Today’s episode starts with Pari telling Tulsi that she feels she is going to lose the case. She questions why Gautam is doing this and why he is supporting Ranvijay because if Ranvijay wins he will take Garima away. Pari breaks down saying that she loves Garima deeply and cannot live without her. Overwhelmed with fear she collapses emotionally and Tulsi tries her best to console her.
Tulsi Confronts Gautam
At that moment Tulsi spots Gautam and stops him to talk. She confronts him asking why he publicly destroyed Pari’s dignity especially when she is his sister. Mihir also reaches there and Tulsi reminds Gautam that she taught him to win but winning by hurting Pari is not a real victory. Gautam replies that since morning Tulsi has been asking him questions so now it’s his turn to ask.
Noina, Shobha, Pari and Hemant silently observe everything from a distance.
Gautam Questions Tulsi’s
Gautam asks Tulsi where Karan lives. He says Tulsi always knew where Karan was but she had no idea where Gautam lived. He adds that Tulsi would say she called him many times and everyone tried but he never answered. However he questions what Tulsi would have done if the same situation had happened with Karan. Gautam says Tulsi would have shaken the entire house, the city even New York because Karan has always been her favorite.
Gautam states that in Tulsi’s memories Karan has always been placed above everyone else.
Gautam tells everyone that it was nice seeing them all. Shobha questions why he is doing this and reminds him that they are a family and Pari is his sister. Gautam bitterly responds that this is the same sister who never called him or remembered him. He asks Shobha and others to excuse him saying he wants to talk to Tulsi alone.
Gautam’s Pain Surfaces
Gautam asks Tulsi whether her responsibility ended after calling him once assuming that if he didn’t answer he must be fine and would come back on his own. Tulsi is shocked and asks how she could ever think like that.
Gautam questions whether Tulsi ever considered that he might be in trouble or whether she ever thought that if he doesn’t answer repeated calls something serious could be wrong even life-threatening. Tulsi argues that children can be far or near but a mother always worries and asks why Gautam is saying such things.
Gautam Reveals His Broken Marriage and Lonely Life
Gautam says Tulsi believes that his life is perfect with his wife and children but the truth is he lied to them. Damini left him and not only that she turned his children against him as well. He admits that he lived his entire life alone without support and at that time he needed Tulsi, Mihir and the family the most. Both Mihir and Tulsi are left completely shocked.
Gautam reveals that he thought his parents would call him at least once but then he realized that their love for Karan wasn’t limited to just Karan it had extended to the next generation. He learned that Baa transferred her property to Karan’s son leaving nothing in his name. He sarcastically says that since he is Gautam he doesn’t need this money but everything is secured in the children’s names. He adds that Pari received property and Tulsi also got the property but he received nothing.
Tulsi insists he is misunderstanding everything but Gautam clarifies that this is not about money it’s about belonging. Gautam reminds Tulsi that he is the eldest son and the eldest child is usually given the first right and involved in all family matters. But instead he was pushed out and conveniently forgotten.
Tulsi says they could never forget him and that he is still the eldest son of the house. Gautam replies that Tulsi’s words and actions never matched. She always said everything would be fine but failed when it mattered most.
Gautam admits that he once thought of calling Tulsi, crying, and emotionally pressuring Mihir into giving him something. But then he realized that when he never received anything by right whatever came later would only be charity and he refuses to accept charity.
Mihir interrupts saying Gautam is talking nonsense and reminds him that he is their son and their family. Gautam counters that for the last six years this family hasn’t lived together and he even know that Tulsi had left the house.
Gautam Accuses Mihir of Neglect and Double Standards
Gautam taunts Mihir saying he looks younger than Gautam constantly maintaining himself with gym, parties and a second wife leaving him no time to remember his own son.
He says others may have forgotten him but he expected Mihir to remember. Mihir asks him to stop but Gautam accuses them of always making the elder son look small and Karan look great. Gautam asks Tulsi what was so special about Karan that she loved him so much despite him not being her biological son. He reminds her that Karan was adopted yet loved more.
He then brings up Ansh saying Ansh was her real blood and questions what Tulsi did to him. Tulsi firmly replies that she doesn’t need reminders, as she hasn’t lived a single day without remembering Ansh and his death. She insists that she never differentiated between her children Gautam, Karan, Shobha, Pari, Angad, and Hrithik.
Gautam Cuts All Ties with Tulsi and Mihir
Gautam says Tulsi’s words and actions never aligned. He declares that today he is cutting all ties with Mihir and Tulsi because over the last seven years everyone lived for themselves and now he will live for himself too. He warns them not to mess with him declares that there is no relationship left, and coldly says See you in the courtroom. Tulsi breaks down emotionally as Gautam leaves.
Mihir tries to console Tulsi who questions what mistake they made despite doing everything they could.
Gautam’s Declaration of War
Later Gautam drinks and recalls his childhood remembering how Tulsi refused to give him his share in the property. He remembers how before Karan entered their lives everything was meant for him but after Karan arrived everything became about Karan making Gautam invisible.
He vows that this time justice will be served and he will decide where the weight truly lies. He declares that tomorrow will be a heavy day for the Virani family.
Dev dreams of partying but Parth wakes him up by splashing water. Parth reminds Dev that this is reality and they need to go to the office. Dev mocks him saying only strugglers like Parth and Hrithik work while he is made to dream.
Saloni calls and Dev lies that he is busy with office work. Saloni informs him that she is coming to Mumbai for wedding shopping and they will meet. Dev agrees. Parth panics warning Dev that if Saloni finds out Tulsi is not living in Shantiniketan it will be a disaster.Dev refuses to act while Parth leaves for court.
Divorce and Custody at Stake
At court Pari is anxious about the verdict. Tulsi encourages her to stay strong regardless of the outcome. Before the judge announces the verdict Hemant presents his argument stating that this case represents a woman facing daily injustice, domestic violence, humiliation, and abuse.
He admits Pari made mistakes out of love but asks whether one mistake should define a person’s entire life. He highlights Ranvijay’s cruelty and requests the court to grant divorce arguing that a relationship built on lies and violence has no foundation.
Precap: Gautam tells Tulsi that everything meant for him was taken by Karan. He ends the Karan Arjun rivalry saying they should go their separate ways.
In court Ranvijay demands only Garima’s custody, while Pari strongly argues for her daughter. The judge prepares to deliver the final verdict.
