Today’s episode begins with the crowd demanding punishment for Kausar. They insist that her hair should be cut as a punishment. Kausar and Seher are terrified.
Safia brings a pair of scissors. Asad stops her and asks what she is doing. Safia tells him to stay quiet. She says Kausar should receive such a punishment that every unfaithful woman would be terrified after seeing it.
Seher asks Safia to stay away from Kausar. Kausar and Seher try to snatch the scissors from Safia’s hand. Safia says there is no place in their society for a woman like Kausar. She says only those women deserve a place in society who follow the teachings of the Quran not a woman like Kausar who has brought shame upon everyone.
Kausar argues that Parvez is lying and questions how everyone can blindly trust him. Seher tells Safia that she has no right to insult Kausar and asks her to stay within her limits.
Seher Protects Kausar
Safia further instigates the crowd. She says if they remain silent today tomorrow their own children will question them.
The crowd grabs Kausar and separates her from Seher. Safia tries to cut Kausar’s hair.
Seher frees herself from the crowd and pushes Safia away. She picks up the scissors and warns everyone to stay away from Kausar. She declares that if anyone tries to insult Kausar again the consequences will not be good.
Kausar tells Usman that if a person with a narrow mentality like him is leading the community then this is the kind of society that will exist. She points out that many of the women demanding her punishment do not even realize that they themselves are living like prisoners.
Kausar says that if thinking differently is considered a crime then she accepts that crime. She further states that she spits on a society that considers dreams of freedom to be a disease.।Usman is left shocked by her words.
Seher Chooses Kausar Over Everyone
As Kausar and Seher prepare to leave Usman stops Seher. He tells her that she is still the daughter-in-law of the Niyazi family and orders her to stay at Niyazi Manzil instead of leaving with Kausar.
Seher firmly refuses. She says that if the entire universe stood on one side and Kausar stood on the other she would choose Kausar without any hesitation because Kausar is right. She adds that she does not need the identity of being someone’s daughter-in-law because being Kausar’s daughter is enough for her.
Seher and Kausar walk away
Furious Usman announces that Seher and Kausar are no longer a part of their society. He declares that neither of them has the right to live among them. He also warns everyone that anyone who shelters or helps them will face severe punishment.
Mahid Learns the Truth
Mahid arrives at the ceremony venue but cannot find Seher or Kausar there. Asad tells him that the crowd attacked Kausar and Seher and even tried to cut Kausar’s hair. He says everyone humiliated them and now went away for the celebrations.
Asad hugs Mahid and says he feared that the crowd would kill Seher and Kausar. Mahid asks him what exactly happened.
Seher and Kausar Begin a Journey
Meanwhile Seher and Kausar continue walking. Seher struggles to carry the bags while Kausar wonders when their situation will ever change.
Seher says that after her exam results the entire city is talking about her. She says that there is a huge difference between her and Parvez and insists that because they have done nothing wrong nothing wrong will happen to them.
She says that once they arrange a place to stay everything will improve. Seher asks whether they can stay with Barqat but Kausar refuses. She says that Usman has threatened everyone and helping them could put Barqat’s workplace and her at risk. Kausar says women seem to have only one right in society the right to bow their heads and live in silence.
Seher disagrees. She says women are denied education so they can never fight for their rights. She says she is a topper and she can start giving tuition classes. With the money earned she will buy cloth, and Kausar can embroider designs on it. They can then sell in the market.
Seher says they also have to bring Amal back home.
Mahid Help Seher
As they continue walking Seher suddenly feels dizzy. They stop to rest for a while. Kausar wonders where this endless road will lead them.
Seher tells her that life is all about moving from one destination to another. She assures Kausar that somewhere ahead of a destination is waiting for them. At that moment Mahid arrives and asks them to get into his car.
He promises to take them to a safe place. He tells that the people who insulted Kausar will have to answer for their actions and that Usman will also be held accountable. Mahid apologizes to Kausar on behalf of Usman. Kausar becomes emotional.
He promised that everyone who misunderstood her, defamed her and mocked her will apologize to her. He vows to teach every person in that room what it truly means to respect women.
Husna Manipulates Usman
Elsewhere Haider warns Husna meeting Usman at this time is a bad idea because he is already furious.
However Husna insists that after today’s incident Usman’s ability to think clearly has weakened and is the perfect time to convince him. Husna begins speaking against Seher to Usman. She claims she always knew Seher was not a good girl and says today’s incident has proven it.
She blames Usman for bringing Seher into the family. she says Seher deliberately entered the family to destroy their reputation. She also accuses Seher of controlling Mahid. Husna says Mahid left the hospital because of Seher and is no longer the obedient son he once was. she says he has become Seher’s servant.
Husna suggests that Mahid is no longer suitable to become the next Mufti. Usman however refuses to listen to her . He says nobody is more capable than Mahid. If anyone believes they should come forward and prove it.
Usman asks Husna to leave him alone. He admits that apart from Mahid he has no one he can truly call his own. Haider then takes Husna away.
Mahid Comfort Seher
While driving Mahid notices Seher looking worried through the rear-view mirror. He stops the car and gives water to both Seher and Kausar. Mahid then gently holds Seher’s hand and silently reassures her.
Mahid brings Seher and Kausar to Fareed’s house. Seher questions why they have come there. Mahid explains that he has always fought for justice and asks them to trust his intentions. He says there must be a reason why Parvez was punished and now he wants to find proof that will prove Kausar’s innocence.
Kausar says they should not darg Fareed into this . However Seher believes Fareed deserves to know that Parvez is defaming him.
Fareed who is already worried about Amal is shocked to see Mahid with Seher and Kausar. He asks is everything is alright.
Precap: Mahid tells Seher that a true leader is someone who recognizes Unfairness and has the courage to stop it. He says Usman remained silent when injustice happened and because of that he feels ashamed of him.
Seher says he is not responsible for Usman’s decisions. Mahid wishes he could stay by her side. Seher tells him after today their paths will separate forever and they may never meet again.
