Today’s episode begins with Sid asking Samaira if Janmashtami is always celebrated on such a grand level at her house. She says there is still a difference this time but when the entire family including Angad and Hrithik was together it used to be even more fun.
Sid says Hrithik and Karan have shifted to Jamshedpur right? Samaira says they are busy at the factory. She asks why they are talking about this topic. The hoodie man hears their conversation.
Samaira sees his shadow and tells Sid someone is there. They check the place but they do not find anyone. Sid says there are so many people around so it could be anyone. He asks her not to worry.
Tulsi Confronts Sankar
Tulsi visits Sankar’s house. Sankar asks who she is. Tulsi says she has called him regarding a driver’s job. She says by looking at his house it seems like he does not need a job.
She says he is getting three lakh rupees a month and soon the amount will become ten lakh rupees. Sankar asks who she is and how she knows all this. He asks her to leave.
Tulsi says Tripti is going to give him ten lakh rupees which means he must know some secret that Tripti wants to hide. She asks him to tell her the secret and says she can also give him some money.
Tulsi Threatens Sankar
Sankar asks if Tulsi really thinks he would betray the person who pays him ten lakh every month. Tulsi says if she offers him fifteen lakh to reveal Tripti’s secret what would he say then? Sankar replies the deal still isn’t good enough.
Tulsi threatens to file an FIR against him for blackmailing Tripti. She says his son Gautam is a lawyer so he must know she would not blackmail Tripti without a reason. She says he is a witness or a partner in that crime.
She says when the police investigate if he has committed a crime he will also go to jail along with Tripti. Sankar says she is blackmailing him. Tulsi tells him he has to decide if he wants fifteen lakh rupees for telling her the truth or wants to go to jail.
She in heart prays this is her last chance to expose Tripti. Otherwise Tripti will make Shantiniketan hollow from inside like termites. Sankar stops Tripti.
Shantiniketan Prepares for Janmashtami
Meanwhile everyone at Shantiniketan is preparing for Janmashtami. Damini asks why Tulsi has still not come and where she has gone. Shobha says Tulsi has gone to change and will come soon.
Karan says if Tulsi comes or not does not matter. He says nobody will wait for her.
Tulsi arrives there. Damini asks her about butter for the offering. Tulsi says there was a huge crowd at the temple so she could not bring it.
As Damini and Shobha leave Nandini asks Tulsi if she has found out anything. Tulsi says they will talk about it later and should first perform the puja.
The Family Celebrates Janmashtami Together
The family watches a play showing the birth of Lord Krishna. Shobha tells Nandini it feels so good to see everyone together celebrating Janmashtami. She says all this is possible because of Tulsi’s efforts.
Later the family performs the puja and aarti of Lord Krishna. After completing the puja the family plays garba together.
Tulsi Finds a Secret Room
Meanwhile the hoodie man secretly keeps an eye on everyone. Tulsi notices the hoodie man and secretly follows him. Tulsi sees the hoodie man entering the storeroom. He moves a cupboard revealing a secret room behind it. Tulsi enters the room.
Tulsi Is Shocked to See Anupam
Tulsi removes his mask and is shocked to see Anupam. She asks why he is hiding his face. She says she knows she was not imagining things.
She notices he is wearing Mihir’s ring. She asks what he has done to Mihir. Tulsi says she will call everyone. Anupam covers Tulsi’s mouth and manages to escape.
Karan Blames Tulsi
Later Karan lashes out at Tulsi and asks why she is creating such a scene. He says whenever something good starts happening in the house her drama begins. Gautam asks Karan to calm down.
Karan says Tulsi has lost her mind. He asks how Anupam can be the hoodie man. Gautam asks Tulsi what happened to her. Tulsi says she does not know how many times she has to explain but she saw Anupam
Mihir says Anupam is dead. Gautam says how can a dead person come back? Tulsi says she is not imagining anything. Gautam says she seems stressed and may not be able to think properly.
Tulsi Stands by Her Claim
Gautam says he thinks she should visit a psychiatrist. Tulsi says she is not crazy. She insists that Anupam was there.
She says at first she thought it might have been her imagination but this time she clearly saw him. Nandini says how can that be possible Anupam died many years ago. Tulsi says she knows that Anupam has already died.
Precap: Sankar tells Tulsi twelve years ago he worked as a driver at Subhash’s house. He reveals the truth about Aparna’s accident. Tulsi says Tripti will have to leave Shantiniketan before the night is over.
Tripti says Tulsi’s wish to throw her out of Shantiniketan will remain unfulfilled. Tulsi says after the Dahi Handi such a bomb will explode that Tripti will regret ever challenging her. Tripti is shocked.
