Today’s episode begins with Seher learning that the flight has been delayed because of bad weather. She starts searching for Amal.
Seher wonders why Mahid was also supposed to come to the airport. She says she is sure that he is somewhere nearby and can appear from any gate at any moment.
Mahid Gets Worried About Seher
Seher accidentally bumps into the magazine stand and the ice cream falls on her dress. A few people help her.
Mahid sees Seher from a distance and hides himself. Seeing the stain on Seher’s dress people think she is injured and that blood is coming from her stomach. Feeling uncomfortable Seher excuses herself and leaves.
Mahid overhears them and gets worried. He says he should check on her. He wonders how she lived without him for seven years but if he follows her now, it may create more problems.
Mahid Helps Seher
Meanwhile Ishan and Qias are waiting. Qias asks how much longer they have to wait and asks where Mahid is. Ishan says Mahid is coming and asks Qias not to trouble him.
Seher tries to clean the ice cream stain from her dress. Mahid comes there. Seher asks why he is there. Mahid says he thought she was bleeding and wants to help her.
He says just as strongly as Seher wants to stay away from him he also does not want to come close to her. But right now she is hurt. Seher says she is fine and asks him to leave.
Mahid says she is lying and asks her to let him check. Seher tells him it is not blood but ice cream. She explains she bought ice cream for Amal.

Mahid Cares for Seher
Mahid says he will turn away and help her. Seher hesitates. Mahid assures her that he will keep his eyes closed. Mahid removes the ice cream stain from her dress.
Seher thanks him. Mahid gives Seher his coat and asks her to wear it because people will keep asking questions after seeing the stain. Seher accepts the coat and leaves.
Qias Notices Mahid’s Coat
Qais Notices Insha in Thought. He deliberately throws the car away and asks her to help him find them. Insha tells him to wait while she looks for the car.
Meanwhile Seher notices that everyone is staring at her. She wears a Mahid’s coat. Qias recognises Mahid’s coat and asks Seher why she is wearing it. Seher lies and says she was feeling cold.
Mahid arrives and says Seher never lies. She told him she was feeling cold so he believed her. Qias notices the ice cream in Seher’s hand and asks why she is eating ice cream if she is feeling cold.
Seher Learns the Truth About Qais’s Father
Qias then asks Mahid to buy him another ice cream. Mahid asks Seher if Qias can eat ice cream in his current condition. Seher says he can but says Qias to ask his father first.
Qias asks where his father is he does not even know who his father is. He says all his friends have fathers so he also wants to meet his father. Seher is shocked.
Qias says he has never met his father because Insha never tells him anything about him. Seher changes the topic and says she was not talking about his father. She says she was talking about Mahid he should ask Mahid.
Insha Gives Seher and Mahid Space
Seher asks Qias why he calls Mahid Dhima.
Qias says when he was little he used to speak everything the wrong way so instead of Mahid he started calling him Dhima.
Qias then asks Mahid to take him for ice cream. Just then Ishan arrives. She sees Seher standing with Mahid. Ishan says she will take Qias with her because sometimes silence needs to be broken. She leaves with Qias.
Seher Questions Mahid
Seher says she saw Insha’s name in the complaint letter. She says Mahid lied to her by saying that Insha was his wife. Mahid says he never told her anything.
Seher says it was a misunderstanding and he could have cleared it. Mahid asks why he should clear it. He says there is no relationship between them. They are not even friends and he has no intention of becoming friends with her. He adds that seher only hates him. Seher walks away.
Fareed Defends Seher
Meanwhile at the medical camp a man comes and tells Zeba that one of Seher’s patients has sent a gift for her.
He says on the first day of the camp the patient had been suffering from stomach pain for many months. Seher identified the illness and gave the right medicine and now the patient has completely recovered.
The man says Seher is not at the camp anymore but he will be happy if Zeba gives the gift to Seher. Fareed arrives and says he also has a patient who wants to thank Seher from the heart.
Zeba Disagrees with Fareed
Fareed tells Zeba that Seher is very talented and that one day her talent could save many lives. Zeba disagrees.
She says that talent alone is not enough. A doctor also needs discipline. She says Seher saved Qias by giving him an experimental medicine. She say it was not Seher’s talent but Qias’s strong immune system that saved him. Otherwise anything could have happened.
She says Seher neither follows protocols nor follows rules. Zeba believes Seher should choose another career because she is not fit to be a doctor. Fareed disagrees.
Fareed Requests Zeba
Fareed says if this happens they will lose a doctor who is willing to risk her own career to save a patient’s life. He says Zeba is punishing Seher for saving a patient.
Fareed tells her even she had once broken medical protocol. Zeba says after that she lost her son. That is why she never allows anyone to break protocol because she does not want anyone else to suffer the same pain.
Fareed says he is sorry for her loss. He says Zeba regrets her own mistake but she is taking out that regret on Seher. He says Seher needs guidance not punishment. Fareed requests Zeba to withdraw her complaint against Seher.
Mahid and Seher Think About Each Other
Mahid realizes his wallet is still inside the coat that he gave to Seher. Meanwhile Amal asks Seher if the man who gave her the coat was handsome.
Seher says the coat belongs to Mahid. Amal says her guess was right. She says Mahid is good-looking and rich but he is also the same person who filled Seher’s life with pain. She says she hates him.
Amal says life already has so many problems. Seher says she knows. She prays to God to show her the right path. She says whichever direction God points her towards she will follow it and reach her destination.
At the same time Mahid wonders why he keeps crossing paths with Seher again and again.
Precap: Fareed tells Seher that Zeba is ready to withdraw her complaint. However she has one condition. If Seher wants the complaint to be withdrawn she must join Shifa Lucknow Hospital. Seher agrees to go to Lucknow. Mahid overhears their conversation.
