Today’s episode begins with Nandini saying Tulsi she must not let the tradition be broken because of her. She says Tulsi was the one who had insisted on following the tradition. She says that even when Tulsi was not there for ten years she still followed the family traditions and ensure the tradition is not broken under any circumstances.
Nandini’s Arrest Shakes the Viranis
Nandini says Karan to take care of himself and their child. Gautam asks Nandini not to worry as he will arrange her bail. Karan says the first thing he will do tomorrow morning is get Nandini out of jail.
Nandini says Tripti and Mandira have started a fight against their family and they will all face them together. Tulsi says Tripti will have to pay for what she has done to her. She says justice will be served and it is now Tripti’s turn to get arrested. Tulsi makes it clear she will not spare her. The police arrest Nandini and take her away.
Tulsi Encourages the Family
Karan says Sahil showed courage in front of Nandini but now he is worried about what they should do next. Sahil says Gautam is promising to arrange Nandini’s bail but the video is an important piece of evidence.
He wonders how they will go to Shantiniketan in such a situation. Tulsi asks what has happened to all of them. Nandini showed so much courage but now they are behaving as if they are helpless. She asks them to remember what Nandini said and tells them they must stand together.
She makes it clear their family traditions will not be broken. Tulsi also says she will see who saves Tripti from going to jail. She declares they will all go to Shantiniketan and celebrate Dussehra together. Gautam promises Karan he will arrange Nandini’s bail.
Tripti’s Hidden Agenda
Tripti tells Subhash Mandira has called her and invited them to Shantiniketan. She says Mandira is receiving a special award from the Medical Council. Subhash asks why Mandira has invited them.
Tripti says Samaira is her granddaughter. Even if they does not maintain a relationship with the Virani family members they will still have a relationship with them because of Sid and Samaira. Tripti says she initially thought Sid and Samaira’s wedding would never happen.
However ever since Mandira returned she feels the wedding will definitely happen now. She says they should go to Shantiniketan. Subhash says he had forgotten that their relationship is with Mandira and not Tulsi. Sid agrees with them. she asks everyone to get ready.
Mihir’s Shocking Decision
Mandira and Mihir return home. Mandira asks Mihir where the Shantiniketan board has gone. Mihir tells her he destroyed the board. Mandira asks him why he did that.
Mihir says first he thought he would remove the board in front of Tulsi and her family when Tulsi came there. However later he felt if Tulsi arrived and did not see the board she would feel hurt. Mandira wonders whether Mihir is telling the truth.
She thinks he has made things easier for her and has done her work for her. She says she has already completed the rest of her plan. She thinks Shantiniketan agreement is with her Nandini has been arrested and her next battle will begin very soon.
Tulsi Confronts Tripti
After some time Mandira welcomes Tripti and her family. Tulsi also arrives there with the Virani family. Tripti deliberately is missing. She asks Karan what happened and why he has not brought Nandini with him. Tulsi calls Tripti a very low-minded woman.
She says Tripti herself got Nandini arrested and is now pretending to be concerned about her whereabouts. Tripti tells Tulsi not to make baseless accusations against her. She claims she does not know how Nandini got arrested. Just then the police arrive. The inspector says he has come to arrest Tulsi on the charge of poisoning Nandini.
Everyone is shocked to hear this. Karan asks the inspector what he is saying. The inspector explains Nandini suffered from food poisoning after eating food that was sent to the jail. Her condition became serious and she was admitted to the hospital. Fortunately her treatment started in time and she is now out of danger.
He further reveals they have learned the food sent to the jail was supposedly sent by Tulsi. Tulsi says she did not send any food to Nandini. Gautam and Karan support Tulsi and say they are sure someone else sent the food as Tulsi is innocent.
Mandira Pushes for Tulsi’s Arrest
A flashback reveals Tripti had sent the food for Nandini in Tulsi’s name. She had instructed the constable to make sure everyone believed Tulsi had sent the food. She also told the constable to inform Mandira the work had been completed exactly as she had instructed.
In the present the inspector tells Tulsi she must accompany him to the police station. Tulsi requests some time to spend at Shantiniketan before he arrests her. The inspector agrees to wait. Tulsi turns to Mihir and says she does not have much time left. She tells him he had humiliated her and thrown her out of the house.
She asks why he called her there today and what else is left now. Mihir tells her he is waiting for his guests and the media is also arriving. Tripti becomes suspicious. She thinks Nandini is in the hospital yet everyone else is present at Shantiniketan and something seems fishy.
Karan also wonders what Mihir is planning.
Mandira tells the inspector to stop the drama and arrest Tulsi immediately. However the inspector tells he has come to arrest Tripti not Tulsi..
Tripti’s Crimes Exposed
Mihir plays a video of Tripti and Mandira’s conversation in which Tripti confesses to her crime. Tripti is shocked. She calls the video fake and claims she has done nothing wrong. She asks Sid not to believe what the others are saying.
Sid says Tripti she is worthy of calling mother. He says he has considered her his mother and loved her for so many years. He says he trusted her more than anyone else. Sid reveals he recorded the video himself and it is not fake. He says he had been following Tripti which why he discovered the truth.
Tripti tries to convince Subhash but he tells her he has already watched the video. He says she has betrayed them. Mihir says they also have an eyewitness Munni who saw Tripti killing Aparna. Tripti and everyone else are stunned by this revelation. Mandira asks Tripti if everything shown in the video is true.
Tulsi asks Tripti if she is not ashamed of herself. She says Tripti received Subhash’s support and was made a part of his family yet she killed Aparna. Tulsi further says Tripti kept Sid in the dark throughout his life and made him believe her lies.
Tulsi Exposes Mandira’s Evil Plan
Tulsi turns towards Mandira and asks if she thought nobody would discover the conspiracy she planned with Tripti against Shantiniketan. Mandira denies doing anything wrong and tells Tulsi not to twist the facts.
Mihir asks Tulsi to explain Mandira properly. He then calls the constable inside. The constable reveals Tripti and Mandira had paid him to send poisoned food to Nandini. Their plan was to put all the blame on Tulsi. The inspector apologises to Tulsi.
He explains he came to arrest her because of the information they had received. Mandira asks everyone to stop their drama. Tulsi asks Mihir to play the next video. Mandira is shocked when she sees a video of herself injecting medicine into Mihir.
Mandira’s Crimes Come to Light
Mihir tells Mandira she thought she was the only one playing games but he had also been playing his own game against her. He reveals he changed the injection she had been giving him. He says he installed spy cameras throughout the house so he could keep an eye on her every move.
Mihir says Mandira had been giving him those injections for a long time. Because of the injections his memory was not returning. When the Medical Council learned about what she had been doing they decided to suspend her permanently.
They also planned to take away the award she was supposed to receive as she did not deserve it. Mandira says she has done nothing wrong. She says that she worked very hard to reach the position she has achieved. Tulsi calls Dr. Manish Paliwal. Mandira ia left speechless
Mandira’s Game Backfires
Dr.Manish says when Mihir came to meet him he saw Mandira giving him the medicine. He says the medicine was meant to erase Mihir’s memory which is a crime. He further says he later conducted hypnotic regression therapy on Mihir.
Through this therapy he understood the truth about Mihir’s condition and realised Mandira had been hiding the truth from him and showing him lies.Dr. Manish says what Mandira did was a crime especially considering she is a doctor.
Mihir says Mandira kept him in the dark for so long and made him believe the Virani family were his enemies. He says his accident had happened while he was diving but Mandira had told him it happened in a car. Mihir calls her a great liar.
Mandira’s Dream Crumbles
Tulsi asks Mandira if she wanted to take over all of Shantiniketan and Virani Industries. Mihir further reveals Mandira even stole the papers . He says before signing anything she should have read the documents and checked if they were actually his signature.
Mandira checks the papers and is shocked to discover Mihir’s fake signature on them. Tulsi says Mandira will now receive the punishment she deserves for everything she has done. She asks Gautam how much punishment Mandira could receive. Gautam replies if she has a good lawyer she could even face life imprisonment.
Tulsi says she always knew Mandira would try to destroy the family but she never imagined Mandira would go to such lengths just to get Mihir. Tulsi says in the end Mihir is standing with her and his family.
Tulsi’s Powerful Victory
Tulsi makes it clear that Mandira never truly had Mihir. Despite all her efforts Mandira could not break their relationship. Tulsi says their family’s strength does not come from money or fame. Their real strength comes from the blessings of Amba and Govardhan which they have received.
She declares the Virani family will never break apart and will always remain united. Tulsi says devotion to God never goes to waste. Today her family is standing together like a rock because God has set certain boundaries that must never be crossed.
She says Mandira crossed those boundaries which is why she has lost everything. Tulsi say Mandira did not even have feelings for her own brother Anupama she kept him away from his children.
Mandira Takes Mihir at Gunpoint
Mandira secretly picks up a gun and points it at Mihir. The family panics. Mandira warns everyone to step back and says things will not end well if anyone comes near her. She declares she is not someone who will accept defeat so easily.
She says if Mihir cannot be hers then he cannot belong to anyone else either. Mandira threatens to kill Mihir. Karan tells Mandira if she wants to kill than she can kill him but she must leave Tulsi and Mihir alone. Gautam says they all are ready to die for them and warns Mandira to think about the consequences of her actions.
Mandira says it is too late now. Tulsi points out Mandira has taken out a gun in front of the media. She says Mandira has already committed many crimes. However Mandira says she does not care about the media. Tulsi tells her to shoot her instead and spare Mihir.
Mandira Threatens to Kill Mihir
Mandira refuses to change her decision. She says if Mihir cannot stay with her then he will not be allowed to stay with anyone else. She declares she will not spare Mihir and once he is dead nobody will stand in her way of getting him.
Mandira orders everyone to move back and uses Mihir as a shield so that she can escape. The inspector warns Mandira to put the gun down. The entire family panics and suddenly a gunshot is heard. Everyone is left shocked.
Anupama Shoots Mandira
Anupam shoots Mandira and Mandira stumbles. The police arrest Anupam. Anupam says she should have done this many years ago. Tripti tries to run away but a female constable catches her.Anupam tells Mandira she had remained silent because Mandira was her sister.
However after seeing this side of her he feels Mandira does not even deserve to be called her sister. Anupam says Mandira took her family away from her and kept her in the dark. He calls Mandira a monster.
Mandira Takes Her Last Breath
He says just as Ravan meets his end every year Ravan will meet his end in this era too. Mandira dies.Anupam hugs Karan and meets him for the last time. He thanks Mihir for raising her children to become good human beings and for giving them good values.
The police arrest both Anupama and Tripti. Mandira’s body is taken away. Mihir says evil has finally come to an end. Tulsi replies their family has been through a lot but their happiness will not be complete until the entire family is reunited.
Nandini Returns Home
Later Tulsi and Mihir watch as the entire family celebrates Dussehra. Everyone feeds sweets to one another because Vaishnavi is pregnant. Karan feels sad as he misses Nandini. He is lighting the diyas when Nandini arrives and helps him.
Gautam informs Karan all the charges against Nandini have been dropped. Karan hugs Nandini. Tulsi and Mihir are happy to see them together. Tulsi says her happiness is now complete because the entire family is finally together.
An Emotional Farewell to Savitri
Mihir and Tulsi see Savitri’s soul.Savitri says she knew no matter how hard anyone tried Tulsi and Mihir would always stay together. She says nobody will ever be able to shake the foundations of Shantiniketan.
She tells them they will now remain together and she has finally been freed from life. Savitri asks them to release her from the responsibility of being their mother. She thanks Tulsi for taking care of the family and holding everyone together. Savitri says it is now time for her to leave. Her soul disappears.
Tulsi and Mihir’s Happily Ever After
Mihir and Tulsi celebrate Diwali with their entire family. Tulsi says every part of the house holds their story. They have lived through every moment and every relationship in this house and perhaps is what life is all about.
Mihir says if he gets another chance to live his life all over again he would be ready to do so but he has one condition he wants to live that life with Tulsi by his side. Mihir and Tulsi recall their beautiful moments together and remember Amba’s words.
The episode ends with Mihir and Tulsi celebrating Diwali with their family united and happy once again.
