Today’s episode begins with Dev being caught smoking by Noina. Dev quickly clarifies that it was his friend who insisted he try it and claims that he does not smoke regularly. Noina calmly explains that while smoking may be considered fashionable among his generation he should still be careful. Dev praises Noina for being cool and chill.
Hrithik Accuses Noina of Spoiling Dev
Hrithik taunts Noina accusing her of spoiling Dev by giving him money, granting unnecessary leaves, and encouraging irresponsible behavior. He believes this will make Dev careless toward work. Noina defends herself saying that if Dev does not enjoy now when will he? Hrithik responds sharply stating that at Dev’s age he was already managing the business.
Mitali intervenes and mocks Hrithik saying he did not manage the business but ruined it. She questions why Hrithik lectures Noina when she has done so much for the family. Mitali reminds him that because of his mistakes the family is struggling to save everything they have. Tulsi witnesses Mitali insulting Hrithik and feels deeply hurt.
Tulsi goes to meet Noina and remarks that they never really met properly. She says she did not realize that meeting Noina would be so important and tries to leave. Noina stops her saying she wanted to talk. Gayatri asks what Noina wants to discuss with Tulsi.
Tulsi calls Hrithik and explains that while the family may not be used to it Gayatri is at a stage where she should not be left alone on a difficult path. Tulsi asks Hrithik to take Gayatri along. Tulsi then leaves with Noina to talk privately.
Hrithik tells Gayatri that Tulsi’s arrival gives him hope and that if they somehow get two months’ time Shantiniketan can be saved. Gayatri adds that if Tulsi and Mihir start talking again the house might be saved. Hrithik doubts this but Gayatri insists on holding onto hope.
Tulsi and Noina’s Tense Conversation
Noina questions Tulsi on how she can still stand by Mihir after everything all that has happened. She points out that she has came along with Mihir now as her partner. Tulsi calmly replies that Mihir’s current status is irrelevant to her she knows he is no longer her husband. Noina remarks that even without being together Tulsi still came which she finds admirable.
Tulsi responds sharply saying that to understand such thoughts Noina would need to become like her. She adds that values like humanity and morals still matter no matter how much time has passed. Noina argues that the world has moved ahead in six years but Tulsi has not changed. Tulsi counters that values never become outdated.
The conversation turns personal. Noina says Tulsi considers her an enemy. Tulsi replies that she has clear standards for friends and enemies and does not see Noina as one. Noina points out that she entered Mihir’s life. Tulsi calmly states that the day Noina entered Mihir’s life Mihir stopped being her husband.
Mihir Tulsi Awkward Car Ride
Mihir arrives and asks for tea and samosas. Tulsi says she does not want Mihir says he was offering Noina. Tulsi leaves and Noina states she does not eat oily food. Mihir taunts her and walks away.
As everyone prepares to leave Noina sits in Mihir’s car. Mihir asks her to move to Gayatri’s car explaining that Tulsi will sit with him to maintain the appearance that everything is normal. Noina suggests sitting in the back seat but Mihir refuses due to lack of space. Gayatri taunts Noina saying people often doubt others based on their own mindset. Furious Noina storms off.
Tulsi and Mihir sit together both visibly uncomfortable. A song plays in their car the same one Mihir once sang for Tulsi. Memories flood back. The same song plays in Gayatri’s car where Shobha recalls Mihir singing it for Tulsi during their wedding anniversary. Enraged Noina switches off the song. Gayatri taunts her again suggesting she should not have come to Surat if she cannot tolerate even a song let alone see Mihir and Tulsi together as husband and wife even if it is just an act.
At the exhibition Angad helps a customer identify fabric using barcode scanning showcasing his expertise.
Vaishavi asks Vrinda to narrate her love story with Angad. Angad arrives and scolds them for gossiping during work, but eventually shares the story.
Tulsi calls Vaishavi to check if everything is fine. Angad jokingly complains about being disturbed. Tulsi reassures them and asks the girls to stay focused.
Mihir and Tulsi’s Unspoken Tension
Mihir comments that Tulsi has become a strong businesswoman. He praises Noina as highly professional and unbeatable in business. Tulsi calmly replies that her competition is with herself not with anyone else. She adds pointedly that sitting in the same car may be a compulsion but talking is not.
Noina’s Humiliation
At Baapji’s place Tulsi performs aarti at the Tulsi plant. Noina and Suchi interrupt and Baapji stops them. He questions who Noina is and criticizes her for disrespecting Tulsi. Baapji reminds everyone that Tulsi is deeply revered in the house and that insulting her breaks family traditions. He orders Noina to bow and apologize to Tulsi. Noina is shocked. Pratap reinforces the command.
Precap : Pratap orders Noina to bow down and apologize to Tulsi. With folded hands Noina apologizes. Pratap assures Tulsi that he will always help her. Noina then asks Tulsi to help them get more time to repay the house loan. Later Noina feels humiliated when Mihir and Tulsi are given the couple’s room and she is treated like a third wheel. Noina holds Mihir’s hand. Mihir pulls away reminding her that Tulsi is his wife.
