Today’s episode begins with Seher feeling heartbroken after seeing Ishan and Mahid together. Amal asks Seher if she is okay after meeting Mahid.
Seher says she is fine. Seher asks why she wasn’t shocked to see Mahid. She says she already knew that Mahid was nearby.
Seher says this means Amal already knew Mahid was around. Amal replies that she knew. Seher asks why she kept it a secret.
Seher Hides Her Feelings from Amal
Amal says she did not want to trouble Seher because she knows Mahid and everything related to him affects her deeply.
She says she only wanted this matter to end quickly so that Seher would never have to face Mahid again. Seher says Mahid does not matter to her anymore. Amal says her eyes are telling a different story.
She can clearly see how disturbed Seher is after Mahid’s sudden arrival. She asks what happened. She says that after so many years Seher still has not been able to move on.
Seher’s Inner Conflict
Seher says Amal is worrying without any reason. She says her only focus is her patient. Seher reminds Amal that she had promised to help the patient. Whether it is Mahid or his son does not matter to her.
Amal is shocked and asks if Qais is Mahid’s son and whether Mahid got married. Seher says that is the surprising part. Mahid moved on and got married. She says life never stops for anyone so why should she stay upset?
Amal asks how she feels after learning that Mahid is married and if she is really okay. Seher says even if Mahid married a princess it would not make any difference to her.
She says she is happy her past with Mahid is over. She says her patient is inside and she has to go. However Seher hides her pain from Amal.
Mahid Worries About Qais Condition
Mahid is restless while Ishan becomes emotional. Another doctor gives details about Qais’ treatment. She says Seher handled Qais and gave him CPR.
Sh says that Seher prescribed a medicine in the handover report but no medicine by this name exists. She says that Seher may have made a mistake.
Zeba says she did not expect anything better from Seher.
Mahid Blames Himself
Seher sees Mahid comforting Insha. Mahid tells Insha not to lose hope because Qais needs her strength and he will recover. Tears roll down Seher’s face.
Ishan asks Mahid if he is okay. Mahid blames himself and says everything happened because of him. He says if he had not taken Qais there none of this would have happened. He apologizes to Ishan. Ishan says it is not his fault.
She says she is sure if Mahid had known Qais life was in danger he would have risked his own life first. She asks him to stop blaming himself. Seher quietly hears everything.
Seher Feels Hurt Seeing Mahid with Insha
Seher says to herself that Mahid is married has a child and she is standing there silently like a criminal.
She keeps telling herself that she is not in pain and she is not sad. She says she has already moved on in life.
Mahid and Seher’s Emotional Encounter
Mahid sees Seher walking toward the room and stands near the door. Seher tells him to move aside because she has to go inside.
Ishan asks Seher if Qais will recover. Seher says Dr. Zeba is one of the best doctors. She says they are fortunate that Zeba is treating their son. Ishan says she is misunderstanding.
Mahid tells Seher that Ishan is Qais mother. Seher says nobody needs to explain anything because she can clearly see everything with her own eyes. She excuses herself and leaves.
Insha Learns About Seher
Insha asks Mahid why the doctor was talking to him like that and asks who she is. Mahid says her name is Seher. Insha is shocked and asks if she is his Seher.
Mahid says Seher was never his and now she is nothing to him.
Zeba Ignores Seher’s Warning
Seher asks an assistant if Dr. Zeba has read the handover report she prepared for Qais. The assistant says Zeba is busy doing an echocardiography.
Seher goes to meet Zeba. Zeba scolds Seher and tells her this is the emergency ward not a park where she can walk around freely. She asks Seher to leave because she is disturbing everyone.
Seher Tries to Tell Zeba About the Medicine
Ishan becomes nervous after seeing large medical machines being taken into Qais room. Mahid asks her to stay calm.
Meanwhile Seher again tries to talk to Zeba. Zeba ignores her. Seher says she needs to tell her something important about Qais. Zeba says Qais is lying unconscious and she has to save him.
She says she has no time to listen to Seher’s unnecessary stories. Seher says it is important and related to Qais. Zeba says everything is already written in the handover report and says she can read it.
She asks Seher to leave. Seher walks away while Mahid silently watches her.
Seher Meets Fareed
Seher hopes Zeba has properly read the handover report because it is important for her to know about the trial drug given to Qais.
A nurse informs Seher that the neurology consultant doctor has arrived and is calling her. Seher asks why but the nurse does not know.
Seher thinks Zeba has already scolded her and now doctors from other cities have also come to scold her. She then sees Raziya she tries to talk to her. Raziya gets scared.
She thinks Raziya will also call her a bad doctor and ask her to leave. Seher apologizes. She says she was only treating her properly because before giving medicine, a doctor must check whether the patient really needs it.
She says she never wanted to frighten her. Raziya forgives Seher. Just then Fareed arrives and asks Seher how she is. Seher is shocked to see him and asks how he came there.
Nazima Seeks Justice
Meanwhile at Niyazi Mahal Nazima tells a servant she is hungry and asks if she can get something to eat. The servant says she does not need to ask for permission.
She says she cannot believe Nazima is the same woman who was once the princess of this house. Nazima says that time test princesses.
She says she is the daughter of someone who always stood for justice but now she herself has become a victim of injustice. She says she has come to meet Mahid because only he can get justice for her.
Husna Manipulates Nazima
Husna says she has come with the wrong hope. She says Mahid can risk his life for the public but he will never support those who betrayed him and insulted his family.
She says Nazima Wasim killed Mahid’s mother and Mahid will never forget that. Nazima says she only knows Mahid is the one who can help her. Husna says if she truly wants Mahid’s help she will have to take someone’s support.
Nazima asks whose support. Husna says Seher’s. She says if Seher’s story is not mentioned Mahid will not understand her pain. She says just as time destroyed Seher’s life it also destroyed Nazima’s life. Husna also says she understands that things are not good between her and Khalid.
She says if Nazima wants Mahid’s help she will have to use Seher’s support. Nazima says that if she has to take help from even an enemy to bring Mahid to her side she will do it.
Qais Recovers
Ishan feeds Qais while Mahid watches them. Ishan says she was terrified thinking something might have happened to him.
Qais asks what happened. Ishan says he had become unconscious. Mahid tells Ishan not to worry unnecessarily. He asks Qais to recover quickly because he is waiting for him when he will build another castle.
Qais smiles and says he will build such a beautiful castle that they will have to reward him. A nurse then tells Mahid that the doctor is calling him. He leaves.
Zeba Explains Qais Illness
Zeba tells Mahid Qais needs a few more tests. She says the initial examination suggests he may have Long QT Syndrome.
Mahid asks what that means. Zeba explains sometimes the heart’s electrical system does not work properly. Because of this a child may faint and sometimes even the heartbeat can stop.
She advises Mahid to take Qais to Lucknow as soon as possible because he will receive better treatment there. She says it is fortunate Qais recovered in time.
Mahid says Qais recovered because of Seher. He says they reached the hospital on time because of her.
Fareed Praises Seher
Fareed tells Seher seeing her wearing a doctor’s coat makes him very happy. He says if her mother were alive today she would have been proud of her.
Seher says she fulfilled her mother’s dream by becoming a doctor. However sometimes she wonders if she will ever become a good doctor. Fareed tells her she proved her talent long before she earned her medical degree.
He says doubting herself would mean insulting Kausar’s faith in her. Seher asks if he really believes she can become a good doctor.
Fareed Gives Seher an Offer
Fareed says a good doctor is not someone who only treats a disease. A good doctor also understands the patient’s emotions and circumstances.
He praises the way she handled Raziya’s case and says he is proud of her. Fareed then tells Seher that she should specialise in Neurology under his guidance.
Seher is surprised and says she does not understand. Fareed says he wants her to come to Lucknow work with him and complete her MD studies there.
