Today’s episode begins with the banker announcing that the entire bank loan has been cleared and therefore the auction has been cancelled. Noina is shocked and asks who cleared such a huge amount. Ajay replies that Tulsi paid it.
Noina is stunned and asks how Tulsi managed to do this. The Ajay explains that Tulsi repaid a large portion of the loan in which was sufficient to stop the auction immediately. Regarding the remaining large amount Tulsi has become the guarantor giving the bank a written guarantee that the balance will be repaid gradually without any delay.
The banker adds that Tulsi has submitted all plans and documents and the bank is fully satisfied. Tulsi has also given a written undertaking stating that she will take full responsibility for the company restart operations and fulfill the many orders already secured all of which will be manufactured in this factory. Based on this assurance the bank has decided to give the company another chance officially cancelling the auction.
Mihir is secretly happy while Noina and Ranvijay are shocked and frustrated.
Hrithik hugs everyone in joy and Parth also hugs everyone. Accidentally he moves toward Vaishavi for a hug but suddenly realizes it is her steps back and apologizes awkwardly. Vaishavi sharply tells him not to treat serious moments like casual fun and walks away. Parth comments that she ruined such a beautiful moment.
The banker says Tulsi that the auction is cancelled and asks for a written Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) confirming collaboration with the company to complete formalities. Ajay assures him the documents will be sent. The banker leaves.
Mihir Taunts Ranvijay
Seeing Ranvijay frustrated Mihir approaches him reminds him that he had already said Ranvijay would never be able to buy his factory and mockingly places a coin in his hand symbolizing defeat.
Elsewhere Vrinda is angry with Angad. Angad tries to pacify her but she refuses. To stop her from leaving Angad ties his dupatta around both of them declaring that he will not let her go until she forgives him and says I love you. Vrinda refuses. Angad jokes that then they will stay tied together all day wherever they go. Vrinda stubbornly agrees but adds that she cannot say I love you if she doesn’t feel it. Angad emotionally explains that without her his life turns black and white darkness surrounds him and everything he said earlier was unintentional. He apologizes sincerely.
Vrinda softens and teasingly says he feels if he makes a cute face she might forgive him. Angad asks why.. Angad Why Vrinda smiles say because he will unties the dupatta and they hug.
Tulsi Confront Ranvijay
Tulsi confronts Ranvijay telling him that she thought he would lower his eyes in shame after losing but his list of wrong deeds is so long that he should get used to losing.
Ranvijay arrogantly replies that she has only received orders so far and completing them is another challenge altogether. Tulsi calmly responds that with hard work and God’s blessings the orders will be completed. Ranvijay boasts about his name meaning victory. Tulsi replies sharply that true victory belongs to those who worship God with humility not ego and that success comes through honest effort.
She tells Ajay that she does not want any debate and asks him to prepare the papers.
Mihir and Tulsi Partnership Proposal
Ajay informs Mihir that he will send the papers today and all they need to do is sign to confirm working together.
Noina is shocked and asks Tulsi why working with Mihir is necessary even though she saved the factory. Ajay explains that Tulsi used her export advance to repay part of the loan became the guarantor for the rest and needs the factory and workers to complete her orders. Restarting the factory will benefit everyone. Ranvijay angrily asks who decided this. Hrithik reveals it was his decision taunting Ranvijay that while some people only dream others actually save factories. Ranvijay warns We will see and leaves.
Mihir Refuses the Deal
Ajay asks Mihir if he needs details of the MoU. Mihir bluntly refuses to work with Tulsi.Everyone is shocked. Tulsi questions Ajay asking why this drama when he said everything was settled. Ajay asks Mihir why he is refusing. Mihir states firmly that it is his decision and there will be no further discussion.
Hrithik explains to Niona that the factory’s revival is only possible because of Tulsi workers will return, production will resume and everything will stabilize but Mihir’s stubbornness may prevent that. Ajay urges Mihir to at least think once.
Tulsi stops Ajay saying there is no need to beg. She says they are not helpless and if Mihir cannot understand responsibility toward his children she does not need this partnership. Both Mihir and Tulsi leave.
Noina Convinces Mihir
Noina follows Mihir and questions his decision calling it a perfect deal that could fix everything.
Mihir sarcastically says working with Tulsi is impossible for him. He belittles Tulsi claiming she knows nothing beyond managing a household and got lucky with one order. Noina reminds him that all their businesses are collapsing the factory was about to be auctioned and this deal saves them. She urges him to think professionally and keep personal issues aside.
She warns that they only have three months to repay the loan and without restarting the factory repayment is impossible. Finally Mihir agrees, saying he is doing this only because of Noina. Noina thanks him.
Mihir Accept Deal
Mihir informs Tulsi that he is agreeing to the deal out of compulsion. Tulsi indirectly comments to Ajay that people who keep changing their stance are not trustworthy.
Mihir insists it is strictly business. Tulsi replies that even business needs trust.
Mihir mocks her attitude and Tulsi retorts that she is not a doormat. Hrithik intervenes requesting both to forget past bitterness and move forward together. Mihir confirms his agreement. Tulsi agrees only for Hrithik’s sake saying she cannot tolerate this stress daily and leaves.
Hrithik sighs in relief. Mihir smirks at Ajay. Ajay is happy. Hrithik remarks that this was harder than restarting the factory itself.
Romantic Moment for Pari and Ajay
Pari and Garima go to drop children at school. Farina runs after Sunny and Pari chases her. She bumps into Ajay and falls into his arms. Ajay quickly steadies her creating a brief romantic moment.
Ajay remembers his promise not to touch Pari unless she is comfortable and apologizes. Pari thanks him saying she would have fallen otherwise. They watch Sunny and Garima playing together.
Saloni’s Sudden Arrival Creates Panic
Saloni arrives shocking everyone. Noina wonders what she is doing here. Mihir asks why he was not informed. Dev admits he knew but was stopped by Parth. Saloni remarks that Tulsi should have been informed before her arrival and asks where Tulsi is. Gayatri lies that Tulsi went to a distant temple. Saloni says she is free today and will meet Tulsi before leaving.
Noina pulls Dev aside and scolds him for not informing her earlier. She sends Dev to take Saloni out for coffee or lunch and transfers money to him. Mihir sarcastically praises Noina for handling the situation but asks what they will do when Saloni returns home. Noina replies that she has a plan.
Precap : Noina says Tulsi has turned from wife to colleague while she herself has become wife from colleague. Tulsi questions whether Noina is married yet. Noina replies that she will be soon. Tulsi taunts that she has become a colleague but Noina still hasn’t become Mihir’s wife. Ranvijay plots against Tulsi. Mihir meets with a serious accident.
