Today’s episode begins with Mahid giving his verdict in the case between a father and his son. He says if a father claims his property then the son can never be able to run his business.
He says if the son leaves the business then the father will be left without any income or son. Mahid says they are father and son so they have to support each other.
Khalid Brings Nazima’s Case
Khalid comes there and says he has come with another problem. He asks Mahid to do justice for him. He says Seher is misleading Nazima even though she is alive. He asks Mahid to help him get Nazima back and falls at Mahid’s feet.
Mahid asks Seher to bring Nazima and come forward. Haider says this case cannot be heard because it is not even on the list. He says this is against the rules of the assembly. Mahid says he is the leader and he will decide which matter will be discussed and when.
Nobody else will decide that. Seher comes forward with Nazima. Mahid asks Seher to reveal her identity the woman standing in the burqa .Seher says she is Nazima. Mahid asks Nazima to remove her veil without fear.
she tells Nazima she does not need to hide anymore. she says today she will prove she is not wrong and she has not committed any crime. she says she will also tell everyone what wrong has happened to her.
Husna Demands Nazima’s Arrest
Hakim tells Husna he has brought a bangle for her. A servant comes there with his suitcase. He says he was bringing the suitcase to him but on the way Seher and Nazima bumped into him and the suitcase fell down.
Husna gets shocked and starts panicking and rush to assembly . She questions Seher about why she is still supporting Nazima who tried to prove Mahid crazy in front of the assembly. Husna says she cannot tolerate this anymore. She says she will not spare Nazima and will send her a lockup.
She demands the police be called and Nazima be arrested. Seher tells Mahid he is the protector of justice so how can he declare someone guilty without hearing the other side? She says Nazima should get a chance to present her side.
Amal Fears for Seher
Meanwhile at the hospital Amal tells Fareed she wants to ask him something. She asks if the Niyazi family is dangerous. She asks if they are so old-fashioned they cannot do anything to take revenge.
Fareed says she is worried about Seher. Amal says there is a lot of political activity going on inside the Niyazi family especially involving Husna and Haider. He finds them suspicious.
Seher Challenges Mahid
Seher keeps five bottles in front of Mahid.She asks if he can tell which one of them contains poison. Husna says Mahid is not a physician so how can he tell which bottles contain poison?. Seher says Mahid is not a physician but his Hakim is.
She says he can come and tell them which bottle contains poison. Hakim says Seher wants to test them. He asks her to come forward and identify the bottle. Seher says whoever is patient in the face of injustice is also supporting injustice. Mahid tells her if she wants to trap him in her debate she should wait for a while.
He says she will understand properly what he means. He says even religious books say if justice is delayed it becomes equal to a crime. He tells her she is wasting his time while many people are waiting to bring their complaints before him.
Seher Defends Nazima
Seher asks if Nazima is not a complaint in his eyes. She says the only reason he is saying this could be that Nazima may have committed a crime against her. Mahid says Seher is questioning his intentions even though he has not allowed anything to come between his duty.
He reminds her as soon as he learned she was sixteen years old he went against Usman and divorced him. Hakim identifies the poison. Seher drinks from the bottle. Mahid panics. Seher reveal none of the bottles had poison and she is fine.
Mahid says this was not a joke. He says trying to kill herself is a crime. He says he did not want the assembly to become a witness to this which is why he tried to save her. He asks Seher to tell him what kind of joke this was.
Amal Is Shocked by the Rumour
Meanwhile at the hospital Amal hears a Maulana talking about a bee attack and learns that Seher and Mahid’s engagement has broken. Amal asks what they are saying and says no engagement has broken.
She grabs the man by his collar and asks why he is spreading such rumours. The man gets angry with Amal and leaves . Amal tells Fareed they were saying Mahid and Seher’s engagement had broken.
Fareed says he does not know if the news is true or not. But if it is true then he has to bring Mahid and Seher’s engagement back on track somehow. He says he knows how to do it. He then leaves for an operation while Amal remains worried.
Seher Exposes the Truth
Seher tells Mahid this was not a joke. It was evidence. She says even an experienced doctor like Hakim could find out the bottles did not contain poison.
She asks how Nazima who does not even have knowledge about medicine could know which medicine in Hakim’s medicine box was poison and which one was not. She asks Hakim when he saw Nazima near his medicine box he had mentioned even once what effect the stolen medicine could have on a person.
Hakim says he does not remember. He only remembers saying the medicine could be dangerous. Seher says Nazima did not know what effect the stolen medicine could have on a person. She says Nazima was given a glass of water in the middle of the gathering.
Seher Proves Nazima’s Innocence
Mahid asks if someone gave it to her. Seher says Husna did. Husna says Seher is now putting the blame on her. She says there was smoke in the house because of the fire so she could not see properly.
She says she did not give the glass to Nazima directly. Someone handed it to her and she passed it forward. Seher says Nazima also did the same thing. She asks why Nazima should be blamed when Husna is not being held guilty for doing this.
Khalid says Seher has removed all the blame from Nazima. He says now there is no police matter and he can take Nazima home. Seher warns him if he comes near Nazima nobody will be able to save him. She asks him to step back.
Seher Speaks for Nazima
Seher tells Mahid Nazima does not come to the assembly to prove the allegations against her are wrong. She says Nazima has only come there to get justice. Seher says Nazima wants to get a divorce from Khalid.
Insha Meets Tahir
Insha meets Tahir. She says she was sure she would find him there. She says his old habit has still not changed. Tahir is surprised she still remembers his old habit. He says if he had been in her place he would have forgotten all those habits.
He says he was taken away in front of her eyes by the goons sent by her father and he could not do anything. He says his failure changed his life. Insha says many things went wrong in her marriage but that marriage gave her the most valuable thing Qias.
Tahir says Mahid and Qias are quite similar. Insha says every boy looks for a man from whom he can learn something. She says Qias was also looking for such a person and his search ended with Mahid. Tahir says there is no one like Mahid.
He says in front of Mahid he is just an ordinary person. Insha says seven years ago she did not consider him responsible and now she has forgotten it. She says he should also forget it.
Khalid Threatens Nazima
Mahid says their laws give every woman the right to take a divorce from anyone. He says if Nazima wants a divorce from Khalid she will have to return the Meher money to Khalid.
He says Nazima is the daughter of the Niyazi family so he will help her. Seher says Nazima is ready to return the Meher money. She says Nazima wants a divorce because she is tired of Khalid’s torture. She asks Nazima to tell everyone what Khalid has done to her.
Khalid threatened Nazima if she wanted to create a scene by bringing everything happened between them in front of everyone. He says if everything comes out the world will point fingers at Nazima. He asks her to end this drama.
Seher Confronts Khalid
Seher confronts Khalid. She says first he makes women victims of his force and then he covers their wounds in the name of honour and forces them to stay silent. Khalid requests the members of the assembly to teach Seher some manners.
He says in a matter between a husband and wife a third person has no right to speak. Seher says this matter is no longer only between a husband and wife. She says if what Khalid did to Nazima comes out in front of everyone he will have nowhere to hide.
She says he wants Nazima to remain silent. Seher says Nazima is his wife not his property. She says marriage does not make a man the owner of a woman. She says touching a woman against her will and treating her badly is called oppression.
Husna Tries to Silence Seher
Husna asks what Seher is doing. She says Seher has crossed every limit of shame. Husna says Seher has no right to remain between them. She demands Seher be thrown out of society.
Some people say Seher is standing against respected people who have gathered there she should keep some respect . Some people say that is why girls should not be given too much education.
Seher repeats Suran Nisha’s words to make her point clear. she says if what she is doing is wrong then Mahid should correct her. Haider asks Seher to remain silent.
Seher Takes a Stand
Seher says she cannot remain silent while a criminal is trying to escape from his crime. Seher says last night Khalid was running behind Nazima and her with his goons and Mahid himself is a witness to it.
Khalid says Seher is lying. He says if women move around like this late at night someone or the other will follow them so how can he be called guilty?
Seher Brings Khalid’s Crime to Light
Seher asks if trying to kill his unborn daughter is not a crime. She asks if their religion gives someone the right to harm an unborn child or whether this is also considered a husband’s right.
Khalid says this is a lie. Mahid tells him that if he is innocent he should prove it.
Precap:- Seher and Mahid set a trap for Khalid. When Khalid comes to meet the doctor Seher and Mahid overhear their conversation. The doctor gives Khalid Nazima’s real medical report and tells him his man had called him and asked to meet him.
Khalid denies making the call. Mahid then comes out and reveals he was the one who called them. Mahid hits the doctor and the inspector arrests Khalid.
