Today’s episode starts with Hemant stating that there is no meaning in a relationship where support turns into a burden. He tells the court that when a bond becomes a chain instead of strength it should be broken. Hemant requests the court to deliver justice in the divorce case of Pari and Ranvijay and separate them permanently so that both can live their lives peacefully and independently.
The court is asked to grant an immediate divorce to Pari and Ranvijay. Ranvijay is visibly shocked by this sudden demand.
Gautam argues that Hemant’s request is extremely rare for both lawyers in a case to demand the same outcome. He clarifies that Ranvijay also wants divorce but he has two serious concerns that must be addressed before any decision is taken.
Gautam explains that over the past six years, he has given his blood, sweat, time and effort to the Virani Industries. He reminds the court that he owns shares in the company and if the divorce happens without protection he and his family could end up on the streets.
Therefore he wants assurance that his professional and personal life will not be destroyed.
Mihir responds firmly saying he is ready to give Ranvijay all his shares but demands that Ranvijay be removed from his life forever. The judge immediately intervenes and warns Mihir to speak only when permitted by the court.
Garima Custody at the center
Hemant asks about the second condition. Gautam reveals that the condition concerns Ranvijay’s daughter Garima. He states that Pari’s true nature has already been proven in court and therefore Garima’s complete and permanent custody should be given to Ranvijay. Pari becomes emotional and furious saying that Ranvijay does not love Garima and does not care about her at all.
Pari Accuses Ranvijay of Being an Absent Father
Pari questions Ranvijay’s intentions stating that he has never spent time with Garima never played with her and doesn’t even know which school she goes to or which class she studies in. She adds that he probably doesn’t even know her birthday. Pari begs Ranvijay not to do this.
The judge warns Pari to maintain courtroom decorum stating that she could be punished for her behavior. Tulsi asks Pari to sit down and control herself.
Ranvijay asks permission to speak. He then reveals detailed information about Garima including her birthday, birth weight, interests, love for music, favorite food and her habit of running away while drinking milk.
Pari is shocked and stunned. She whispers to Tulsi that Ranvijay is acting and that someone must have fed him this information. Tulsi asks her to calm down.
Ranvijay’s Fake Emotional Act In Court
Ranvijay tells the court that he loves Garima deeply and also loved Pari which is why he does not want to say anything negative about her. He explains that he only wants Garima to protect her from negativity and manipulation and to raise her with proper values.
He acknowledges that courts usually grant custody to mothers as they carry children for nine months but asks What about a father? He says a father keeps his child in his heart for life fulfills every responsibility and that a father’s love is no less than a mother’s.
Ranvijay act breaks down emotionally stating that he cannot live without Garima.
Noina thinks to herself that Ranvijay’s acting is even more manipulative than Pari’s
Court Final Verdict
Gautam states that the truth in Ranvijay’s words is visible in his eyes and there is nothing more to say.
The judge says that a child needs both parents but when it comes to Pari she is neither capable of raising the child nor providing stability. The judge remarks that Pari herself needs help as she is misusing domestic violence claims playing with lives and mocking the legal system.
After reviewing all evidence, arguments, and Pari’s past conduct the court delivers its verdict.
Ranvijay Gets Custody Of Garima
The court grants Ranvijay bail finalizes the divorce and awards full custody of Garima to Ranvijay. Ranvijay is overjoyed in happiness. Tulsi, Pari, and the entire Virani family are shocked.
The judge clarifies that Pari can meet Garima only with Ranvijay’s permission. Since Ranvijay has spent six years living in Pari’s house and serving the Virani business the Virani family must arrange proper accommodation for Garima and her caretaker. Ranvijay’s position in Virani Industries will remain intact. Hemant tries to argue but the judge adjourns the court.
Pari breaks down emotionally Tulsi consoles her. Mihir is furious. Gautam and Ranvijay smirk victoriously and walk past Tulsi and Mihir without even looking at them.
Tulsi Confronts Gautam
Tulsi confronts Gautam asking what he has done. Gautam replies coldly Your son has won the case.
Tulsi accuses Gautam of taking revenge on Pari because he is angry with her reminding him that he knows how abusive Ranvijay was how he ruined Mihir’s company and yet Gautam supported him. Gautam argues that Tulsi reacts differently when she is hurt and differently when others are hurt. He says that Pari losing her daughter affects Tulsi deeply but when Tulsi distanced herself from Gautam it did not affect her at all.
Tulsi insists she has always treated all her children equally. Gautam questions this saying that if Karan had achieved something big today Tulsi would have celebrated but instead she is upset by his victory. Gautam declares that the Karan Arjun conflict ends today and they will go their separate ways. Tulsi breaks down feeling that her own son believes she treated him like an outsider.
Ranvijay mocks Tulsi before leaving. Gautam shuts the car window on Tulsi’s face. Noina watches this and smiles.
Inside the car Gautam plays music saying music heals inner pain. Ranvijay responds that today’s pain is different today is actually a day of happiness. He says he fought this case and could clearly see the hatred in the eyes of the Virani family. He admits that he too hates them but he knows very well that if someone wants to hurt them deeply it can only be done by one of their own. That is why he joined hands with Angad who is standing firmly by his side.
Gautam interrupts and says there is no point discussing the Virani family or their drama anymore. Whatever they do will not change anything. They will not get their rights but Ranvijay will definitely get his shares and Gautam promises him this. Ranvijay thanks him but Gautam says there is no need for thanks. He clarifies that he fought this case not for Ranvijay but for himself to teach Viranis a lesson. When someone from your own family treats you like an outsider and makes you feel unwanted it hurts deeply and Gautam knows that pain very well.
Ranvijay agrees and says that what happened with Gautam was truly wrong. The Viranis accuse Gautam of being selfish but in reality they are the selfish ones. Ranvijay drinks alcohol and Gautam immediately warns him to stay within limits because he has to drive him to the airport and drinking and driving is not acceptable.
Gautam Confronts Noina
At the airport Noina questions Gautam asking if he plans to leave without even meeting her.Gautam replies that it is impossible how could he leave without seeing her? He says she is the mastermind behind this entire plan. Noina thanks him for coming and doing all this for her.
Gautam stops her and firmly says that only his family have the right to call him by his pet name. Secondly if she believes he did everything for her she is completely mistaken. He clarifies that he did all this for himself. In fact it is he who should thank Noina for giving him crucial information. He says that everything going wrong with the Viranis was bound to happen sooner or later and by coming here he has done no favour to anyone.
He openly admits that he came only for his own benefit and purpose. When Noina asks what he means, Ranvijay explains that he is not directly hurting his family. By staying among them becoming one of them he is ensuring they feel the pain they truly deserve because they never valued their own people. With that he leaves.
Noina reflects bitterly and says that the Viranis are strange some roam around with so-called values others with attitude. She has nothing to do with any of it her work is done.
Tulsi Emotional Breakdown
Vrinda asks Tulsi why Gautam is so angry. Tulsi replies that if he were upset due to any mistake of hers she would apologize and make things right. But he is trapped in a misunderstanding and she does not know how to deal with that kind of anger.
Shobha wonders how Gautam could behave this way with his own family. Vrinda says that there must be someone whose words Gautam listens to.
Meanwhile Succhi reveals that Noina manipulated Gautam into fighting Ranvijay’s case. Noina admits that she was the one who called Gautam and made sure Tulsi lost. She coldly says that Tulsi has now lost twice first in Pari’s case and second by losing her own son. This double loss will hurt deeply.
Succhi points out that Noina seems happy about Tulsi’s defeat. Noina replies that she is not happy about Tulsi losing but about protecting her own self-respect. She always believed Tulsi was wiser and superior someone who made better decisions. But now she must admit that Noina also knows how to fight and how to win.
Tulsi reflects sadly that Gautam destroyed everything to defeat her own sister. This loss is not just Gautam’s mistake it is Tulsi’s as well. Shobha reassures her saying she did nothing wrong. She went beyond her limits for Gautam loved everyone equally including him. Gautam is wrong to blame her for everything.
Tulsi recalls Gautam’s harsh words and becomes deeply emotional.
Precap: Virani Industries faces an auction threat. Tulsi declares she is fighting not for himself but for Bandhej. Mihir vows that the factory will not be auctioned. Mihir meets with an accident.
