Today’s episode begins with Kausar noticing Mahid carrying Seher in his arms. Shocked she questions him about what happened to Seher and angrily demands that he put her down. However Mahid does not respond. Haider steps in and blocks Mahid’s path asking what he is doing. Kausar worried and emotional says she has been searching for Seher for hours and accuses Mahid of taking her away from her.
Mahid firmly states that Seher is still his wife until the divorce process is completed and he has no time for unnecessary arguments. He explains that Seher is unconscious and needs urgent medical attention so he is taking her to the hospital. Kausar then notices blood on the floor and panics asking Mahid what he has done to her daughter. Mahid urges her to stop questioning and help instead as Seher is losing blood. Without answering further he drives them all to the hospital.
Seher is Taken for Surgery
At the hospital doctors examine Seher and reveal that she has suffered a serious injury possibly with nerve damage. They immediately ask the nurse to prepare the operation theatre. Kausar pleads with the doctor to save her daughter. The doctor asks everyone to wait outside while Mahid stands there in shock until the ward boy escorts him out. He tells the doctor to inform him if anything is needed and begs her to save Seher. The doctor assures him they will try their best.
Blood Group Crisis Creates Panic
While waiting outside Mahid anxiously asks the nurse if Seher has regained consciousness but she informs him that Seher is still unconscious. She then asks for Seher’s blood group but neither Mahid nor Kausar knows it. The nurse hands them a list of medicines and urgently asks them to arrange everything.
Usman Grows Restless Over Seher’s Condition
Back at home Haider tells Usman that Mahid is not answering calls. Usman gets worried and says Mahid should have informed them which hospital he took Seher to. Husna taunts that no one in the house listens to them. Nazima offers medicine to Usman but he refuses to take it until he knows about Seher’s condition. Haider calms him down explaining that not taking medicine will not help. He assures him that he will search for Mahid and Seher in every hospital. Eventually Usman takes his medicine and Haider promises to bring news soon.
Kausar Asks Mahid to Stay Away from Seher
At the hospital Mahid returns with medicines. The nurse asks him to fill out a consent form as Seher’s husband. When asked for her full name, Kausar interrupts saying that since the divorce process has already started there is no point in adding Niyazi to her name anymore.
Kausar thanks Mahid for bringing Seher to the hospital but asks him to leave saying she is capable of taking care of her daughter. She reminds him that she had earlier warned him to stay away from Seher and repeats the same request. Mahid insists that Seher is important to him but Kausar accuses him of playing with her emotions. She questions where he had taken Seher and why she was missing for hours before being found in such a condition.
Mahid clarifies that he himself did not know where Seher was. He says he found her injured on the terrace of a dargah, and someone had locked them there. He insists that he cannot see Seher in pain and asks Kausar to trust him. However Kausar refuses saying she does not know whether he is telling the truth but she knows the pain he has already caused. She tells him to leave as she does not need his sympathy. Hurt by her words Mahid recalls Seher’s memories and leaves the hospital.
Sultana and Farid Struggle with Truth About Amal
Meanwhile Sultana worries about how she will conduct a DNA test if Kausar is not present. She thinks she must find the report to uncover the truth. Farid notices her tension and asks what is wrong. She admits she is confused due to Amal’s questions.
Farid suggests that hiding the truth is not right and advises her to tell Amal everything. However Sultana refuses. Farid warns that one day Amal will discover the truth that they are not her real parents and questions what will happen then. He reminds her that they have given Amal love and a good life and believes she will not leave them.
Sultana says she cannot come out of her past trauma so easily. Farid adds that Amal is already doubting her identity but he trusts their upbringing. Sultana decides they will think calmly before making any big decision.
Mahid Exposes Nazima’s Shocking Truth
Back at home Husna says Seher’s troubles never seem to end. Haider assures her that he will find Mahid. Soon Mahid returns. Haider asks about Seher and Mahid reveals that she is not fine. When questioned why he left her alone Mahid says Kausar is with her.
Mahid then notices Nazima smiling in the mirror and confronts her. He sarcastically tells her to laugh openly and even dance. In anger he breaks the mirror. When Wasim questions him Mahid accuses Nazima of smiling at Seher’s condition or his absence.
Nazima denies it but Mahid exposes her shocking act. He reveals that Nazima gave him sleeping pills took him to her room and deliberately created a scene so that Seher would misunderstand their relationship. Husna tries to stop him but the truth shocks everyone. Wasim gets angry and Fatima slaps Nazima accusing her of bringing shame to the family.
Husna tries to defend Nazima saying mistakes can be corrected but Mahid declares that her actions are unforgivable. He says her behavior has tarnished his dignity. He makes a shocking decision either Nazima will stay in the house or he will. Everyone is left stunned.
Amal Demands DNA Test and Threatens to Leave Home
Amal wakes up frightened from a bad dream and breaks down in tears. Sultana hears her and rushes to comfort her but Amal demands that she take her for a DNA test immediately. Sultana refuses due to the late hour but Amal insists saying she cannot live without knowing the truth about her identity.
She threatens to leave the house if Sultana does not agree and starts packing her bags. Seeing her determination Sultana finally agrees to take her to the hospital.
Seher’s Life in Danger
At the hospital Kausar remains worried. Parvez calls to ask about Seher and Kausar informs him that she has been attacked and lost a lot of blood. When he asks about Mahid she angrily disconnects the call.
Later the doctor informs Kausar that Seher needs an urgent blood transfusion. Her blood group is O negative which is not available at the hospital. She warns that if blood is not arranged quickly Seher may slip into a coma.
Precap: Mahid prays for Seher and feels that something terrible is about to happen. Meanwhile a mysterious magician attempts to kill Seher raising the stakes even higher.
