Precap: Kusum was seen in the kitchen as she fell down unconscious
The Monday episode of Ishq Junooni started off with Kusum who was seen in the kitchen as she fell down unconscious.
Jasleen and Ruhaani came in as the latter checked her pulse and said she has got a heart attack.
She asked Jasleen we need to take her to the hospital immediately. When they were taking her out Dadi stopped them and said the doctor will come to check her as they cannot go out.
Ruhaani removed her stick from the way as they came out of the house and Ruhaani decided that she will drive the car as they reached the hospital.
In the meantime, Nageshwar came to home and saw his mother sitting down on the floor. Lalita informed him that Kusum got a heart attack as Dadi told him that Ruhaani got her to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Jasleen informed Bunty that Kusum had an accident as Guru and he arrived at the hospital.
Ruhaani was about to inject her as Kusum told Guru when she will go out of her sight then only she will get injected.

Bunty asked Guru to go to Kusum as she wants to discuss something. When he came in Kusum told him that she got attack when she got to know about Ruhaani and your relationship.
She told him that as a mother I am suggesting you to break your marriage with Ruhaani. Ruhaani heard their conversation as Kusum started to lose her breathe.
Ruhaani again came to check in as Guru stopped her. Ruhaani said it was not my mistake that she got a heart attack. Guru said you cannot be wrong ever. To
