Today’s episode opens with Aarambhi confronting Avanthika determined to uncover who ruined her outfit. Avantika tries to calm her down reminding her that guests are waiting and it’s not the right moment to create chaos. However Aarambhi refuses to stay quiet. She asserts her identity as Mrs. Vishwas Tandon questions how anyone could dare insult her like this.
She further declares that since everyone is busy recording videos it won’t be difficult to catch the culprit. Avanthika attempts to intervene but Aarambhi snaps back saying she should have considered the consequences earlier. She even taunts Avanthika for not understanding family values calling her just an outsider despite being senior. Returning the surgical knife Aarambhi storms off.
Raj Uncovers a Hidden Truth
On the other side Raj meets Manmeet and she expresses gratitude for his help when she faints. Raj offers to treat her wound and she appreciates his kindness. However Raj brings up a mystery he’s been trying to solve.
Manmeet denies anything unusual but Raj points out similarities between her injury and his sister-in-law’s condition. He reminds her that she took leave on the day of the surgery and concealed details about the donor. Raj concludes that she secretly donated her kidney to Aarambhi. Though Manmeet refuses to admit it Raj emotionally thanks her and promises to keep her secret safe.
Aarambhi and Mannat Plan Their Next Move
Later Aarambhi vents to Mannat expressing disbelief that Avanthika could stoop so low. Mannat reveals that she noticed Aarambhi struggling and rushed to help instead of executing her original plan. Aarambhi suggests they move ahead with their next step during the cake-cutting ceremony.
Meanwhile Dua shares an important piece of information with Mannat. She overheard Yashika discussing taking Arzoo to the hospital for another opinion. Sensing something suspicious Mannat begins to worry that her plan could fall apart and realizes she cannot afford to lose this opportunity. Dhairya and Vikrant start searching for Mannat. At the same time Soundarya informs Vikrant that Mallika and Aishwarya are about to leave and she plans to hand over a dress. Dhairya realizes that stopping them is crucial or Mannat’s entire plan will fail.
Meanwhile Mannat is focused on stopping Aishwarya at any cost. Elsewhere Vishwas meets Avantika who manipulates the situation by blaming Aarambhi. She falsely claims that Aarambhi is trying to frame her and push her out of the house. Vishwas begins to suspect Aarambhi’s intentions.
Playing the victim card Avantika emotionally influences Vishwas who assures her that he will deal with Aarambhi.
The Plan Takes Shape Amid Chaos
As the situation unfolds Vikrant checks on Aishwarya who pretends to be unwell and says Mallika will take her home. Vikrant offers help but Yashika convinces him to stay back.
Meanwhile Aarambhi tends to Yuvi after he gets hurt. Mannat silently prays for everything to go according to plan. Aarambhi instructs Yuvi to run towards Aishwarya and hug her. In the process Yuvi accidentally collides with Aishwarya causing her hand to burn.
Aarambhi pretends to scold Yuvi who apologizes saying it was an accident. While Vishwas offers help Aarambhi insists she will handle it. Dimple suggests Avanthika take charge, and Aarambhi leaves to bring the first aid box.
A Dangerous Game Begins
Behind the scenes Aarambhi and Mannat secretly mix something into the first aid supplies. Aarambhi expresses her anger towards Aishwarya and Vishwas calling them cruel and saying justice will be served. She plans to make Avanthika unknowingly become a part of their scheme.
Avantika then treats Aishwarya while Mannat praises her to maintain appearances. Dimple even tells Aarambhi to learn from Avantika which doesn’t go unnoticed by Vikrant who grows suspicious. Moments later Aishwarya suddenly collapses sending everyone into panic.
Vishwas questions Aarambhi
As chaos erupts Avantika calls for medical help. Vishwas questions Aarambhi suspecting her involvement but she denies any wrongdoing. Mannat steps in to defend Aarambhi shifting the blame away.
Mallika however accuses Mannat of attempting murder and even calls the police. Aarambhi quickly handles the situation explaining that it’s a medical emergency and not a crime leading the police to step back.
Vikrant expresses gratitude to Aarambhi for managing the crisis and later apologizes to Mannat for the accusations. Mannat feels emotional realizing Vikrant supported her for the first time.
Aishwarya’s Critical Condition Revealed
At the hospital doctors reveal that Aishwarya’s liver condition has worsened significantly and she may require a transplant. Vishwas urges them to do everything possible.
Mallika immediately volunteers to donate her liver but Aarambhi questions whether she is a suitable match. Vishwas reassures Aishwarya that they will find a donor soon. Aarambhi shares her own past revealing how her husband once refused to help her but a mysterious donor saved her life. She uses this story to comfort Aishwarya suggesting that help always comes to those who deserve it.
Mannat’s Plan Turns More Dangerous
Later, Aarambhi meets Mannat and admits that their plan succeeded but there’s a risk if blood tests are repeated. She decides to manipulate the reports to avoid getting caught.
However a new complication arises when Aarambhi reveals that Mallika has already agreed to be a donor. Mannat shocked decides that they must eliminate Mallika as an obstacle. Aarambhi grows concerned as the situation becomes riskier. She prays for divine support and hopes that Mallika’s liver won’t match Aishwarya’s.
Precap: Vikrant informs Yashika that Aishwarya’s condition is extremely serious and the wedding might have to be postponed. Yashika questions his love for her. Meanwhile Vishwas confronts Aarambhi demanding to know why she doubted Avantika in the dress incident.
