Today’s episode starts with Karan trying to calm Nandini. He tells her that Ansh cannot return and asks her to stop overthinking. However an emotional Nandini says she does not want to think about it but the same thoughts keep running through her mind constantly.
Nandini admits that whenever she sees Riyo she is reminded of Ansh. She says she cannot even look at Riyo because he looks exactly like Ansh the same face, the same smile everything feels identical to him. She says she feels disturbed every time she sees him and reveals that today she even touched him.
Nandini becomes anxious and reminds Karan that he had promised Riyo would never come to Shantiniketan again. She questions how he suddenly returned. Karan explains that Riyo did come on his own.
Nandini worries that if Riyo learns the truth he may return again to uncover everything. She questions Karan for hiding the truth from Riyo and says if Riyo had known that Tulsi shot his father Ansh he would never have come there.
Karan says telling such a painful truth is not easy. He wonders how Riyo would react if he learned that his grandmother Tulsi killed his father Ansh. Karan also reminds Nandini about Niyati’s fragile health and says if something happens to her Riyo will be left completely alone.
He assures Nandini that Riyo will never return because he has already spoken to him. Karan asks whether she trusts him and tells her not to think about all this anymore. He asks her to sleep peacefully and promises to talk to her again the next day. After Nandini falls asleep Karan looks deeply worried about her condition.
- Tulsi Feels an Approaching Storm
Meanwhile Tulsi receives a call from Mihir. She tells him she is not exactly sad but everything feels empty in his absence. Mihir says if Tulsi feels this way then he cannot even explain how lonely he feels staying so far away from her. He reminds her that after marriage he had promised himself they would never stay apart even for a moment but the situation is not in their favour .
Tulsi asks Mihir to return home soon. Mihir promises that he will come back immediately after finishing his work and disconnects the call.
After the call Tulsi silently worries about the upcoming storm in the family. She thinks about how to tell Mihir that another major crisis is about to hit the house and fears she may not be able to handle everything alone.
Riyo Starts Questioning Niyati’s Panic Attacks
Elsewhere Niyati is irritated by loud music. She complains to Karan and says they were invited to Kapoor’s daughter’s wedding and should have attended it.
Karan casually replies that if she wanted to go she could have gone alone. Niyati says it was impossible for her to go by herself. At that moment Riyo enters and taunt explains all of Karan’s usual excuses that Karan is always busy with work, occupied with client meetings from morning till evening and barely gets time for both Niyati and Riyo.
Niyati says Riyo understands Karan better than anyone else. She admits she also used to complain earlier but now she understands how hard Karan works for the family. Riyo says he has no complaints against Karan because he has done more for them than they can ever imagine.
Suddenly the sound of firecrackers terrifies Niyati. She begins panicking badly while Karan desperately tries to calm her down. Riyo also comforts her and notices how severe her reaction is.
Dev’s Obsession With Wealth Shocks Saloni
Elsewhere Dev talks to his unborn child. He excitedly says that once the baby arrives they will travel everywhere in long luxury cars and enjoy foreign vacations because his son deserves nothing less.
Saloni interrupts him and reminds Dev that the child belongs to both of them not only him. Dev replies that the child will first belong to him. He then tells the unborn baby to grow up quickly and claim the family’s wealth and inheritance. Saloni becomes uncomfortable and says he should speak positively instead of constantly discussing money and property.
Dev coldly replies that money matters more than good words in life. Saloni says the child will bring its own destiny and that being born into such a loving family is already enough blessing. However Dev says that is not enough for him. He declares that nobody receives their rights easily and people must fight for what belongs to them. He accuses Saloni of snatching away his rights and says he regrets sharing his feelings with her instead of directly speaking to Baap Ji about joining the diamond business.
Dev claims he could have become the Diamond King today if things had gone differently. Saloni becomes hurt and asks why he keeps blaming her repeatedly. Dev warns her not to repeat the same injustice with their child and promises that his baby will receive everything that he himself could not get.
Deeply distrub Saloni says she never imagined she would say this but listening to his greedy words makes her regret becoming pregnant. She says all his obsession with wealth and inheritance will negatively affect the child.
Dev remains adamant and shockingly says that the only good thing about the marriage is that she became pregnant. He further says she must ensure the baby is a boy because only then can he become the true heir of the Virani family. Saloni is left completely shocked hearing Dev’s mindset.
Hrithik and Munni Discuss About Angad and Vrinda
Meanwhile Munni tells Hrithik that she will go to the office while he picks up Tismi later. Hrithik reminds her to take her medicines on time. Munni says she had forgotten but Hrithik says he always remembers these things for her.
He even gives her tamarind sweet candies prepared by Tulsi for both her and Saloni. Munni emotionally says nobody could be luckier than her to receive such a caring family. Hrithik talks lovingly to their unborn child. Munni then asks whether he has spoken to Angad and Vrinda because she has not heard from them for many days.
Hrithik admits that things are not going well there and says he is thinking about visiting them for some time. Munni suggests they both shift to Jamshedpur temporarily. Hrithik worries whether Tulsi will allow it and whether Munni can manage office leave and travel during pregnancy. Munni insists she is capable of travelling comfortably right now and even says she can apply for a transfer posting there. She believes Tulsi will eventually understand because Angad and Vrinda are alone there. Hrithik agrees to try discussing the matter with Tulsi.
Riyo Suspects There Is a Hidden Truth About Niyati
Later Karan feels relieved after Niyati finally falls asleep. Riyo tells him that although Karan has seen Niyati like this for the first time he has been witnessing such reactions for years.
Riyo says every time Niyati hears firecracker sounds she completely loses control. He feels there is some deep connection between those sounds and her trauma. Karan tries to dismiss the topic but Riyo refuses to ignore it. He reminds Karan about the day Niyati panicked badly during gunshot sounds in a movie scene.
Karan says Niyati’s mental condition is still delicate and sudden loud sounds naturally affect her. However Riyo argues that ordinary loud sounds like kitchen mixers or gym music never trigger her panic attacks only firecrackers and gunshot-like noises affect her badly which cannot be a coincidence. He insists they should consult a doctor and investigate further.
Karan suddenly recalls memories of Ansh being shot dead and becomes visibly disturbed. To avoid further questions from Riyo he quickly makes an excuse about an important meeting and leaves immediately.
Tulsi Wants to Bring Riyo and Niyati to Shantiniketan
Karan later tells Tulsi everything about Riyo’s growing suspicions. He explains how Niyati panicked after hearing sounds from the television and firecrackers while Riyo keeps asking difficult questions and seems obsessed with uncovering the truth.
Karan says he is unable to handle both Riyo and Niyati together anymore because the situation is becoming increasingly stressful. Tulsi admits that Niyati continues suffering because of the past. She also says that although Niyati and Ansh were never truly married Riyo is still Ansh’s son and she cannot tolerate injustice towards him and Niyati anymore.
Karan becomes confused and asks what she means. Tulsi emotionally says that although Ansh was guilty and received punishment for his crimes Riyo and Niyati committed no mistakes. She believes they deserve their rightful place in the family. Karan immediately warns Tulsi not to even think about bringing them into Shantiniketan if she wants peace in the house.
Tulsi questions whether Ansh’s son should continue suffering without any rights. Karan reminds her about Nandini’s mental condition and says she cannot imagine how badly Nandini reacted after seeing Riyo earlier.He explains that Nandini became terrified trembled in fear, cried continuously and felt as if Ansh himself had returned. Karan fears her condition will completely collapse if Riyo starts living in the house permanently.
Still Tulsi refuses to back down. She says Parth received his share in Baa’s will so now Riyo deserves the rights that Ansh never got. Karan corrects her and says she actually means Riyo not Ansh. Tulsi clarifies that she fully accepts Ansh was guilty and punished for his crimes but Riyo should not continue suffering for his father’s sins. She promises Karan that she will never allow injustice to happen with Nandini but at the same time she cannot abandon Riyo either.
Tulsi assures Karan that she will only move ahead after speaking to Nandini and taking her consent. She requests Karan to trust her decision.
Tulsi’s Proposal Leaves Nandini Shocked
Later Tulsi waits for Nandini. Nandini asks her Maharaj informed her that Tulsi wanted to discuss something important with her.
As rain begins outside Nandini suggests that they should go inside and talk because a storm is approaching. Tulsi says that the storm is not only outside the house but also inside the family. Nandini becomes anxious and asks what is troubling her so deeply.
Tulsi explains that she wants to make a major decision but cannot do it without Nandini’s support and approval. Nandini lovingly says Tulsi has always treated her like a daughter and therefore she already trusts her completely. However Tulsi insists she first hear the matter carefully before giving her answer.
Tulsi then finally reveals that she wants to bring Riyo and Niyati to live in Shantiniketan permanently. Nandini is left utterly shocked.
Precap: Tulsi tells Nandini that Riyo is the heir of the house and her grandson so he deserves a place in Shantiniketan. Nandini emotionally declares that Tulsi must now decide whether Riyo stays in the house or she does.
Later Damini thanks Tulsi for gifting her a laptop but an angry Nandini suddenly walks away from the family gathering. Everyone becomes shocked by her strange behaviour . Nandini later confronts Karan and blames Tulsi for allowing Riyo to enter the house. She warns that Tulsi must now choose between her and Riyo-Niyati. Tulsi is left stunned and starts wondering whether her decisions are slowly destroying her own family instead of protecting it.
