Today’s episode begins with Armaan being taken for surgery. Abhira tells him that she will wait outside for him. She says she loves him and Armaan also says he loves her. Abhira stands frozen as he is taken inside.
The family arrives and asks where Armaan is. Just then a nurse comes out of the operation theatre and says the doctors had informed them about the oxygen cylinders.
She says the oxygen cylinder being used during the surgery is about to run out and there are no backup cylinders available. Abhira and the entire family are shocked.
Abhira Collapses
Inside the operation theatre the nurses try to remove the locket Armaan is wearing. He refuses to remove it saying Abhira gave it to him. The nurse tells him to let them do their work.
Outside Abhira becomes worried and says she will bring an oxygen cylinder. As she starts walking she suddenly collapses. The family members are shocked and try to bring her back to consciousness.
Armaan hears their screams and says he has to go to Abhira. The nurse tells him Abhira will be fine and asks him to stay where he is. At the same time Miara and Mukti arrive with Madhav carrying oxygen cylinders.
They are shocked to see Abhira being taken away on a stretcher.
Abhira’s Health Worsens
Armaan’s surgery begins. Miara asks the doctor about Abhira’s condition. The doctor says that her condition is very serious. It looks like she has not slept for many weeks.
The doctor fears the stress may have triggered a life-threatening autoimmune disease. Mukti asks if Abhira will recover. The doctor says they cannot say anything right now.
Miara and Mukti Pray for Armaan and Abhira
Miara goes to pray. She tells God not to take Abhira along with Armaan. She says he is her best friend since childhood and prays for both of them to recover. She says that if they are not saved their friendship will end forever.
Vidya becomes emotional and says God has always cheated on them. She says Rohit and Charu and BSP are gone and even after she begged God did not show mercy. She says that if anything happens to Armaan and Abhira she will remove all of God’s idols and pictures from her house instead of worshipping.
Mukti also prays. She says she needs both Armaan and Abhira the most and should not become an orphan again. Miara says Abhira has already suffered so much in life and now Armaan is finally with her.
She says God should not take their love for granted and should keep them together by holding their hands.
Armaan and Abhira Fight for Lives
The doctors treating Abhira. They say that if her blood pressure does not become normal she may suffer a cardiac arrest.
Inside the operation theatre Armaan’s surgery is almost complete but Dr. Pradhan wonders why his body is reacting this way. The doctors treating Abhira say that she is about to go into cardiac arrest and ask a nurse to bring an injection. The family hears this and is shocked.
At the same time Dr. Pradhan says Armaan’s condition is becoming worse. The family is shattered as Miara cries. The doctors perform defibrillation to save Abhira’s life.
Meanwhile Armaan’s organs begin failing because oxygen is not reaching his brain. Dr. Pradhan tells the medical team not to give up.
Abhira Stops Armaan’s Soul
Armaan’s soul begins to leave his body but Abhira’s soul stops him. He asks why she has come there. she says she will always be wherever he is.
He tells her to go back. she refuses and tells him to return to the operation theatre and fight his tumour. He asks how much more he has to fight. He says he is her husband but he cannot leave without her permission.
Abhira says she is tearing up his permission letter and will not allow him to leave. Armaan says he cannot bear the pain anymore.
Abhira’s Emotional Plea to Armaan
Abhira tells him he has no choice. She says the vermilion on her forehead is a symbol of their marriage and he cannot destroy it by leaving.
Armaan asks her to let him go. she say the promise they would always stay together. She asks how many times he will break that promise. She says she will remain with him and if he leaves no one will be worse than him.
Back in the operation theatre the doctors notice that Armaan is fighting to survive and begin stabilising him.
Abhira Gives Armaan Strength
Abhira’s soul tells Armaan that the whole family is worried about him. She says he has spoiled Maira and Mukti with his love she cannot be handled alone.
She tells him he cannot leave all the responsibility on her and go away. She says her day never begins without seeing him. Without holding his hand she feels like she is a lost child in a crowded fair.
She asks what is making him so eager to leave and begs him to stay. She prays to God to take her instead and let Armaan live. She says his family, their daughter and everyone else need him.
She tells him his request to leave is cancelled. She says the biggest truth of her life is that she loves him. Abhira pushes his soul back toward his body to save him and then disappears.
Armaan Is Out of Danger
Dr. Pradhan comes out of the operation theatre and tells the family that Armaan is now out of danger. Everyone feels relieved.
Miara asks about Abhira. The doctor says that Abhira had suffered a cardiac arrest. Soon Armaan regains consciousness.
Later Dr. Pradhan asks armaan if he remembers his name. Armaan asks for water but the doctor says he cannot drink water yet.
Abhira Rests Beside Armaan
Vidya, Myra and Mukti enter the room. Vidya tells Myra and Mukti not to tell Armaan about Abhira’s cardiac arrest he has just come out of surgery.
The doctor asks Armaan if he recognises everyone. Abhira then enters the room. She says she has won. She says she had put everything at stake and today she has got everything back. She says the impossible has become possible it is a miracle.
Kaveri asks Abhira to take some rest. Armaan calls Abhira’s name and asks if she will sleep now. Abhira says she had promised him she would sleep peacefully only after he recovered. She says now she will sleep.
She asks him to make some space and lies down beside his hospital bed. Dr. Pradhan says she should not sleep there and asks what she is doing.
Armaan and Abhira’s Love Wins
Kaveri tells the doctor that both of them are alive and breathing. Vidya asks the doctor to let them be. Miara says they had planned not to tell Armaan about Abhira’s cardiac arrest but after seeing them together it feels like their souls had already spoken to each other.
Mukti tells everyone to let them rest. Armaan asks Abhira about the cardiac arrest. Abhira says it was just a small issue. She tells him to let her complete her sleep. Armaan tells her that he loves her even more.
Precap: The entire family waits to welcome Armaan and Abhira home. Vidya says that now everyone is there to take care of them so Abhira’s stress will reduce. Miara says they will stay for now but they will leave once Armaan fully recovers.
Abhira says Armaan the road ahead will not be easy but they will move forward together by holding each other’s hands and taking one step at a time. She asks Armaan to trust her. Armaan says he is afraid that he may become a burden on her.
