Today’s episode begins with Abhira getting surprised as Armaan brings her to the Firefly Festival for their date. She says she thought they were going to Bhajan Clubbing.
Armaan says she will enjoy this much more. Abhira thanks him for making the effort. Armaan says making an effort for romance is as necessary for him as breathing. They go inside.
Meanwhile Maira also reaches the Firefly Festival. Kabir comes there and teases her. She tells him she has not come there because he asked her to. She says she has come with her friends. Kabir tells her to enjoy the festival now.
The Firefly Festival Begins
Armaan shows Abhira the fireflies. He says they are fairy lights and she will have to wait a little to see their magic.
The anchor announces the lights will soon be switched off and everyone should keep their torches and flashlights off so they can enjoy the festival properly.
Armaan Makes a Promise
Abhira becomes happy when she sees the fireflies. Armaan says even if the sun forgets to rise, the moon forgets to shine, or all the bulbs in the world stop working he will never be stressed because his world is already lit up by Abhira.
He promises even if he cannot fill her life with light he will keep burning like a firefly so that darkness can never enter her life.Abhira says she thought that with everything he has been going through he had forgotten about her.
Armaan says even during his tumour he did not forget her. He only forgot her name. Abhira says she always knew he could never forget her so she does not know why she was scared.
Armaan Makes the Firefly Moment Special
Armaan says sometimes being scared is also necessary to refresh the romance.
Abhira tells him they should forget everything else and focus only on this moment. They watch the fireflies together. Armaan kneels down and gives Abhira a jar full of fireflies.
Abhira becomes very happy. She opens the jar and says that love feels better when it is free rather than locked inside a cage.
Maira Enjoys the Fireflies With Kabir
Maira plays with the fireflies. Kabir tries to take her picture. Maira asks him not to take her photo. She says if he keeps capturing every moment on camera when will they actually enjoy the moment?
She says special moments stay trapped in the heart and are remembered automatically. Kabir notices Armaan and Abhira. He thinks Armaan is teasing Abhira and goes towards them. But the anchor comes and asks Kabir to switch off his phone.
Kabir says that a man is troubling a girl. The anchor says that such behaviour is not allowed there and says he will inform security.
Kabir Gets Protective Towards Maira
Kabir attaches a hook to Maira’s bag and own bag. Maira asks what new drama he is doing. Kabir says he is doing it for her safety because there is a creepy man roaming around.
Armaan searches for Abhira and notices Kabir holding Maira’s hand. Maira tells Kabir she does not want to walk around with her bag attached to his.
Kabir asks her if she wants to stay safe or not. Maira says she can take care of herself.
Mukti Lies to Abhira About Maira
Abhira calls Mukti and talks to her about the fireflies. Mukti thinks Armaan and Abhira are at the same festival where Maira and Kabir are also present.
She says it looks like the whole world is about to end. Abhira asks Mukti to let her talk to Maira. Vidya says Maira has gone with her friends to take notes and will return soon. Abhira says Maira never told her about this.
Mukti lies and says Maira has gone nearby with a female friend whom she knows. She disconnects the call.
Abhira Gets Worried About Maira
Abhira says that Maira did not even tell her so how could she go there without informing her? Armaan asks why she is worried. Abhira says he is right. Mukti knows Maira’s friend so maybe she is worrying unnecessarily.
The anchor comes to them and tells Abhira that she should stay with Armaan. Armaan asks what happened. The anchor says a boy reported seeing a man behaving badly with a girl and they are looking for him.
He says maybe the boy is confused but Abhira should stay with Armaan. Armaan says the boy is not confused he also saw a boy behaving badly with a girl. He says it was dark so the boy could not identify him properly.
Maira and Kabir Argue
Mukti thinks she needs to call Maira and warn her. She makes an excuse to Vidya and asks her to prepare turmeric milk for her. She then calls Maira. Kabir cuts Maira’s call.
Maira tells Kabir to control himself and stop following her. She is about to fall but Kabir saves her. Armaan hears Maira’s voice. He tells Abhira that he heard Maira’s voice.
Abhira says how can Maira be here? She says there are many children around and maybe Armaan heard someone else’s voice.Armaan says maybe.
Armaan Gets Suspicious of Maira
Maira tells Kabir he is behaving exactly like Armaan. Kabir says he is a normal person and Armaan does not look like a demon when he is angry. He teases her. Maira says she is going to her friend.
Abhira tells Armaan there seems to be some problem with her bracelet and asks him to bring a new one. Armaan says there are creepy people roaming around so it is not safe for her to stay alone.
Abhira says she keeps falling even during daylight so in the darkness she will definitely get hurt. She tells Armaan to go and says that if anything happens, she will call him.
Kabir and Armaan Get Into a Fight
Armaan notices Maira and says that the girl’s bag looks like Maira’s bag. Kabir is looking for Maira. Armaan walks towards the girl thinking she is Maira.
Kabir sees Armaan and thinks he is the same creepy man who was trying to attack Maira. Before Armaan can see Maira’s face Kabir hits him. Armaan hits Kabir back. The lights turn on and both of them are shocked to see each other.
Kabir pushes Armaan and escapes. Abhira comes there and asks what happened.
Maira Fears Armaan
Kabir comes to Maira and asks what happened to his face. Kabir asks if her parents know that she is here. Maira asks why he is asking her such questions just because she is a girl.
Kabir tells her that her father is here. He says Armaan beat him up. Maira asks what happened between them. Kabir says he thought Armaan was misbehaving with a girl.
Maira says Armaan is here with Abhira on a date. She becomes shocked and panics.
Abhira Spots Maira
Maira thinks if Armaan and Abhira see her with Kabir there will be a huge problem. She says she does not even want to imagine what will happen and runs away.
Abhira notices Maira running away. But before following her she checks on Armaan. She applies ice to his face. Armaan says he will not spare the person who hit him.
Abhira says she also will not spare whoever hit him. Armaan didn’t tell Abhira about Kabir and his fight. he wants to go home.
Kabir Hides the Truth From Samar
Samar calls someone and says that it is a surprise and if he tells them about it how will it remain a surprise?
Kabir returns home. Samar asks him what happened to him. Kabir thinks if he tells the truth that Armaan hits him everything will become a disaster. He lies and says his stomach is hurting.
Samar understands that Kabir has been in a fight and asks what happened and who hit him. Kabir says he judged the situation too quickly. Samar tells him not to say such things. He says Kabir is his life and deserves every happiness in the world.
Abhira Confronts Maira
At the Poddar house Mukti is shocked to learn that Armaan hit Kabir. She hopes Abhira did not see Maira at the festival otherwise Abhira will be furious with her.
Abhira comes to Maira’s room and says she saw her while leaving the Firefly Festival. She says it was good that only she saw Maira and Armaan did not. Maira apologises to her.
She says she decided to go to the festival while they were on their way. She says if she had called and told them they would have cancelled their date because of her.
Abhira Scolds Mukti and Maira
Abhira scolds her for not telling anyone. Maira says she had told Mukti. Abhira is shocked and says Mukti lied to save Maira.
She says she knows Mukti sleeps early so if she needed anything, who could she contact? She says Maira has a problem because she invites trouble herself.
She also says they quickly blame Armaan for getting angry. Maira says Armaan did not tell Abhira anything.
Abhira Gets Upset With Mukti and Maira
Abhira walks in angrily. Mukti says Maira got scolded because of her. She says Maira has become spoiled because of staying with Kabir. Maira says Armaan did not tell Abhira about his fight at the festival with Kabir.
She says if Abhira knew she would have understood she met Kabir at the festival and everything would have become worse. Mukti says they should convince Abhira
Precap: Kaveri says when Armaan had a brain tumour she had made a wish that if he recovered she would feed the entire city every year and celebrate Janmashtami grandly.
Vipin says this year they cannot give them the responsibility of arranging the Janmashtami puja. Kaveri asks who took this opportunity away from them. Vipin says the Damani family did. The Poddar’s are shocked.
