Today’s episode begins with Tulsi telling Munni that there are two medical reports related to Niona, and she insists that Munni must reveal the truth to everyone. Tulsi admits that she herself hasn’t been able to understand what is written in both reports so she cannot explain anything yet.
Munni says that they don’t have much time left. Tulsi agrees and decides to go to the hospital to find out why there are two reports and which one is true. Munni insists on accompanying her but Tulsi refuses and asks her to stay back promising that she will return soon. However Suchi overhears their conversation.
Niona Gets Worried and Plans Her Next Move
Suchi immediately informs Niona that Tulsi and Munni were discussing the reports. Niona is shocked but suchi tries to calm her saying that maybe they are just overthinking and it could be some other report from the factory.
Still Niona realizes the risk and says that if Tulsi finds out the truth it will create a huge problem. Niona decides to check her room to see if the report is still there. She and Suchi rush to the room. Meanwhile Pari notices their urgency and wonders where they are going.
Family Senses Something is Wrong
Shobha observes that Mihir looks upset. Nandini says that Tulsi is hiding her pain from everyone. Shobha worries that something bad has affected both Tulsi and Mihir.
Nandini points out the irony that Tulsi herself is arranging Mihir and Niona’s wedding despite her own emotions. At that moment Vaishavi arrives and greets everyone. She asks Mihir about Tulsi. Mihir says Tulsi has gone to the factory to check a raw material consignment.
Vaishavi reveals that the consignment will arrive after two days leaving Mihir confused about why Tulsi went today. Nandini assures that Tulsi will handle everything and return soon.
Tulsi Reaches Hospital but Faces Obstacles
Tulsi reaches the hospital and searches for the doctors. Meanwhile Niona checks her room and discovers that the reports are missing confirming that Tulsi has them. She becomes extremely worried.
At the hospital Tulsi asks about Dr. Girish but learns that he has been transferred to Chennai. She then asks about Dr. Avinash but finds out he has gone to Australia for a seminar.
Tulsi asks for any available doctor. The receptionist informs her that no doctor is currently free and asks her to wait.
Niona’s Fear Grows
Suchi tells Niona that if Tulsi finds out the truth everything will be ruined. Niona panics wondering how Tulsi got the report file.
Munni arrives and questions Niona about her presence there. Niona lies saying she came to get medicine. Munni reminds her that she is weak and should have asked someone else, especially since she is about to become a bride. Munni takes Niona back while Niona keeps worrying about Tulsi.
Tulsi Struggles to Get Help
At the hospital a doctor finally tries to check the report but an emergency case interrupts leaving Tulsi helpless again. She checks the time and worries about what to do next.
Niona Lies and Builds Pressure for Immediate Wedding
Back home Munni helps Niona get ready. Suchi reminds Niona that time is running out and they need to act quickly.
Suddenly Niona pretends to faint. Everyone rushes to help her. When she regains consciousness she claims she is unable to breathe. Mihir decides to call a doctor but Niona stops him saying that if she gets admitted her last wish of marriage might remain unfulfilled. She emotionally declares that she may not survive till evening. Suchi supports her act and pressures the family to conduct the wedding immediately.
Niona Emotionally Manipulates Mihir
Munni says that Tulsi is not present so how can they proceed with the wedding? Niona agrees but adds that if something happens to her before fulfilling her wish Tulsi will regret it the most.
Suchi insists that the rituals should begin saying Tulsi will return soon. Mihir asks Nandini to call Tulsi. Munni tries calling Tulsi while Suchi and Niona secretly wish that the wedding gets completed before Tulsi returns.
Tulsi Learns About Niona
Munni informs Tulsi about the situation and urges her to return immediately. Tulsi refuses saying she cannot leave until she learns the truth about the report.
She asks Munni to keep an eye on everything and promises to return as soon as she speaks to the doctor.
Wedding Rituals Begin
The wedding rituals begin. Suchi asks Niona to rest but Niona continues her act insisting that the rituals be performed where she is sitting as she feels too weak to move. She emotionally says that she feels she does not have much time left increasing the pressure on everyone.
Tulsi gets Hope
Tulsi continues requesting help and finally learns that Dr. Avinash has returned early and his flight is about to land. She is told to wait for one hour so she can meet him. Tulsi immediately calls Munni and asks her to delay the wedding for one hour at any cost. Munni doubts if it is possible given the situation.
Karan Helps Delay the Wedding
Tulsi asks Munni to put Karan on the call. Karan questions why she is doing this but Tulsi stops him from revealing anything to Mihir until the truth is confirmed.
She explains that if Niona turns out to be innocent it will cause huge defamation. Tulsi makes Karan promise to stay silent and somehow delay the wedding. Karan agrees.
To delay the ceremony Karan lies that Gautam is on the way and will feel hurt if the wedding happens before he arrives. He convinces Mihir to wait for some time.
Suchi Opposes the Delay
Suchi argues that Niona’s condition is critical and waiting is risky. Karan counters that the most important people in a wedding are the bride, groom and priest and the rituals can continue.
Meanwhile Hrithik notices Munni’s stress and asks if something is wrong. Munni says that if he trusts her he should not ask questions because she cannot lie or reveal the truth.
Tulsi Prays for a Miracle
Tulsi prays to God for help fearing that something disastrous might happen if she fails to stop the wedding in time.
Precap: Niona tells Tulsi that it is painful to see one’s husband with someone else and thanks her for teaching her the meaning of love. Tulsi responds mysteriously saying that she still has a big surprise left to reveal.
