Today’s episode begins with Mahid meeting the nurse and apologizing to her for wrongly accusing her. He admits that he now knows she did not place the medicine card on Seher’s oxygen pipe. The nurse says she has been trying to explain the same thing for a long time that she never intended to hurt Seher but no one was ready to listen.
Mahid tells her that he can save her job but in return she will have to help him. He reveals that Seher is in danger leaving the nurse shocked and concerned.
Kausar’s Helplessness and Fareed’s Assurance
Meanwhile Kausar is extremely worried about Seher. She breaks down in tears because she is unable to arrange blood for her. While praying to God Fareed arrives in his car and notices her distressed condition.
Kausar tells him that Seher is in the hospital and urgently needs blood but they are unable to find a match. She feels helpless and guilty for not being able to do anything for her. Fareed asks her to calm down and reminds her to take care of herself first as Seher needs her.
He suggests arranging blood from a blood bank but Kausar informs him that Seher’s blood group is O negative. Fareed is shocked but assures her not to worry saying he will arrange it somehow. He also tells her that he knows someone with the same blood group who had once promised to help in emergencies.
Mahid’s Plan to Catch the Attacker
Mahid takes the nurse to Seher’s room. The nurse asks if he is sure that someone is trying to kill Seher. Mahid shows her a piece of cloth belonging to the magician. The nurse recalls seeing someone dressed like that heading toward the nursing station earlier.
Realizing the urgency Mahid says they don’t have much time. With the nurse’s help he shifts Seher to another room and asks the nurse to assist him in catching the attacker. She agrees to help him.
Kausar Decides to Bring Parvez
Kausar asks Fareed if Parvez’s blood could match Seher’s since hers cannot. Fareed explains that if the mother’s blood doesn’t match the chances of the father’s blood matching is high.
Kausar asks Fareed to drop her home despite his concern that Parvez may create trouble. She assures him that she will handle the situation.
Mahid’s Emotional Breakdown Beside Seher
Mahid sits beside Seher deeply emotional urging her to wake up. He tells her that doctors have been trying for so long to bring her back but she still hasn’t responded.
He reminds her how she didn’t wake up even when the attacker tried to harm her. He tells her that if he hadn’t been there something terrible could have happened. He begs her to respond saying he is ready to listen to anything even her scolding or logical arguments but she must open her eyes.
He says it feels strange scolding her when she cannot respond and pleads with her to wake up and blame him as she always does.
At that moment Mahid receives a call from the police informing him that Seher was attacked with a knife and is admitted to the same hospital. They assure him that a team is on the way but Mahid feels he doesn’t have time to wait as the attacker may return to finish his job.
Sultana’s Clever Blood Sample Swap
Meanwhile Sultana gives her blood sample for testing. Amal asks how long the reports will take. Sultana says medical processes take time and sends Amal outside on the pretext of calling Farid due to weak network.
As soon as Amal leaves Sultana distracts the nurse and secretly replaces her blood sample with Kauser’s sample.
Mahid’s Trap with the Nurse
The magician comes again to attack Seher but when he removes the blanket he is shocked to see the nurse instead.
In a flashback it is revealed that Mahid had requested the nurse to take Seher’s place temporarily. He promised her safety and explained that it was the only way to catch the attacker. The nurse agreed to help. The magician tries to escape but collides with Mahid. Mahid beats him but the attacker attempts to harm the nurse again.
Amal tells Sultana that Fareed’s phone is busy. Sultana suggests they return home claiming her DNA test is complete. Amal questions her but Sultana insists she has already given her blood sample. She emotionally manipulates Amal asking why she wants to insult her repeatedly and then leaves with her.
Kausar and Fareed Kidnap Parvez
Kausar and Farid secretly enter the house. Farid worries that this will create unnecessary drama but Kausar insists that they have no time to convince Pzrvez.
They abduct Parvez and take him to the hospital. Parvez gets furious and threatens them saying he won’t spare them. Kauser confronts him saying Seher is fighting for her life while he remains careless. She reveals how she has been desperately trying to arrange blood for Seher.
Parvez coldly responds that he doesn’t care and refuses to donate blood. Kausar tells him that if she had requested him politely he would never have agreed which is why she had to take this step.
Mahid Overpowers the Attacker
Mahid questions the magician about why he is targeting Seher. The attacker begs for forgiveness and tries to escape by pushing Mahid and locking himself in the washroom but Mahid foils his plan.
The magician threatens Mahid with a knife warning him to let him go or both he and Seher will die. He attempts to attack Mahid again.
Police Arrest the Magician
Mahid continues beating the attacker until the police arrive and arrest him. They assure Mahid that they will make him confess everything.
Mahid informs the police that the attacker was also after another girl and that he might know about her. The inspector promises to investigate further.
Parvez Agrees to Donate Blood
Initially refusing Parvez reconsiders. He realizes that if Mahid finds out he denied blood he could face consequences. He also fears losing money if Seher dies.
He claims that despite his differences with Kausar he loves Seher and cannot see her die. He finally agrees to donate blood. Fareed sarcastically questions his sudden change of heart.
Nazima Faces Consequences
At the same time Fatima and Wasim confront Nazima over her actions. Wasim furious and disappointed says she has brought shame to the family and crossed all limits. He makes it clear that she can no longer stay in the house and decides to arrange her marriage at the earliest. He firmly tells her that she will only be allowed to return once her marriage is finalized. Hearing this Nazima is left shattered and breaks down in tears.
Seher Out of Danger Mahid Decides to Step Back
Later Pervez donates blood successfully. Farid informs Mahid that Seher is now out of danger.
Mahid reveals to Farid that he divorced Seher after learning about her real age. Farid hugs him and appreciates his honesty. Kauser thanks Mahid for saving Seher and admits she knew nothing about the attacker. Mahid assures her that he will not ruin Seher’s future and will try to stay away from her life. He prays that their paths never cross again.
Precap: Nazima tells Mahid that she is leaving the house. Mahid says she can stay if she wants but what she did was not just a mistake it was a crime and she must pay for it. Nazima says she accepts any punishment he gives. Mahid then shocks her by saying that she will have to get engaged to him. Nazima is surprised but also appears happy.
