Today’s episode begins with the inspector asking the watchman if he saw the Hoodie Man’s face. The watchman says he was dark so he could not see his face properly.
The inspector asks him to tell the sketch artist everything he remembers. The inspector says they can only hope the sketch will help them find out who the Hoodie Man was.
The watchman gives the details and the sketch artist starts making the sketch. The sketch artist makes half of the face. Tulsi says the sketch artist has drawn the face according to what the watchman told him. She asks him to complete the remaining part of the face.
Anupam’s Shocking Return
The sketch artist completes the sketch. He asks the inspector to show it to the watchman and asks if the Hoodie Man looked like the person in the sketch. The watchman says he was inside and could not see the face properly.
Tulsi looks at the sketch and shows it to everyone. The family is shocked to see it is Anupam’s sketch. Tripti hears this and wonders if Anupam is alive. Sahil says this means the Hoodie Man is Anupam. The inspector says since they have identified him he will issue an arrest warrant.
Tulsi stops him and says they do not want to arrest him. She says they want to withdraw the complaint because she cannot understand how Anupam is still alive.
The Anupam Mystery Deepens
Karan says Anupam is his uncle. He says 27 years ago an accident happened and they believed Anupam had died. He says they are now finding out Anupam is alive.
Tulsi tells the inspector Anupam is a family member so she does not want to file a complaint against him. She says they will withdraw the complaint. Tulsi asks the inspector to help them find Anupam.
The inspector says because there is no complaint he cannot officially do anything. But he says he is Sahil’s friend so he will help them on a personal level. He asks Sahil to come to the police station to complete the documentation. They leave.
Karan Questions Anupam’s Return
Karan tries to understand everything. He says if Anupam is alive why did he stay away from them for so many years? He says Anupam did not even try to meet them once.
He also says Anupam has his own children, Angad, Hrithik and Pari but he never thought about them either.Sahil asks what happened to Anupam all these years where he was and why he was hiding like this.
Damini asks why Anupam was roaming around the house wearing a mask like a thief.Nandini says if Anupam is alive why is he not meeting everyone openly? Karan says maybe they are making a mistake and the person may not be Anupam.
Tulsi Asks Karan to Accept the Truth
Tulsi asks why he is still not accepting the truth. She asks how much more proof they need. She says they found Angad, Pari and Hrithik’s photos with Anupam in the storeroom.
She says he has children but he is still refusing to accept them. Sahil says Tulsi is right and the man is Anupam. Karan asks why Anupam is roaming around like a thief.
Nandini says his arrival can give them the answers. If the police find him they will know where he has been all these years and what he was doing in Shantiniketan. Tripti thinks dead people returning to life seems possible only in the Virani family.
Anupam’s Return Raises Questions
Tulsi says there is one more thing she wants to know where her sister is. She asks where Anupam got Mihir’s ring from. Shobha wonders if Anupam knows where Mihir is.
Tripti wonders if Mihir is also going to return to Shantiniketan. Later Raunak says Karan should tell everyone in Jamshedpur. Samaira says Pari, Hrithik and Angad will be happy to know that their father is alive.
Karan stops him and says they should first be sure. They should meet Anupam and clear everything before telling anyone. Karan says they first need to find out why Anupam has returned.
Nandini says without knowing the truth it does not feel right to tell anyone anything. Karan says if Anupam is alive why did he not try to know about his children all these years?
Tulsi Seeks Answers
Tulsi tells Vaishavi after so many years Anupam being alive raises many questions.
Vaishavi says the surprising thing is if Anupam had come to meet his children why did he hide from them?
Tulsi says she cannot understand where her sister is or why Mihir’s ring was with Anupam. Vaishavi says if he was coming to meet his children he could have told the family that he was alive and come to know about his children.
She says the children have the right to know. Nandini says the children have the right to know that their father is alive. Karan says if they find out now he does not know how they will react. Their father was alive all these years but he neither asked about them nor gave them any answers.
She says they may become confused about whether they should be happy or angry. Samaira says it depends on Anupam’s reason for staying away for so many years.
Nandini says Anupam must know where he shifted and some friend or known person may be able to tell them something about Anupam and Kesar.Karan says they had shifted to Hyderabad.
Karan Decides to Hide the Truth
Vaishavi asks Tulsi what she thinks about why Anupam did not tell them that he was alive. Tulsi says she does not know. There was no disagreement misunderstanding or fight between them.
She says Anupam knew his children were in Shantiniketan so why would anyone stay away from their own children? She asks where Kesar is. She again wonders how Mihir’s ring reached Anupam. She says they will get answers to all these questions only when they find Anupam. Vaishavi asks how they will find him.
Karan tells Raunak and Samaira that they should not tell anyone anything, especially in Jamshedpur. Samaira says the children also have the right to know. He asks when they will tell them. Karan says they should first meet Anupam. After that they will decide when to tell Angad, Hrithik and Pari and what exactly to tell them.
The Family Seeks Anupam’s Truth
Tulsi says meeting Anupam is necessary for Angad, Pari and Hrithik. It will not be easy for them to deal with such a shock. She says she also wants to know why Anupam hid such a big truth from the family and what he knows about Mihir.

Tripti Taunts Tulsi
Tulsi is lighting a diya in front of the holy Tulsi plant. Tripti says it seems Tulsi is very worried which is why she is remembering God. Tulsi says she remembers God only when she forgets Him but she never forgets Him.
Tripti says she thought Tulsi was asking God for a wish. She says she heard that Anupam is returning. She says something similar has happened before when Mihir was believed to be dead and then returned alive.
Tripti Challenges Tulsi
Tripti asks what she should tell Sid if he asks who Anupam is. She wonders if she should tell him Anupam is Karan’s uncle or say that Anupam is a temple hymn and Karan is Mihir’s illegitimate son.
