Today’s episode begins with Mahid asking Seher why she wanted to stop him. Seher says a month ago she took an oath to help people in need. She says a patient can be a friend or an enemy, her own or a stranger, good or bad but as a doctor she must fulfil her duty.
She says Mahid fell from a great height and could be injured so she has to examine him. Kaiz also insists that Mahid should take treatment. Seher treats Mahid and applies medicine to his injuries.
Amal Worries About Seher
Meanwhile Amal says the driver in the jungle met with an accident and they have to take the patient to the hospital.The driver asks who got injured.
Amal says she does not know Seher is checking the patient. The driver says if no one is injured why did Seher go into the jungle? He says she is either very brave or has no sense. He wonders what would happen if the person turned out to be dangerous.
Amal asks him why he is trying to scare her. She warns him if anything happens to Seher she will make sure he loses his job. Amal forces the driver to come with her to look for Seher.
Mahid and Seher’s Emotional Argument
Seher asks Mahid if he is feeling dizzy or has a headache. She asks him today’s date. Mahid tells her the date. Seher asks him to look at her.
Mahid gets angry and asks what her problem is. He says she had prayed from her heart that they would never meet again so why is she following him now?
He says he does not even want to look into her eyes. Seher says she only wants to make sure he has not suffered a concussion because of the fall. Mahid says she should not care whether he lives or dies, suffers in pain or is buried in the ground.
Mahid Pushes Seher Away
Seher says she is only doing her duty as a doctor. Mahid says there is no relationship, responsibility or duty left between them.
He says even if he dies she should not come near his funeral.
Mahid says he tried his best to protect Seher and Kausar. He says he left no stone unturned to prove Kausar’s innocence. But in the end whatever happened everyone blamed only him.
He says the accusations she made against him during the last seven years still echo in his ears. Seher says he thinks she has forgotten everything.
Seher Blames Mahid
Seher says seven years have passed but the pain still makes her restless. She says it still feels as if everything happened yesterday.
Seher says that pain has become like a stone in her heart and she knows she is responsible for it. She says she became a doctor but her dream still feels incomplete because no one is there to celebrate with her.
She says she had seen that dream with Kausar but Kausar is no longer in this world and Mahid is responsible for it. Mahid says if that is how she feels then she should not treat him.
He asks her to leave. Seher feels hurt and walks away in anger.
Nazima Refuses to Leave Niyazi Manzil
At Niyazi Manzil Nazima is preparing her bed. Husna asks what she is doing and whether she plans to stay there. Nazima says she will stay there until Mahid returns.
Husna says she cannot stay in Niyazi Manzil. Nazima warns her not to forget that she is also the daughter of this house and has equal rights. She says only Mahid has the right to throw her out.
Husna grabs her and says her tongue has become too sharp. She warns Nazima that if she argues too much she will bury her alive. Haider arrives and asks what is happening. He asks Nazima why she is there.
Nazima Question Husna
Husna says Nazima is getting ready to leave. Nazima says Husna should be worried about Mahid because no one knows where he is and even his phone is unreachable.
She asks whether Husna’s concern for Mahid is only an act. Husna says she truly loves Mahid. She says she will call Insha to find out where he is.
Haider Insults Husna
Husna calls Insha and asks about Mahid. Insha says that Mahid has still not returned and she is worried about him. Haider says Husna is worrying too much about Mahid.
Husna warns him to watch what he says because Insha was on the call and could have overheard everything. Haider says Mahid shattered all of his dreams by turning him into the Maulana of a small village.
He says she has been allowed to stay in this house only because throwing her out would go against Mahid’s principles as she is Usman’s daughter. He says is the only place she holds in the house.
Haider says she tried to defeat Mahid in her game but for years Mahid has continued to outsmart her and she has not been able to do anything against him.
Seher Gets Lost in the Jungle
Seher loses her way in the jungle. A man asks her what happened and whether she is lost. Seher says she is not lost. The man asks why she is alone in the jungle.
Seher says she is not alone. She lies and says she had a small argument with her husband and came there but he is nearby and will arrive soon. Seher notices the man coming closer.
She pretends to talk on the phone to make him believe she is telling the truth. The man says she can use his phone because there is a network on it and she can call her husband.
Seher Finds Herself in Danger
The man tells her not to be scared. He says he knows she has lost her way and offers to show her the way out of the jungle.
He asks her to come with him. Seher starts walking away but the man follows her. She warns him not to come near her. Seher hits him with a wooden stick.
The man falls off his horse. Seher starts running while the man chases her.
Mahid Saves Seher
Meanwhile Amal and the driver continue searching for Seher. Amal becomes worried. The driver says it is a very dangerous place and they will need more people to rescue her.
Mahid sees Seher running. He rushes to save her. Seher bumps into Mahid and falls into his arms. Mahid controls the frightened horse. For a moment both of them get lost in each other’s eyes. The man arrives there
Seher Calls Mahid Her Husband
Seher points towards him holds Mahid’s hand and says she had already told him that she was not alone. She introduces Mahid as her husband. She says that he is dangerous and warns him not to trouble her.
She says he is not afraid of his weapon. She tells him if he has a weapon he should throw it away because he would not have been able to do anything Mahid has even fought with lions for her.
The man says he was only trying to help her. Seher says she does not need his help anymore because her husband has arrived.
The man leaves with his horse.
Seher finally breathes a sigh of relief. Mahid walks away from her.
Precap: Kaiz suddenly collapses. Mahid panics and calls Seher for help. Seher examines Kaiz and says his heartbeat is not normal. Mahid requests Seher to save Kaiz. He says that if anything happens to Kaiz he will die while still being alive. Mahid prays for Kaiz’s life.
