Today’s episode begins with Manisha telling Abhir the temple trust has placed a condition before Damani. They have said Damani can perform the puja only if the Poddar family’s Lord Krishna idol is kept in the puja.
Abhira is shocked. Armaan says Damani wants to perform the puja for his product launch. He says through the trustee condition the Lord Krishna has indirectly made it clear they do not want Damani to host this puja.
Armaan Refuses to Bow Down
Abhira asks what will happen if the Damani come to take the idol. Armaan says after seeing Kaveri it looks like her heart is breaking every moment. He says she had the idol made with so much love.
Armaan says Kaveri has already lost the right to perform the puja but now he wants to see how Damani takes the idol away from them.
Armaan Trains Mukti
The next day Armaan is training Mukti. Meanwhile Maira sits in front of Mukti and deliberately eats all of Mukti’s favourite food.
Mukti says she is tired after running and wants to eat something. She says she wants to eat the food Maira is eating. Armaan tells her she cannot eat all those things because she is a badminton player while Maira is not.
Maira deliberately teases Mukti by continuing to eat in front of her.
Maira and Kabeer Get Into an Argument
Later Maira bumps into Kabeer in the market. They start arguing. Kabir says Poddar’s will not let the Damanis take Lord Krishna’s idol away and perform the puja peacefully. He says he thought everyone had a heart but after meeting the Poddar’s he feels he was wrong.
Maira says if the situation were reversed they would not have given them the idol either. Kabeer says Damani’s doesn’t destroy someone’s festival happiness.
Maira breaks Kabir’s glasses. She tells him the same rule applies to the trust. If someone breaks the trust they are not trusted again. She says his family is an expert at breaking trust and asks how they can simply give away the idol.
Kabeer says he will not listen to anything about her family. Maira tells him Kaveri had made a wish that if Armaan recovered she would arrange the Janmashtami puja every year and feed everyone. She says this is why the puja is extra special for Kaveri.
Maira says the heartless people are not the Poddar’s but Damani.
Raghav Appeals to Madhav
Madhav wonders where Maira has gone. Raghav comes to him and says he wants to talk about something. He says the trustee told him that everyone’s faith is connected to the Lord Krishna idol so he has come to request that they hand the idol over to them.
Raghav tells Madhav he once helped him by giving him evidence against his fraudulent employee he had put aside their differences at that time. He asks Madhav to forget their differences this time and help them.
Nandini Requests Abhira
Abhira’s phone is about to fall and Nandini helps her. Nandini says their husband has enough reasons to be upset. She says she had suggested they should perform the puja together. She asks Abhira to give them the idol so that they can perform the puja.
Abhira asks if she wants Kaveri to get hurt so they can complete their product launch. Nandini says she only wants to celebrate Janmashtami. Abhira says Kaveri has convinced herself that she can perform the puja with the help of the idol and she cannot take away her happiness.
She says Armaan will never agree to it. Nandini says she knows their families have issues but this should not become bigger than their faith. Abhira says Kaveri’s faith is connected to that idol. Nandini says Abhira has a chance the faith of thousands of people in the entire city from being hurt. She requests Abhira to give them the idol.
Abhira’s Dilemma
Abhira returns home and stands there completely lost. Armaan notices her and asks why she is standing there like that. He asks where her mind has gone and whether she is okay. Abhira says that she is fine.
Samar Meets Barkha
At the music academy Samar waits for Barkha. Barkha comes running to him and he hugs her. Samar says it has been one year since she took admission to the music school. He says that he is proud of her.
Samar gives Barkha a gift and makes her wear a bracelet.Barkha is surprised to see so many gifts. He says this all are Rakhi gifts and Kabeer has sent it for her. Samar asks her to come home everyone is waiting for them.
Barkha says her mother has forbidden her from going.
Preparations Begin at the Poddar House
At the Poddar house Vidya tells Kaveri she has spoken to an NGO. She says even if only a few people come to their puja their food will not be wasted because the NGO can distribute it.
Vidya asks Abhira to give the caterer the food order. Sanjay says everyone from the office is coming to the puja. Kajal says he should speak to the lawyers’ fraternity as well as they can also attend the puja.
Sanjay asks Armaan and Abhira to call the lawyers. He says it would be better if the invitation comes directly from them.
Samar Tries to Convince Barkha
Samar asks Barkha what her Neena told her. Barkha says Neena told her not to go anywhere without her. She says if she goes with Samar Neena will not like it.
Samar says he will explain everything to her. He requests Barkha to come with him for some time. He asks if she does not love him. Barkha says she does love him but she loves Neena more.
Armaan comforts Abhira
Abhira is disturbed by Nandini’s words. Armaan checks the diary and notices she has not written the details of the preparations. He asks if she thinks they should give the idol to Damani.
Abhira says yes. Meanwhile Neena comes there. Samar keeps gift in Neena’s car. Barkha gives Samar a note and leaves with her.
Samar reads the note. Barkha asks him not to get angry and says she wants to see him smile. Suddenly mud from Manoj’s car splashes onto Samar.
Armaan and Abhira Clash
Armaan says if they are ready to give away idol Damani then they should give the house as well. Abhira asks where he is taking the matter. She says thousands of people come to the trust’s puja.
She says Nandini has requested them to give the idol so they can celebrate the puja. Sanjay says if Damani cares so much about those people then they should simply let them hold the puja. Abhira says this is not a competition.
Armaan says Abhira Damani are manipulating them to get their work done. He asks why Abhira always has to become the bigger person. Vidya agrees with Armaan. She says Damani are using Janmashtami for their own selfish reasons.
Kajal says people will say the Poddar’s gave in and bowed down in front of them. Madhav supports Abhira. He says people are not always wrong sometimes circumstances are also responsible.
Abhira Defends Herself
Armaan says he is not talking about Damani but about Kaveri. He says the chance to perform the puja has already been taken away from Kaveri and now they also want to take away the idol from her.
Abhira says she is not saying they should give the idol because of those people. She says thousands of people should not lose their celebration because of their fight. Sheveryone people have been worshipping Kaveri’s Krishna idol for so many years.
Abhira says their personal fight should not ruin the faith of those people. Manoj and Manisha agree with Abhira and say that she is right.
Samar Help Manoj
Manisha says while coming there their car had broken down. She reveals Samar had helped them. In flashback Manoj tells Samar his car had slipped and fallen into a pit which caused it to break down.
Manisha asks Samar to give his clothes they will get them cleaned at the laundry. Samar says he will drop them home.
Abhira and Armaan’s Argument Continues
Armaan says Samar wants the idol and that is why he is pretending to be so polite. Abhira asks what place anger and hatred have in Janmashtami.
Armaan says if those people really wanted the idol they should have come directly and asked for it. The argument continues.
Kaveri tells Armaan and Abhira to decide who they want to give the idol to and inform her. She says she will accept whatever decision they make.
Precap: Maira says Kabeer thinks he knows everything. She asks how he could say she does not know anything about Lord Krishna.
While walking Maira bumps into Abhira. Abhira asks Maira if she will teach her the story of Lord Krishna and explain how to prepare his bhog. Maira asks why Abhira is suddenly asking her these questions.
Maira makes an excuse. Abhira starts wondering if someone has said something to Maira. She thinks about whose words are affecting Maira so much.
