Today’s episode starts with Angad asking Vrinda how Garima is doing. Vrinda replies that Garima is fine but she feels angry at Akshaya and Madhavi though she does not understand why they have suddenly started behaving differently these days.
Angad says he also does not understand why the two of them are acting so strangely after coming here. Vrinda explains that the real issue is not their intention. Madhavi and Akshaya have always lived in the chawl and the children there grow up in a very different environment. Their way of sitting, talking, playing, fighting and even arguing is completely different. She says that the children here are very calm and disciplined. According to what she has observed Akshaya and Madhavi are behaving the same way they used to behave in the chawl. However the children here feel uncomfortable because they think the two are always fighting, arguing and snatching things from others.
Angad says that in this situation it is not entirely Akshaya and Madhavi’s fault because everything here is very different for them. Vrinda responds that this does not mean she will allow them to misbehave. Whenever she tries to correct them they immediately go to Mihir. Since Mihir has stayed away from them for so many years he always supports them.
Vrinda fears that the sudden love and attention they are receiving may spoil them. Angad says she is overthinking because Hrithik also grew up in this same house and he turned out perfectly fine.Vrinda replies that things were different at that time. She says she has been thinking that maybe the children should not stay here for now. Angad asks if she wants to send them back to the chawl. Vrinda says that she will never send them back because she had promised Tulsi that everyone would stay together. However she is considering sending the children to a boarding school for a few days.
Angad asks if she will be able to stay without the children. Vrinda says it will be difficult but she will manage if it is for their future and well-being.
Hrithik Opens Up to Tulsi About His Past
Hrithik meets Tulsi. Tulsi asks him how Timsi is doing. Hrithik replies that Timsi is fine now thanks to Vrinda and Pari who have taken the children outside for some time. Hrithik says that Vrinda and Pari already have their own children so taking responsibility for a third child is a big responsibility. People understand this only when they go through such situations themselves.
He then says he is worried that Timsi might grow up becoming too quiet. She already speaks very little and stays lost in her own thoughts. He does not want her to become an introvert because the world is very difficult. He wants Timsi to become strong enough to face people and the challenges of life. Tulsi tells him not to worry because everything will eventually become fine.
Hrithik then becomes emotional and says that he has made one wrong decision after another in his life. First he misunderstood Munni’s feelings and rejected her. Then under pressure he married Mitali which was also a wrong decision. Later he tried to force himself to continue that relationship which was again a mistake. Tulsi asks what he means when he says he misunderstood Munni’s feelings.
Hrithik suddenly realizes what he has said and says he does not know why he is speaking about his emotions so openly. First he confessed it in front of Munni and now he is saying the same thing in front of Tulsi.
Tulsi asks if he told all this to Munni as well. Hrithik admits that the words slipped out of his mouth accidentally. Tulsi asks him directly whether he likes Munni. Hrithik says it is already too late now and talking about these things does not make any sense. Tulsi insists that he answer her question. She asks if he is love Munni because she has now become a Collector or because he is looking for a mother for Timsi.
Hrithik clearly denies both assumptions. He says Munni was his best friend and the only friend who truly understood him. She knew everything about him and he could always speak his heart out in front of her. He says that if he and Mitali had become good friends their marriage might not have broken. Now whenever he thinks about a life partner the face that comes to his mind is Munni.
However he adds that Munni has achieved great success in life and reached a position he does not consider himself worthy of anymore.
Tulsi Meets Munni and Asks a Big Question
Tulsi goes to meet Munni. Munni warmly welcomes her and says the day has already become special because Tulsi has come to meet her. She says that if Tulsi had not guided her in the past she would never have understood many things in life. She considers Tulsi a blessing sent by God. Tulsi replies that Munni has become a good person through her own efforts and she should not give credit to anyone else.
Munni asks Tulsi to sit and notices that she looks worried. She asks if everything is fine and whether Timsi is okay. She also mentions that Hrithik looked very upset earlier. Munni says she even prayed for Hrithik at the temple and promised that if everything in his life becomes better she will personally walk to the temple to offer prayers. Tulsi asks Munni why she is worried about Hrithik Munni tries to change the topic
Tulsi says that when someone meets their first love again it can feel strange but it also brings concern. Munni says that first love is very special but in their case both of them were wrong and the relationship was not meant to be. Tulsi replies that sometimes circumstances and thinking can be wrong but love itself is never wrong. She then tells Munni that after talking to Hrithik she felt that he might still love her.
Munni is shocked and says Hrithik cannot possibly feel that way. Tulsi explains that even back then it seemed possible that he might have accepted her feelings. She asks Munni what she would have done if Hrithik had accepted her love at that time. Tulsi say the way Hrithik rejected her at that time she felt that staying away from him was better for munni . She then focus on her goals and achieve something in life. That is why she prepared for the UPSC examination and eventually became a Collector.
Tulsi adds that even if Hrithik had accepted her back then society would have constantly taunted her for being from a different background. She says that is why today it feels strange that she has come to her with a marriage proposal for Hrithik who is now divorced and has a daughter. Tulsi asks Munni directly whether she would marry Hrithik. Munni is stunned.
Tulsi tells her that Hrithik also feels he is no longer worthy of Munni even though earlier he thought Munni was not worthy of him. Tulsi says Munni does not need to answer immediately. She should take her time and think carefully about her future before making a decision.
She adds that if Munni decides to say yes she can call her and address her as Mother. Tulsi also assures her that if her answer is no it will be respected and the topic will never be brought up again.
Pari Apologizes to Ajay’s Parents
Meanwhile Ajay drops his parents at a supermarket and asks them to wait while he parks the car. Outside the store a child accidentally hits Ajay’s mother with a trolley. Ajay’s father scolds the child. The child’s parents start arguing with him. At that moment Pari steps in and takes a stand for the elderly couple. Ajay’s parents are shocked to see her.
Pari tells the child’s parents that their child hit the trolley and they should apologize instead of behaving rudely. The parents tell her not to interfere and ask what relationship she has with them . Pari replies that whether she is related to them or not is irrelevant. They are senior citizens and misbehaving with them is legally wrong. She warns them that CCTV footage will clearly show whose mistake it was and even threatens to call the police. The parents finally leave.
Pari then asks Ajay’s parents if they are okay. Garima gives water to Ajay’s father. Pari folds her hands and apologizes to them saying she knows they do not want to see her face. She had wanted to apologize many times before but never gathered the courage. Just then Sunny and Ajay arrive. Pari apologizes again and leaves with Garima.
Ajay’s father later asks Ajay if Garima and Sunny know each other. Ajay explains that they study in the same school and that is how he occasionally met Pari too. His mother comments that Pari has changed a lot. Ajay says she went through a divorce and is raising Garima alone but she has become a very good mother. His mother replies that people who hurt others eventually face the consequences of their own actions.
Niona Prepares Her Will
Elsewhere Niona is seen marking dates on a calendar. Suchi asks what she is doing. Niona says that only a few months are left and she might not even live to see the end of the year. She has called her lawyer because she wants to prepare her will.
Suchi becomes emotional and asks her not to lose hope. She says she has spoken to one of the best oncologists and requests Niona to meet him once. However Niona refuses and says whatever is happening to her is something she deserves.
Munni Gives Her Answer
Munni later calls Hrithik and asks if they can meet. They meet at a cafe where Hrithik apologizes for sharing his feelings with Tulsi. He says he never intended for Tulsi to discuss it with Munni. Munni tells him he does not need to apologize.
Meanwhile at the factory Mihir brings pani puri for Tulsi. Tulsi asks why he brought it. Mihir says he knew she would refuse if he invited her outside so he brought her favorite snack to the office. Tulsi refuses to eat and says he is irritating her. Mihir senses that something is wrong and asks what happened.
Tulsi finally tells him the truth about Munni and Hrithik’s past and how Munni had to leave their house because of it. Mihir is shocked and says he never knew this was the reason Munni left. Tulsi then reveals that Hrithik still likes Munni and she has asked Munni if she would marry him.
Mihir says Munni is a capable woman and if she becomes part of Hrithik’s life he will remain happy forever. Just then Tulsi receives a call from Munni. Tulsi nervously apologizes if her sudden proposal hurt her feelings. Munni simply says Mother.
Tulsi becomes extremely happy because she had told Munni to address her as Mother if her answer was yes. Mihir also becomes emotional and thanks Munni for agreeing to the proposal. Tulsi praises Munni for showing a big heart by accepting the relationship despite everything that happened in the past.
Mihir excitedly says he will start preparing for the wedding at Shantiniketan. However Tulsi stops him and says the wedding will take place in a temple and she will not come to Shantiniketan. Mihir silently thinks that maybe he deserves this distance but he will continue trying to bring Tulsi back into the family.

Meanwhile Niona tells Mitali that Hrithik seems happier after divorcing her. Mitali angrily says Hrithik has not understood her yet and if he could not live peacefully with her she will make sure he cannot live peacefully with Munni either.
Karan asks Mihir why Tulsi refuses to return to Shantiniketan. Mihir says he has not stopped trying to convince her now.
