The Wednesday episode of Ishq Junooni started off with Ruhaani who got shocked to hear about Sandeep. She immediately ran away as Nikki informed her that their brother is unwell
Ruhaani left the house as Guru came in. They both crossed but could not see each other. Guru came inside the house as Kusum asked him to come with Ruhaani.
When he went to his room he looked for Ruhaani but she wasn’t there. The press came to their house to cover Guru’s birthday celebration.
Both Nageshwar and Guru was asked about Ruhaani as one of the reporters got the information that Ruhaani is giving interview at her place after topping the MBBS exams.
Guru saw the television with his family as they saw Ruhaani dressed as a girl removing all her sringar of being Guru’s wife. She told the reporters that she will now achieve her dreams
Guru came to her house as he asked her to let him know of her dreams as he would have fulfilled them. She asked him that she cannot narrate anything and asked him to leave.
Sandeep came in and started firing Guru for harassing his sister Ruhaani. Guru saw Ruhaani crying as he understood the whole incident.
Guru came back home and informed the family that Ruhaani’s brother Sandeep came back to consciousness so she went there without informing anyone.
