Today’s episode begins with Samara sitting alone. Hritik is about to talk to her but he receives a phone call and leaves. Meanwhile Vrinda is chasing Akshaya and Madhavi trying to stop them. At that moment Angad catches Vrinda and pulls her aside. He asks what is happening. Vrinda explains that Akshaya and Madhavi suddenly ran away from there and she was trying to stop them but they did not listen to her at all.
Angad then notices that Vrinda’s hands do not have mehendi applied. He asks why she hasn’t put mehendi on her hands during such an important wedding celebration. Vrinda replies that she has been busy taking care of the children so she didn’t get the time to apply mehendi.
Hrithik And Munni Conversation
Hrithik applies lemon and sugar water on Munni’s mehendi. He explains that he has heard this mixture makes the mehendi color darker and deeper. He also jokingly says that people believe the darker the mehendi color the more the husband loves his wife.
Munni asks that he knows all these things. Hrithik smiles and says of course he knows because so many weddings have taken place in the house and he has seen everything since childhood. He remembers that Munni herself used to bring lemon and sugar water earlier so the mehendi would become darker. He adds that in a way this remedy actually belongs to her. Munni becomes silent.Hrithik asks her why she suddenly looks quiet. Munni says that everything feels like a dream almost like a fairy tale. She reminds him that she used to work in Shantiniketan as a servant in the house.
Hrithik immediately stops her and firmly says she should never say that again. He explains that in Shantiniketan no one ever considered her a servant. Instead she was always given the respect of a daughter. she has always been a part of that house and the family.
He also adds that doing household work does not make someone a servant because even Tulsi used to do household work. He tells her that she has always been an important part of the family and she will remain a part of their lives forever. After hearing this Munni hugs Hritik emotionally.
Mihir Applying Mehendi with Tulsi’s Name
Elsewhere Shobha and Pari are shocked to see that Mihir has applied mehendi on his hands. Mihir proudly shows them that he has written Tulsi’s name on his hand with mehendi.
Tulsi becomes embarrassed and asks him what he is doing reminding him that there are guests and children present and it does not look appropriate in front of everyone.
Mihir responds happily that he is enjoying it and it feels good. He says he simply felt like applying mehendi so he did it. He then explains that there is no rule saying only women can apply mehendi anyone can apply mehendi if they wish.
Tulsi argues that mehendi is applied to the groom during rituals but Mihir is the groom’s father. Mihir replies that his hands belong to him and he can apply mehendi however he wants. He even jokingly asks the mehendi artist to write Mihir in front of Tulsi and draw a heart with the words Tulsi loves Mihir. Tulsi becomes uncomfortable and leaves from there.
Mihir then confidently says that he knows Tulsi still has love for him in her heart and one day he will definitely make her say Tulsi loves Mihir.
Angad and Vrinda Romance
Angad takes Vrinda aside and begins sharing his feelings. He tells her that he feels their romance has completely disappeared. According to him they have become busy only with the children and household responsibilities.
He sadly says it feels like he does not even exist in her life anymore and that she only looks at him but there is no love in her eyes. Vrinda insists that he is saying nonsense but Angad explains that this is exactly the problem she only looks at him normally and not with love anymore. To reassure him Vrinda holds his hand and hugs him. Angad smiles and says that from now on she should keep looking at him lovingly like that. Vrinda becomes shy and warns him that someone might see them but Angad says they are husband and wife so why should they be afraid?
At that moment Munni and Hritik arrive there. Vrinda teasingly asks Angad what happened to his courage now. Angad replies nervously that Munni and Hrithik are standing there.
Shobha Catches Hrithik and Munni
Hrithik then tells Munni that although she has written his name in mehendi she didn’t tell him something important. He reveals that since the moment he met her the previous night he has been dreaming only about her. He accidentally calls her vada pav then quickly says he meant to say Munni because he became nervous.
Munni asks why he is nervous. Hrithik replies because he loves her and does not want to let her go. He then kisses Munni on the forehead. Angad and Vrinda secretly watch this moment and smile at their love.
Just then Shobha arrives and asks what is happening. Angad jokingly says love is happening. Shobha scolds him and tells him he should feel ashamed. Angad asks her to look at the other side where Munni and Hrithik are hugging.
Shobha immediately goes there and pulls Hrithik by the ear and reminds him that his wedding is about to happen. Hrithik complains that it hurts but Shobha warns Munni that she should also keep Hrithik under control. After scolding them Shobha tells everyone to come for the wedding function.
Samara Accuses Karan and Nandini
Later Nandini approaches Samara and asks if she has eaten anything because she has not eaten since morning. Samara angrily asks why Nandini is pretending to care about her. Nandini becomes upset and asks why she is speaking in such a rude way.
Karan arrives and tells Samara Nandini is her mother and she cannot talk to her like that. He says if Nandini does not take care of her then who will? Samara refuses to listen and tells Karan not to take Nandini’s side. She claims that both of them are pretending that everything is normal but she knows the truth about the problems in their relationship.
She angrily declares that their relationship is broken completely and that everything should collapse so the truth comes out. Karan tries to calm her down and explains that although there are differences between him and Nandini they are trying to fix things. Samara refuses to believe him and says she is no longer a child and understands everything.
After saying this she leaves in anger while Hritik secretly overhears the entire conversation.
Hritik Suggests Karan and Nandini Sit Together for the Ritual
Meanwhile Shobha informs Mihir that the priest is asking for a married couple to sit for the havan ritual. Mihir says any couple can sit there. At that moment Hritik suggests that Karan and Nandini should sit for the ritual because they specially came from the United States to attend the wedding. Mihir agrees. Hritik secretly hopes that spending time together during the ritual might help resolve their differences.
Tulsi Waits for Gautam
Tulsi stands near the entrance waiting for Gautam to arrive. Mihir notices her and asks who she is waiting for. He then guesses that she is waiting for Gautam but says Gautam will not come because he has inherited his stubborn nature from Tulsi and never returns to Shantiniketan for family events.
Tulsi calmly replies that Gautam will come this time. Mihir asks how she can be so sure. Tulsi says that this time she trusts someone else even more than Gautam. At that moment Gautam suddenly arrives with Damini leaving Mihir completely surprised.
Tulsi Requested Damini’s Help
In a flashback it is shown that Tulsi called Damini earlier. She humbly requested Damini to come to the wedding with Gautam. Damini initially refused because she and Gautam were not together anymore.
Tulsi says she folded her hands and apologized if she had ever made a mistake. She requested Damini not to punish the entire family for her anger. Tulsi said she believed that Damini would come not out of obligation but out of love for the family and that she would bring Gautam with her.
Gautam Arrives but Tension Quickly Builds
Back in the present Mihir hugs Gautam warmly and Tulsi thanks both Gautam and Damini for coming to the wedding and respecting the family’s happiness. However Gautam bluntly says he came only because Damini insisted.
Soon Gautam notices Karan and Nandini sitting together and Karan also notices Gautam. Both remember their past rivalry and conflicts. Karan becomes irritated and asks why Gautam suddenly came here when he never attended Angad’s wedding Pari’s wedding or even Mihir and Tulsi’s anniversary.
Nandini scolds Karan for reacting so harshly and reminds him that Gautam is also a son of this family.
Gautam Feels Insulted
During the havan ceremony Mihir asks Karan and Nandini to sit for the ritual. Seeing this Gautam becomes furious and leaves the area. Tulsi stops him and asks why he is leaving. Gautam angrily accuses her of calling him there only to insult him because he is the elder son but someone else is sitting in the havan ritual.
Tulsi tries to explain that she had no idea about this arrangement but Gautam refuses to listen and storms away. Tulsi then calls Mihir and angrily asks why he made such a careless decision. Mihir explains that it was actually Hritik’s idea to seat Karan and Nandini for the ritual. Tulsi becomes worried and says Gautam already believes that the family loves Karan more than him and this incident will only strengthen that misunderstanding. She decides she must stop Gautam and also speak with Karan to resolve the issue before things get worse.
Precap: Karan and Gautam get into a heated argument. Karan tells him to enjoy the family function instead of creating drama, while Gautam replies that his work there is done and he is leaving. Meanwhile Nandini criticizes Karan for creating unnecessary tension in front of the family. As the conflict escalates Samara overhears everything breaks down emotionally and attempts suicide leaving the entire family in shock.
