Today’s episode begins with Dhairya asking Mannat what happened. Mannat informs him that Vikrant has filed a custody case for Dua and the hearing is scheduled for today at 10:30 AM. Dhairya is shocked while Mannat suddenly feels dizzy. Dhairya angrily says that this is Vikrant’s real face.
Mannat asks him to calm down fearing that Dua might overhear their conversation. Dhairya reminds her that Vikrant had earlier promised he would never claim any rights over Dua but now he has sent a legal notice. He adds that Vikrant has used his money and power to fast-track the case and is now playing with their lives causing them pain and suffering.
Meanwhile Dua notices that Mannat looks disturbed and senses that something serious is going on but she doesn’t understand what. Ronnie takes Dua and Bunty away from there.
Yashika Suspect Neetu’s Involvement
Elsewhere Mallika tells Yashika that she has cast an evil eye on their happiness and now Mannat will never leave this house. However she questions why Vikrant suddenly asked for Dua’s custody as he was never this selfish.
Yashika responds that this is not entirely Vikrant’s decision and suspects that Neetu influenced him recalling that Neetu met Vikrant the previous night and likely instigated him to file the case.
Mannat Confronts Neetu in Anger
Mannat shouts Vikrant’s name in anger and demands that he come out. Neetu tries to calm her down but Mannat questions her about why Vikrant filed for custody.
Neetu replies that Mannat shouldn’t expect Vikrant to stay silent after learning the truth. She insists that this house belongs to Dua and questions how long Mannat will continue living a false life with Dhairya.
Dhairya storms off angrily. Neetu declares that Vikrant is Dua’s real father. Mannat firmly denies it saying that Vikrant is nothing to her anymore and all ties ended the day he made her sign papers at her mother’s funeral pyre. She accuses Neetu of supporting him blindly.
Mannat declares that Dua is her daughter and no one can snatch her away. Neetu insists that Vikrant doesn’t want to harm Dua.
Vikrant Plan Shocks Mannat
Neetu shows Mannat a summer school admission slip revealing that Vikrant has already enrolled Dua to keep her away from court complications. She explains that while they attend court Dua will be in school.
Mannat is shocked and accuses Vikrant of planning everything in advance without informing anyone. She says Vikrant always believes he is right but Neetu doesn’t know her neither Dhairya truly
She says she and Dhairya faced every difficulty together for seven years and vows to fight this challenge as well. Mannat tells Neetu to inform Vikrant that he should prepare to lose. She declares that even if Vikrant is the biological father Dhairya is Dua’s real father figure and she as a mother will do anything to protect her child.
Neetu becomes emotional and prays that Vikrant wins not to hurt Mannat or Dua but to bring them back into his life.
Vikrant Prepares for Court Battle
At the court Vikrant asks his lawyer if they will win. The lawyer assures him that they will try their best as Vikrant has a strong case since he was kept away from his daughter for seven years.
Vikrant thinks that if he wins Mannat will be forced to stay and eventually everything will become normal turning them into a happy family again.
Yashika arrives and questions Vikrant for filing the custody case without informing her. Vikrant admits that everything happened too quickly and he didn’t know how to tell her. He apologizes acknowledging that it’s unfair to her but says he must fight for his family because Dua is his daughter. He explains that he was unaware of the truth due to Vishakha and Aishwarya Rai Singh and now that he knows he cannot let Dua go.
When Yashika asks if he still loves Mannat Vikrant admits that he never stopped loving her. Yashika though hurt offers to help him as a friend. Vikrant thanks her and hugs her.
Dhairya Misunderstands Mannat
Back home Mannat assures Dhairya that they won’t let Vikrant take Dua away. However Dhairya sarcastically claps and accuses Mannat of being part of a plan with Vikrant.
He claims that Vikrant filing for custody is just an excuse for Mannat to stay back and reunite with him eventually becoming a happy family. Mannat is shocked and calls his accusations nonsense.
Dhairya says he warned her earlier that Neetu was planning something and he suggested they leave but she didn’t listen because she wanted to stay with Vikrant. Mannat denies this and insists she will fight Vikrant in court.
Dhairya’s Emotional Outburst
Dhairya expresses his pain saying Mannat always refers to Dua as her daughter but never acknowledges that Dua is their daughter. He reminds her that he raised Dua and loves her more than anything.
He refuses to let anyone take Dua away and accuses Vikrant of using money and power to snatch others happiness. Dhairya also claims that Mannat still loves Vikrant and will choose him again. Mannat is left shocked by his words.
Dhairya declares that he will take Dua away because he no longer trusts anyone.
Mannat and Dhairya Argument Over Dua
Mannat tries to calm Dhairya and explains that Dua is being sent to summer classes so she remains unaware of the situation. Dhairya is upset that such a big decision was taken without informing him, proving that Vikrant has already started imposing his authority.
Mannat reassures him that Ronnie is handling the legal matters and no one will separate them from Dua.
However Dhairya says he is tired of all the drama and doesn’t want to fight in court. He believes Vikrant always wins because Mannat weakens in front of him. She still loves him and in front of him she goes down on her knees and agrees to everything. He firmly declares that Dua is his daughter and no one can take that truth away from him.
Dua Overhears the Conflict
At that moment Dua arrives there. Mannat and Dhairya are shocked to see her raising tension about what she might have heard.
Precap: Mannat confronts Neetu and declares that until now she allowed Vikrant to be part of Dua’s life but not anymore. She vows that Vikrant will not even be able to see Dua. Mannat promises to win the custody case no matter what and declares that Vikrant will neither get her nor Dua.
