Today’s episode begins with Nandini opening the door of Shantiniketan. Before she can see him Riyo leaves from there. Nandini asks Karan who had come and whom he was talking to outside.
Karan lies and says nobody has come. Nandini tells him that she clearly saw him talking to someone. Karan quickly makes an excuse and says a man had come asking for an address and mistakenly reached their house thinking it was someone else’s home.
Nandini says why he is looking stressed and asks him what happened. Karan lies and says he is worried because of Pari’s situation. After that everyone goes inside the house.
Tulsi Request Aryan
Meanwhile Shobha informs Tulsi that Gautam wants Aryan to fight Pari’s case in court. She says even she feels the same because Aryan is very smart and intelligent. She also reminds everyone that Aryan has already fought and won a similar case before which is why Gautam trusts him so much.
Aryan says Gautam himself is more brilliant than him but Shobha explains that if Gautam has trusted him with such a big responsibility then he must have thought carefully before making the decision. She assures Aryan that Gautam will guide him throughout.
Tulsi emotionally requests Aryan to help Pari. Shobha tells Aryan to prepare properly because Pari must be saved from this huge problem at any cost. Everyone places their full trust in him.
Aryan assures them that they should not worry because he will give his hundred percent to save Pari.
Court Hearing Begins Against Pari
The next day Pari’s court hearing finally begins. The prosecutor argues that Pari murdered her former husband Ranvijay. Aryan immediately objects and says the murder has not yet been proven.
The prosecutor continues by saying that Pari had earlier left her first husband Ajay and later married Ranvijay but even that marriage failed and this proves Pari’s nature. He claims that Pari and Ranvijay never got along and because of their conflicts Pari planned and executed Ranvijay’s murder.
Pari breaks down and says she did nothing.
The prosecutor further insults Pari and says she enjoys ruining people’s lives which is why she should be punished severely.
Ajay Defends Pari in Court
Ajay suddenly loses his calm and stops the prosecutor. He says the prosecutor has no right to question Pari’s character because she never played with anyone’s life instead she saved lives.
Ajay exposes Ranvijay’s truth in front of everyone. He reveals that Ranvijay tortured Pari for years physically abused her and had several extra-marital affairs. He even mentions that Ranvijay attacked a woman once with a bottle damaging her face and a legal case was also filed against him because of his violent behavior. Ajay firmly says that Pari was never wrong Ranvijay was the real culprit.
The judge warns Ajay and tells him to speak only when permitted otherwise he will be removed from the courtroom. Aryan apologizes on Ajay’s behalf but says every word spoken by Ajay is true.
Suhas Reveals Ranvijay’s Real Face
To expose Ranvijay’s reality Aryan calls his close friend Suhas to the witness box. At first Suhas hesitates and says Ranvijay is no longer alive so speaking badly about him feels wrong. Aryan tells him that the court only needs the truth because Pari can get justice only if the truth comes out.
Suhas finally admits that Ranvijay was a terrible man who only cared about money. He reveals that Ranvijay married Pari only for financial gain and treated her like an ATM machine. When Pari refused to fulfill his demands he made her life miserable through torture and abuse. Suhas further reveals that after Pari divorced him Ranvijay became even more hateful and constantly planned revenge against her.
The prosecutor tries to dismiss Suhas statement by saying he himself was involved in illegal activities with Ranvijay so his testimony has no credibility. Aryan smartly turns the argument around and thanks the prosecutor for indirectly admitting that Ranvijay really was involved in criminal activities.
Indra Supports Pari
Aryan then calls Indra to the witness box leaving everyone shocked. Pari remembers all the harsh words Indra had once spoken against her.
Aryan asks Indra only one question what kind of relationship exists between Sunny and Pari. Indra emotionally says that Sunny is deeply attached to Pari and constantly takes her name. She admits that Sunny considers Pari his own mother and always wants to stay close to her. Pari becomes emotional hearing Indra support her publicly. Aryan thanks Indra for her testimony.
Aryan Proves Pari Acted to Save Sunny
Aryan then presents his strongest argument before the judge. He says if Sunny himself sees Pari as his mother then no mother could ever watch her child die in front of her eyes. Any mother would risk her own life to save her child.
According to Aryan that is exactly what Pari did on the day of the incident. He explains that this was not an act of revenge but pure self-defense and an attempt to save a child’s life. To prove this Aryan calls Ajay to the witness box because he was present at the crime scene that day.
Ajay Reveals the Truth About Ranvijay’s Death
Ajay confirms that he witnessed everything. He reveals that Ranvijay had actually planned to kidnap Garima for money but his goons mistakenly kidnapped Sunny instead. When Pari and Ajay found out the truth they rushed to save Sunny using the address already shared by Ranvijay himself.
Ajay explains that as soon as they reached the location a fight broke out between Ranvijay and him there. In anger Ranvijay picked up an iron rod and threatened to kill Sunny.
Pari tried repeatedly to stop him and calm him down but Ranvijay refused to listen. He was already trapped in the hands of the goons and Pari realized Sunny’s life was in immediate danger. To save Sunny Pari pushed Ranvijay away. Ranvijay lost balance stumbled backward and crashed into a wall filled with iron rods which pierced him fatally.
Ajay emotionally tells the court that Pari is innocent because she only saved Sunny’s life without caring for her own safety. He even says that if anyone deserves punishment it should be him instead of Pari. Pari becomes extremely emotional hearing Ajay’s statement.
Aryan Gives an Final Argument
Aryan tells the judge that everything is now crystal clear before the court. He says Pari only tried to save Sunny and whatever happened afterward was a tragic accident or perhaps the result of Ranvijay’s own evil deeds.
Aryan adds that anyone standing in Pari’s place would have done exactly the same thing to save a child’s life. He reminds the court that Pari herself could have died that day but she still risked everything for Sunny.Aryan finally says acts of humanity deserve appreciation not punishment and requests the court to look at Pari with compassion and justice.
The judge announces that she has heard both sides and will deliver the verdict after lunch break.
Pari Thanks Ajay’s Family
The police take Pari away while Tulsi comforts her and tells her to stay strong because she has done nothing wrong.
Pari requests the police for a few minutes so she can speak with Ajay’s family. She emotionally thanks them for supporting her throughout the case. Indra tells Pari that they should actually be thanking her because Sunny is alive only because of her bravery. Ajay’s father says Ajay was right about Pari changing for the better while Ajay’s sister assures Pari that the whole family stands with her.
Before leaving Pari and Ajay silently look at each other. No words are spoken between them but their emotions say everything. Aryan notices this silent moment from a distance.
Court Declares Pari Innocent
After some time the judge returns and announces the final verdict. The judge says the court has studied the case in detail along with the troubled history between Pari and Ranvijay. According to the court it is completely clear that Pari suffered years of torture and abuse at Ranvijay’s hands.
The judge also accepts that Ranvijay was a dangerous man who even planned the kidnapping of his own child. The court further agrees that Pari acted only in self-defense and to save Sunny’s life. Therefore after reviewing all evidence and witness statements the court dismisses every charge against Pari and declares her completely innocent.
Pari is officially acquitted with honor. The entire Virani family breathes a sigh of relief while Pari runs to Tulsi and hugs her emotionally.
Gautam Praises Aryan, Ajay Walks Away Hurt
Tulsi thanks Aryan wholeheartedly for saving Pari’s life and future. Gautam proudly praises Aryan and teasingly says he fought the case like a man determined to save his future wife.
Ajay silently feels hurt hearing this and walks away from the court. Pari notices him leaving and follows him outside.
Ajay and Pari Share an Emotional Conversation
Pari stops Ajay and asks if he is alright. Ajay says he knows Pari will never let him thank her properly but if he does not say it today he will never forgive himself. He thanks Pari not only for saving Sunny but also for giving him a new life.
He says he cannot even imagine what would have happened if Pari had not been there that day. Pari tells him not to say such things because she knows he would have done the exact same thing if their positions were reversed.
Ajay emotionally replies that maybe destiny brought them together again because Sunny still needs a mother like her in his life and perhaps he wishes this mother could stay forever. Pari becomes emotional hearing his words.
Precap: Aryan’s parents arrive at Shantiniketan and tell Tulsi that Pari’s honesty and values have impressed them deeply. They officially confirm the marriage alliance. However Aryan’s father says he has one small condition leaving Tulsi shocked.
Meanwhile Riyo confronts Karan with a shocking flight passenger list. He asks Karan if Ansh died in the plane crash then why is his name missing from the passenger list?
Tulsi later tells Karan that she wants Ansh to receive his rightful identity, family and home back.
