Today’s episode begins with Mihir and Tulsi opening a box and finding rings inside. Baapji tells Tulsi that the ring may not be very expensive but Gaurav reminds everyone that Baapji has always said Tulsi is priceless. He adds that Amba Baa used to say the same. Baapji explains that the ring is being given with a lot of love and Tulsi should consider it as a gift from Govardhan since he holds the place of a father in her life. Tulsi agrees to accept the ring.
Gaurav feels that Mihir and Tulsi are not wearing the rings because they may not have liked the gift. Mihir immediately clarifies that this is not the case and that the gift is beautiful. Gaurav then asks Mihir and Tulsi to exchange the rings. Noina is visibly shocked.
Shobha tells Gayatri that Mihir and Tulsi look so good together and wishes that all this was not a rama and that Mihir and Tulsi were truly together. She hopes Tulsi forgives Mihir and returns to Shantiniketan. Gayatri agrees saying she wants the same.
Just as Mihir is about to put the ring on Tulsi’s finger Tulsi suddenly gets up and walks away. Gaurav asks what happened but Baapji says he understands Tulsi must have felt shy. He praises Tulsi’s values and says Mihir is very lucky to have her. Hearing this Noina gets angry and signals Mihir to come outside.
Noina Confronts Mihir
Noina pulls Mihir aside and asks what is going on. Mihir angrily asks why she is holding his hand and reminds her that she cannot touch him. He firmly says he is Tulsi’s husband and she must not forget that. Noina argues that even if she cannot touch him she can at least talk to him.
Mihir explains that this is a traditional household where no one touches another person’s husband. He adds that he had already warned Noina not to come with him because she would have to endure all this. He says he has to save Shantiniketan and handle the situation carefully.
Using an example Mihir explains how Noina despite knowing he was married and Tulsi was his wife slowly created space in his life after coming from America. In the same way he needs to wait for the right moment to talk to Baapji. He warns Noina to stay quiet enjoy the food and not let anyone find out about her feelings otherwise Shantiniketan will be ruined and they will end up begging at railway station Noina gets irritated and tell mihir if he is mocking her love. He also points out that Gaurav is Baapji’s spy and could reveal everything. Mihir then leaves.
Tulsi Understands Mihir’s Act
Tulsi receives a call from Vaishnavi who informs her that they have reached home and asks Tulsi to help at Vrinda’s house as she has been busy the whole day. Tulsi cuts the call.
Mihir comes to Tulsi and asks why she suddenly got up as it could raise suspicion. Tulsi replies that there is a limit to tolerance and leaving was the right choice. Mihir suddenly compliments her saying she looks nice and the color suits her. Tulsi is confused but Mihir insists he is genuinely praising her. He forcefully takes a selfie with Tulsi and shows her the picture Baapji is visible in the background.
Noina overhears Mihir complimenting Tulsi and taking selfies. Tulsi realizes that Mihir is only acting because of Baapji so she plays along.
Noina’s Jealousy
Suchi arrives and asks Noina why Mihir and Tulsi are laughing and talking so happily. She says she has never seen Mihir this happy in six years and Tulsi also looks genuinely happy. Suchi wonders if Mihir and Tulsi might get back together. Noina coldly replies that divorce is inevitable. Suchi leaves saying she cannot stay there anymore.
Noina vents her frustration saying she has to tolerate these old-fashioned people and keeps seeing Tulsi everywhere.
Hrithik asks Tulsi if she is fine and whether she spoke to Baapji. Tulsi replies that she will talk when the right moment comes. Baapji then calls everyone for dinner and asks Tulsi to sit next to Mihir making Noina burn with jealousy.
During dinner Mihir notices that Tulsi cares for him and serves him curd and sugar. Gaurav comments that this is what love looks like even after so many years the love between Mihir and Tulsi is still alive. He says their relationship is an example for everyone and asks to explain relationship experiences to the children
Baapji insists they share their thoughts.
Mihir speaks emotionally about marriage saying the deepest bond is between husband and wife. He says even after forty-four years of marriage it feels like they have just met and yet there is so much life left to live together. He talks about understanding, friendship, and love. Everyone applauds.
Gaurav insists tulsi to share her thoughts
Tulsi then speaks saying marriage is a very delicate relationship. Love and friendship are important but the foundation of marriage is trust. Love can fade for a moment, friendship can weaken, but trust should never break not even for a second. Without trust marriage becomes a living corpse. She adds that a woman leaves everything behind to come to her husband’s home, turns the house into a temple and faith should never be hurt. Everyone claps and Baapji agrees wholeheartedly.
Angad and Ranvijay’s Dangerous Deal
Angad arrives at Shantiniketan to meet Ranvijay. Angad says that earlier he had agreed about the shares but now he has changed his mind and will not give them. Ranvijay asks him to come inside and talk.
Ranvijay manipulates Angad saying Hrithik has always ignored him and lived his own luxurious life. He offers Angad a deal if Angad transfers his shares Ranvijay will make him a majority owner and throw Hrithik out of the business. He claims it is a profitable offer.
Angad is conflicted feeling hurt by Hrithik’s neglect. Ranvijay fuels his anger urging him to think about Shantiniketan and the business losses caused by Hrithik.
Mihir asks Tulsi to sleep inside while he manages elsewhere. Noina notices Tulsi sleeping alone and feels satisfied.
Precap: Tulsi learns the truth about Pari’s marriage and discovers that Ranvijay is physically abusing her. Tulsi decides to stand by Pari and support her against domestic violence.
