Today’s episode begins with Tulsi praying in the temple. Mihir sees her and quietly joins standing in front of her with his hands folded. Tulsi is surprised and questions him asking why he is folding his hands before her and tells him not to pretend.
Mihir responds that she cannot accuse him of acting. Tulsi explains that she saw him praying and mentions that she was praying for their children’s long life because only God can grant that and that is what she needs. Mihir then admits that he was standing before her with folded hands because he wants her forgiveness.
Tulsi Sets Boundaries
Tulsi reminds Mihir that she has returned only because Gautam asked her to and that too for the sake of their children who need her. She clearly states that her return does not mean everything between them will become normal again. Mihir tells her to take as much time as she needs emphasizing that they have made promises to each other for lifetimes.
Angad and Hrithik Reveal the Factory Crisis
Mihir notices that Angad and Hrithik look worried and asks what happened. Hrithik explains that Angad went to work after a long time and found out about the condition of the Jamshedpur plant.
Angad questions how such heavy losses occurred. Mihir tries to brush it off but Angad insists that the factory is facing losses every month and it cannot be ignored. He explains that the profits from other businesses are being used to cover these losses. Tulsi is shocked and asks how such a situation developed.
Mihir explains that when the Jamshedpur plant was established a worker named Kiran who also took care of Aarti managed things well. As long as Kiran was there the plant ran smoothly. However after Kiran left the plant started facing continuous losses. The biggest issue is the worker union which has become very strong. There is an ongoing conflict between management and the union leaving the factory stuck neither running properly nor being sold.
Debate Over Closing the Factory
Angad suggests taking illegal action and shutting down the factory. Hrithik opposes this idea saying many workers depend on it for their livelihood and shutting it down would take away their means of survival.
Tulsi also supports this concern stating that they cannot simply take away so many people’s jobs though she agrees that losses must be controlled. Mihir adds that he has not visited the plant in the last 12 years.
Mihir’s Plan To Save Factory
Angad suggests that since everything was stable during Kiran’s time they should try to bring things back to normal in a similar way. Mihir then comes up with an idea. He explains that Kiran lived among the workers as one of them understood their problems and solved them which helped the factory run efficiently.
Inspired by this Angad decides that he will go among the workers to understand the real issues and try to fix them. Mihir agrees saying that history might repeat itself. Angad says he will first gather all the necessary information and then update them. Tulsi supports the idea calling it the right approach.
Vrinda Gets a Big Responsibility
Hrithik raises a concern what if someone recognizes Angad? Angad dismisses it saying the staff has completely changed and he has been away from the Virani Group for six years so recognition is unlikely.
Tulsi then adds an important point while Angad works from the workers’ side someone must also handle things from the management side. Hrithik volunteers but then questions who will manage other responsibilities if he leaves. Tulsi suggests that someone else should go. Mihir asks who will go and Tulsi proposes Vrinda. She says Vrinda should go not as a daughter-in-law but as the chairperson and MD of the Virani family. She explains that Angad will work from the workers’ side while Vrinda will handle management and identify internal issues. Angad praises the idea calling it a smart move one plan achieving three goals first Solving the factory problem, second Staying connected with family since their school is in Ranchi and Jamshedpur is nearby. He jokingly adds that the third goal is that Vrinda will stay with him and he won’t have to stay away from his wife.
Mihir laughs and says his children take after him they don’t like staying away from their partners. Tulsi appreciates Vrinda’s capability and says working together will make both of them stronger.
Vrinda Accepts the Challenge
Tulsi makes it clear that this is just a suggestion and the final decision is Vrinda’s. Vrinda agrees saying she has learned that family always comes first and she supports Angad’s plan. Angad decides they should start preparing immediately and solve the issue as soon as possible.
Tulsi adds one crucial condition no one at the plant should find out about Angad and Vrinda’s relationship. If their identity is revealed their mission might fail. Vrinda assures her that they will handle everything carefully and complete the task successfully. Hrithik offers his support and asks them to reach out if they need any help. Angad and Vrinda then leave to start packing.
Hrithik’s Realization
Later Hrithik comes to his room where Munni apologizes and says she has an important task that must be completed by the next day. Hrithik tells her that if she has too much work she should inform him and can take care of Tismi.
He points out that she has left most of Tismi’s responsibility on him. Munni explains that everything is new for her and she didn’t get the time to manage things properly. Hrithik understands and says that ever since she arrived both he and Tismi have become very dependent on her. Munni then receives a call from the office and leaves.
After she leaves Hrithik thinks that Munni has become very busy. He realizes that he should take more responsibility for Tismi so that Munni can get some rest.
Vrinda and Hrithik Leave for Jamshedpur
The next morning Tulsi feeds curd and sugar to Akshaya and Madhavi. She tells them to stay positive and keep their courage strong. Nandini tells Vrinda that she is very brave for taking such a difficult decision of sending the children to a boarding school.
Hearing this Vrinda becomes emotional. She says that Akshaya and Madhavi don’t know yet that they are being sent to boarding school and she is worried about how to tell them. Tulsi comforts her and asks her not to worry saying everything will be fine.
Angad and Vrinda meet everyone and leave for Jamshedpur. Tulsi prays to God to take care of them as they begin a new journey together and to always stay by their side.
Mihir Flirt With Tulsi
In the kitchen Tulsi is working when Maharaj tells her that ever since she returned the house finally feels like a home again. Tulsi praises him for managing the kitchen well in her absence.
Mihir sees Tulsi and wants to talk to her. He deliberately asks Maharaj to bring him paan insisting that only Maharaj should go and get it. Maharaj agrees and leaves. Tulsi is singing when Mihir enters and completes the rest of the lyrics. Tulsi asks what he needs but Mihir starts flirting with her. Tulsi gets irritated and tells him that such childish behavior doesn’t suit his age. She even says that if he continues like this she might leave again. Mihir says he is leaving but Tulsi stops him and reminds him that Munni’s muh dikhai ritual is still pending. She says she wants Munni to feel that no wedding ritual was left incomplete. Mihir agrees to perform it the next day and leaves.
Karan and Nandini’s Heated Argument
Karan and Nandini are seen arguing. Karan says he is exhausted and cannot tolerate things anymore. Nandini replies that for him it might be recent but for her this situation has existed for a long time.
Karan asks what she wants and Nandini shockingly says that only one thing is left now divorce. Tulsi overhears their conversation.
Tulsi and Mihir Discuss the Crisis
Tulsi informs Mihir about Karan and Nandini’s decision to divorce. Mihir is shocked and says their only issue was about living in India versus the US so how did it reach divorce? Tulsi explains that there is something deeper and the distance between them is growing. She feels they are unable to communicate peacefully or solve their problems.
Mihir reflects on how multiple relationships in the family are breaking Pari’s marriages, Hrithik and Mitali’s divorce, Gautam and Damini live separately and wonder if something is wrong in the house. Tulsi explains logically that misunderstandings and wrong decisions lead to broken marriages. She points out that Pari’s first marriage broke due to her own mistakes and her second marriage shouldn’t have happened. Hrithik and Mitali never had compatibility or love so their divorce was inevitable.
Mihir still cannot believe that Karan and Nandini who seemed perfect are facing this situation. Tulsi insists something serious has happened and suggests they talk to them. Mihir agrees but Tulsi stops him.
Vrinda’s Emotional Breakdown
Vrinda and Angad reach the boarding school. Vrinda requests the principal to inform her immediately if anything happens. Angad tries to comfort her saying they will stay nearby in Jamshedpur.
The principal reassures her that she can visit every weekend and stay in touch through calls. She also explains that while adjustment will take time the school environment will help the children grow. When Vrinda meets Akshaya and Madhavi she breaks down emotionally. Angad tells her not to cry in front of the children. Madhavi is happy but Akshaya gets angry and questions why they are leaving them there. He says his friend told him that parents send children to boarding school when they don’t love them. Madhavi also doubts their love.
Vrinda emotionally clarifies that they love them very much. Angad explains they are doing this for their better future so they can learn new things. Eventually the children understand and hug them.
Vrinda and Angad’s Painful Separation
After leaving the children Vrinda and Angad head toward the factory while crying. Angad admits he was pretending to stay strong but is scared and already misses the children. He even questions whether they made the wrong decision. Vrinda asks the driver to stop the car.
Angad tells Vrinda that from now on their paths are different she is the boss and he is just a worker. Vrinda feels uncomfortable and asks where he will stay. Angad reminds her of their mission to find out where large amounts of money are disappearing from the factory. He tells her to behave like the owner and not show any personal connection with him.
Before leaving he asks for a kiss and Vrinda kisses him on the cheek before leaving for the Virani mansion.
Factory Drama Begins
Vrinda arrives at the factory in a completely new look. Workers and management are waiting to welcome her. Vikrant observes her and realizes she is the Virani family’s daughter and the new Managing Director and Chairperson.
Vrinda announces that her first goal is to create a positive environment between workers and management. Vikrant introduces her to the team. Meanwhile Munna plans to continue his monthly fraud believing Vrinda won’t find out.
Vrinda tries to interact with workers but they make fun of her. Vikrant scolds them and takes her away. Vrinda feels worried and thinks it will be difficult to manage everything alone.
Angad Enters the Factory
Angad reaches the factory and wonders how to enter.After observing their behavior he realizes the situation is worse than expected but decides to fulfill Mihir’s mission.
Precap: Tulsi advises Munni that in a relationship one should openly communicate feelings with their partner. Munni then tells Hrithik that she wants to show him something. She showed him his video and confesses that she made a huge mistake by trusting someone who didn’t deserve it.
