymore. Mannat tries to explain but Vikrant refuses to listen. He says he trusted her and believed that she had accepted the truth but now it seems like everything was a lie again.
Yashika’s Hidden Agenda Exposed
Mannat realizes that Yashika brought Vikrant there and is helping Aishwarya escape. She understands that Yashika wants her out of the house. Meanwhile Aishwarya says there is only one way to end this problem she wants to leave.
Aishwarya Blackmails Vikrant
Aishwarya tells Vikrant that if he wants to continue their partnership he must allow her to leave for London without any restrictions. Otherwise she will take legal action.
Vikrant requests her not to end the partnership as it is very important for him, and even apologizes on Mannat’s behalf. Mannat realizes that Aishwarya is using this as an excuse to escape again just like she hid for the last 7 years. If she leaves now Mannat may never find her again.
Aishwarya internally thinks that Mannat’s truth will never win against her lies and hatred. She leaves with Yashika planning to return later and destroy Mannat.
Vikrant Throws Mannat Out
Mannat tries to tell Vikrant about the camera and evidence but he refuses to hear anything. Vikrant angrily tells her to leave the house immediately. He says he knows she stayed only because of the contract but now he is freeing her from it.
He assures that all Neetu’s treatment expenses are already taken care of. However he makes one final request Mannat and her family must leave the Saluja mansion immediately and never return. Yashika pretends to care for Vikrant but he asks to be left alone and walks away. Yashika smirks thinking she has finally gotten rid of Mannat.
Mannat Breaks Down
Mannat breaks down thinking that once again Vikrant chose lies over her truth just like 7 years ago when he chose suspicion over love and trust.
Raj Supports Manmeet
At the hospital Raj supports Manmeet in front of everyone and takes her away. Kunika criticizes the hospital management calling them foolish. She says Dhruv Chawla her grandson is an investor and she will advise him not to invest in such a place.
Vishwas tries to calm her down but Kunika insists that Manmeet has already been asked to leave and now investors will decide the future. Avantika gets angry blaming Aarambh for escalating the issue unnecessarily.
Dimple Blames Aarambhi
Dimple confronts Nandita for hiding the Manmeet incident earlier. Nandita apologizes saying it was a family matter and could have been handled privately.
Dimple argues that whether small or big, a mistake is still a mistake. Since they were caught a small sacrifice is necessary to avoid bigger damage. She declares she will fix everything within a week and warns that Aarambhi is going out of control and needs to be restrained.
Mannat Plan her Next Move
Mannat tells everything to Dhairya. He says that every time it feels like they are about to win Aishwarya somehow gets ahead. He also questions Vikrant for repeating the same mistake ignoring the truth again.
Mannat reveals that the real proof is still in the laptop and she can show it to Vikrant. She is angry that Aishwarya destroyed her phone to erase evidence. Dhairya asks if she will give up but Mannat refuses. She says Aishwarya has never truly defeated her. She recalls how Aishwarya left her to die at birth but she survived because of Shruthi. However the biggest problem now is time Vikrant has given her only until tomorrow morning to leave. Before that she must expose Aishwarya.
Dhairya suggests that Yashika has created a false reality around Vikrant. If they create insecurity in her mind and threaten her position she might turn against Aishwarya and help them.
Manmeet Gets Justice Aarambhi Faces Backlash
Manmeet reflects on everything Holi incident hospital humiliation and Aarambhi supporting her. Raj apologizes to Manmeet saying he should have spoken the truth earlier. He credits Aarambhi for giving him the courage.
Manmeet thanks Aarambhi but also apologises for misunderstanding her. Aarambhi comforts her saying she had to support her because she is special. Vishwas announces that Manmeet can rejoin the hospital making her happy. However Dimple sarcastically claps at Aarambhi . When Raj defends her his father slaps him. Dimple lashes out asking Aarambhi why she created a scene in front of investors. Avantika questions why she didn’t present the evidence privately.
Aarambhi replies confidently that she did try to handle it privately but no one supported Manmeet. She simply stood for the truth.
Vishwas Confront Aarambhi
Vishwas saying that he wants to talk to Aarambhi privately. Everyone leaves the room.
Dimple remarks that controlling Aarambhi is Vishwas’s responsibility. Vishwas questions Aarambhi’s actions asking what kind of husband she thinks he is as she humiliated him in front of investors. He taunts her saying it seems like Dr. Manmeet matters more to her than her own family. Aarambhi Gives a Strong Justification . Aarambhi firmly replies that if Avantika had been in Manmeet’s place she would have reacted the same way.
She explains that when Avantika fainted everyone rushed to help her and brought her home out of concern. Using the same logic she supported Manmeet because she is also a part of the hospital. Vishwas argues that if she really wanted to help she should have done it privately. Aarambhi counters him by asking whether forcing Manmeet to apologize publicly on stage was not humiliating.
Vishwas Insults Aarambhi’s Worth
Vishwas angrily declares that whatever happened to Aarambhi was deserved. Outside Avantika assumes that once Vishwas comes out he will end his relationship with Aarambhi. Inside the room Vishwas regrets giving Aarambhi so much freedom. He reminds her that she is just his wife while he is Dr. Vishwas Tandon.
He boasts that the hospital is built with his money and accuses Aarambhi of living a luxurious life on his earnings. He says she should thank him for every breath she takes because she has no idea how hard it is to earn fame and money or to become such a big doctor.
Aarambhi Fights Back
Aarambhi boldly replies that she has also studied MBBS just like him. This statement makes Vishwas furious. Meanwhile Avantika tries to enter the room but Raj stops her asking her to stay out of family matters.
Aarambhi finally decides she will not stay silent anymore. She says that for years she kept quiet and supported him but she got nothing in return.
Aarambhi Accuses Vishwas of Betrayal
Aarambhi tells Vishwas that she trusted him but he betrayed her. Vishwas asks what she means but Aarambhi hides the real truth and instead refers to the Manmeet issue. Vishwas crosses all limits and insults her further. He says she has no status to stand equal to him and calls her just a housewife whose only identity is being his wife.
He goes on to say that she is not worthy of being his family’s daughter-in-law, not fit to be his wife and not even deserving of being Vihaan’s mother. Aarambhi is left completely shattered by these harsh words.
Vishwas Throws Aarambhi Out
In anger Vishwas throws Aarambhi out of the hospital and orders her to leave immediately. Raj tries to intervene but Dimple stops him saying this is a matter between husband and wife. Aarambhi walks away silently while Avantika feels victorious.
Mannat & Dhairya’s Plan Starts Working
In the kitchen Vishaka drinks water and overhears Mannat and Dhairya’s conversation. They successfully plant doubt in her mind by suggesting that Aishwarya might turn against her and that she may need to provide proof to save herself.
Shocking Truth About Shruthi’s Death
Vishaka confronts Aishwarya and threatens her, saying if the truth comes out she will be finished. Aishwarya asks what she is supposed to do. Mannat secretly watches them and tries to record their conversation.
In a shocking moment Vishaka reveals that Mannat will not spare Aishwarya once she finds out that Aishwarya killed her mother Shruthi. Mannat is left completely stunned hearing this truth. Aishwarya immediately stops Vishaka and asks her to stay quiet. Mannat runs away in shock while Aishwarya takes Vishaka away from there.

Meanwhile Kunika video-calls her grandson and asks him to show his face. He says he is busy working out.
Kunika tells him that Aarambhi was a college topper and now wants to restart her career as a doctor. She asks him to help her. He agrees and Kunika asks him to visit her soon before ending the call.
Aarambhi’s Emotional Breakdown
Aarambhi is seen walking alone on the road recalling all the insulting words said by Vishwas. She reaches a temple and prays emotionally. She says she sacrificed her career and dreams for Vishwas but today he claimed she has no identity. She questions God about her mistake and asks for one chance to prove herself and win her son’s custody in the future.
A New Opportunity for Aarambhi
Aarambhi receives a call from Kunika and asks if she is fine. Kunika reassures her and reminds her that she is not just Vishwas’s wife but also a gold medalist. She asks if Aarambhi still wants to become a doctor. Aarambhi says yes but explains that due to her hand injury she couldn’t perform well in her licensing exam.
Kunika informs her that her grandson has arranged another chance for her to take the exam. Aarambhi happily agrees and thanks her. She determines that soon Vishwas will face Dr. Aarambhi and she will prove him wrong.
Aarambhi Saves Mannat
On the road Aarambhi suddenly notices a vehicle about to hit Mannat. She quickly pulls her aside and saves her. However, Mannat falls unconscious.
