Today’s episode begins when Mihir accidentally drops Akshaya’s book while helping her. As he picks it up he is shocked to see the name written inside Akshaya Angad Virani. Mihir immediately asks Akshaya about her father’s name and she replies that it is Angad Virani.
Mihir realizes the truth Vrinda is Angad’s wife and his own daughter-in-law. Overwhelmed with emotion He asked the kids what happened next in the story of Luv and Kush. Madhavi explains that Luv and Kush eventually go to Lord Ram and narrate their story to him. Mihir says that Ram may not have even known they were his children. When Madhavi asks how he knows this Mihir replies that he has heard this story before.
Akshaya then asks Mihir who told him the story. At that moment Vrinda arrives and apologizes for being late explaining that she received an urgent call. She assumes the children must have troubled Mihir but Mihir tells her that instead they shared a beautiful heart-touching story that made him feel as if his entire life had changed. When Vrinda asks which story it was both children repeat the story of Luv and Kush.
Vrinda says she needs to take the children home. Mihir hugs kids emotionally. Vrinda reminds Mihir to do his evening exercises. Mihir smiles assuring her that he will recover soon because he has found a miracle cure. When Vrinda asks what he means Mihir says she will understand very soon. Vrinda leaves with Akshaya and Madhavi.
Ranvijay Insults Vrinda
Elsewhere while the Akshaya throw ball and it accidentally hit Ranvijay causing his phone to fall. He becomes angry and demands to know who allowed them to come inside the house. Vrinda quickly intervenes saying it was an accident and rushes to leave worried that Ranvijay might recognize her. However Ranvijay does recognize them. He identifies the children as Angad’s kids and sarcastically remarks that Vrinda is Mihir’s therapist. He taunts her implying that she is trying to enter the house deliberately.
Mihir Warning To Ranvijay
Mihir arrives and asks what is happening. Ranvijay tells him to see everything with his own eyes and insists that Vrinda remove her mask. Mihir responds that she removes her mask every day so what difference would it make. Ranvijay mocks Vrinda further accusing her of hiding behind the mask because she fears her truth will be exposed. When Ranvijay continues to provoke her Vrinda becomes emotional. Ranvijay cruelly comments that he cannot bear it when girls cry. This angers Mihir deeply. He pushes Ranvijay away and firmly warns him to stay away from his daughter-in-law and his grandchildren.
Mihir openly declares that Vrinda is his daughter-in-law the wife of his son Angad Virani and the two children are his grandchildren. He tells Ranvijay that they are his own family and if anyone is an outsider in the house it is Ranvijay himself. Mihir threatens him saying that if Ranvijay ever dares to look at his daughter-in-law or grandchildren again with ill intent he will not spare him.
Mihir Apologizes to Vrinda
Mihir almost loses his balance and is about to fall but Vrinda quickly supports him. She addresses him as Sir. Mihir stops her and says that she called him Papa and she should call him that again. He admits that he may not be worthy of being called a father but being called Sir feels like an insult to him.
Overwhelmed with guilt Mihir says that he is a very big sinner and has made many mistakes. He folds his hands in front of Vrinda and sincerely apologizes to her. Vrinda becomes emotional and asks that he already knew the truth. Mihir replies he would never have realized the complete truth if Akshaya and Madhavi had not come in front of him. They unknowingly narrated the story of Luv and Kush and through that story the entire truth was revealed to him. Vrinda apologizes as well explaining that she never wanted to come there without his permission. However at that time Mihir’s condition was very serious and no physiotherapist was available so she had no choice.
Mihir stops her and asks why she is apologizing. He admits that the mistake was his instead of welcoming the Lakshmi of the house he rejected her. Now he wants to correct everything and make amends for all his mistakes. He requests Vrinda to give him just one chance and asks her to wait.
Vrinda’s Griha Pravesh By Mihir
Mihir then brings a rice pot and an Aarti plate. He performs Vrinda’s Aarti and completes her Griha Pravesh ritual declaring that this is her own home and she has every right to enter it with dignity and respect. He formally welcomes her. Vrinda enters the house and becomes emotional. She touches Mihir’s feet. Mihir blesses her saying he is giving her the blessings that should have been given to her long ago.
Gautam Decides to Come to Mumbai
Meanwhile Shobha tells Gautam that she is leaving as it is time for her flight. Gautam arrives with his bag. Surprised Shobha asks him where he is going. Gautam says that he is also travelling to Mumbai on the same flight.
Shobha becomes happy and hugs him assuming he is returning home. However Gautam clarifies that although he is taking the same flight he is not coming to Shantiniketan. He explains that he has a case in Mumbai and that is the only reason for his travel. Shobha says she wishes he would come home instead.
Mihir and Angad’s Reunion
Later Vrinda reaches home. Akshaya asks Angad to look at him but Angad says he is busy working and asks them not to disturb him. He asks Akshaya to pass him a nail.
Mihir hands Angad the nail. As Angad touches Mihir’s hand he senses Mihir’s presence. The hammer slips from his hand and falls making a noise that brings Tulsi outside. Tulsi is shocked to see Mihir standing there. Angad stands up. Mihir apologizes to him saying that when Angad was a child he made many mistakes and Mihir always forgave him. But this time he knows Angad will forgive his father. Mihir sincerely apologizes. Angad turns around and hugs Mihir tightly. Both of them break down in tears. Tulsi watches the moment with happiness and tears in her eyes as well.
Madhavi asks Akshaya why Mihir and Angad are crying when this should be a moment of happiness and they should all be happy. Everyone smiles understanding the emotion behind those tears.
Pari Faces the Truth About Ajay’s Love for Her
Later Pari and Anantika drop Tara and Garmia at school. Pari asks Anantika why she asked her to come for the pickup when she had said she would ask Ajay instead. Anantika replies that she felt like meeting Pari.
Pari then asks what happened that day when Anantika left her and Ajay together did things turn out the way she had expected? Anantika says that evening will always remain special for her and thanks Pari for helping her. Pari asks if she got her answer.
Anantika confirms that she did. She says she understood what was truly in Ajay’s heart and how deeply he loves. Pari congratulates her and says she is happy for her adding that Ajay is a very good person and the two of them will surely stay happy together. Anantika then says that the girl Ajay loves will be very happy. She tells Pari that she is very lucky. Pari is shocked and asks her what she means by that.
Anantika explains that she has seen the truth. She went there wanting to know what Ajay thinks about her but instead discovered that Ajay keeps thinking about Pari all the time and talks only about her. She adds that Ajay still loves Pari. Pari insists that Anantika is misunderstanding everything and thinking incorrectly saying that nothing like that is true. However Anantika firmly says she is thinking clearly and that now it is time for Pari and Ajay to understand what truly exists between them.
She tells Pari that loving someone is important but being loved by someone is even more special it is a matter of luck. She says Ajay truly loves Pari and she has also noticed that Pari has feelings for Ajay as well. She urges Pari not to feel guilty about the past and not to deny Ajay a place in her life as destiny is giving Pari a second chance. She asks her not to go against fate and then leaves.
Mihir Invites Angad Back Home
Mihir admits that he made a very big mistake by not accepting Vrinda. He says that perhaps this was the biggest wrong decision of his life. Angad responds by saying that many years have passed and Mihir should let go of that guilt now. Angad shares that every day he hoped and wished that Mihir would recognize Vrinda because he knew how pure and kind her heart is. He always wanted Vrinda to be acknowledged and forgiven and today everything has finally been set right.
Mihir says that Vrinda is even more precious to him than Angad himself. Hearing this Angad says that is why he feels truly happy. However Mihir adds that this alone is not enough and it does not reduce his mistakes. He admits he has committed many wrongs and cannot undo them all but he wants to make things right with Vrinda and the children. He mentions that he has already performed Vrinda’s griha pravesh today.
Tulsi and Angad become happy on hearing this. Mihir then says that one thing is still left Angad returning to his own home. He asks Angad to come home today. Angad asks him to repeat it once again. Mihir repeats that he should come home.
Angad becomes emotional and says it has been six years since he heard those words and his ears had been longing to hear them. Every day he imagined that one day Mihir would come and ask him to return home and he would hold his hand and walk back with him. Mihir says that day has finally come and they should go.
However Angad refuses. He explains that the time is different now. Earlier Tulsi was in Shantiniketan but now she is not there and without her that house does not feel like home. Tulsi asks him why he is being stubborn. Angad says that he is happy Mihir accepted Vrinda but he will stay with Tulsi because his home is where Tulsi lives. That is why he cannot go with Mihir today. Tulsi tells Angad that Shantiniketan is his home and not just his but Vrinda’s home too and asks him not to worry because she is fine where she is.
Angad replies that he cannot live happily without Tulsi which is why he will stay with her. Tulsi tells him to think about Vrinda and the children. Vrinda then says that Angad is right. Wherever Tulsi and Angad are that is where her home is. Mihir has accepted her and called her his daughter-in-law which itself is a very big blessing for her like a dream coming true. She adds that Mihir can come and visit whenever he wants but she cannot leave Tulsi. Tulsi asks what she should say now. Mihir replies that Tulsi has earned everyone’s love and truly deserves it. He declares that Shantiniketan is Angad and Vrinda’s home and its doors will always remain open for them.
Angad assures Mihir that he will not let him go alone in this condition. Even if he cannot return home today at least walk him to the gate. He says that Mihir is his father and will always remain so. Angad supports Mihir and they leave together.
Tulsi Hope for Reunion
Tulsi then tells Vrinda that she may have had many complaints against Mihir but today Mihir has resolved one of the biggest ones by accepting Vrinda and Angad. She says that now she has only one prayer that the day comes soon when all the brothers Angad Hrithik, Karan and Gautam live together under the same roof of Shantiniketan.
Vrinda asks that even if that happens everything will still feel incomplete without Tulsi. Tulsi replies that this incompleteness cannot be filled because destiny perhaps does not allow it. However destiny did allow Shantiniketan to accept its daughter-in-law Vrinda. Vrinda hugs Tulsi emotionally.
Precap: Noina receives a message from an unknown number and is shocked to see her confession video. Her hands and feet begin to tremble. Suchi asks her what happened. Noina says that someone else also knows about what happened that night. Gautam says that nothing actually happened between Mihir and Noina that night and this truth must be told to Tulsi.
