Today’s episode begins with Hemant and Gautam entering the courtroom bumping into each other while walking in. The tension is evident as the judges ask whether the case proceedings can begin judges clearly states that before anything starts she wants to clarify one important condition there will be no personal attacks or character assassination during the hearing.
Hemant calls Ranvijay to the witness box. Hemant states that he should respect the court should not lie. Hemant questions him about when and why he first raised his hand on Pari. At this point Gautam raises an objection arguing that this line of questioning is unnecessary since the accusations already label Ranvijay as guilty and therefore debating further serves no purpose.
Hemant rephrases the question and directly asks whether Ranvijay has ever physically assaulted Pari. Ranvijay denies the allegation claiming that he loves Pari and has never raised his hand against her. Hemant accuses Ranvijay of lying, stating that he did not hit Pari once but multiple times and submits photographic evidence to the court.
Ranvijay is visibly shocked.
The judge examines the photographs. Gautam also looks at them and remarks that if these images truly depict domestic violence then to clear the confusion it is essential to call Pari’s first husband and his family as witnesses.
The judges grant permission. Pari panics while Ranvijay smirks confidently.
Ajay and His Family Enter the Courtroom
Ajay enters the courtroom with his family and looks directly at Pari. Tulsi folds her hands before Ajay triggering a flashback in which Ajay recalls how Pari falsely trapped him and his family in a legal case causing them immense suffering. He also remembers how Tulsi stood against Pari and supported him in court.
Gautam calls Indrani and Sandhya to the witness box. He reminds them that this courtroom is not new to them as they stood here six years ago and asks why they had come at that time. Indrani reveals that Pari had filed a domestic violence case against them.
Gautam then asks Sandhya to explain the situation in detail. Sandhya states that after marrying Ajay Pari’s behavior changed drastically. She would pick fights over trivial issues and Sandhya narrates every incident clearly to the court.
Hemant refuses to cross-question stating that he is already aware of everything Gautam questions openly yet he continues to support Pari
Ajay in the Witness Box
Gautam calls Ajay to the witness box.
Ajay locks eyes with Pari as Gautam shows him the same photograph presented earlier and asks whether those injury marks are real and whether he assaulted Pari.
Ajay denies the allegations stating that the injuries are not real and he never hit Pari.
Gautam interrupts when Ajay tries to defend Pari further instructing him to answer only what is asked. Gautam declares that neither Ajay nor Ranvijay assaulted Pari and that Pari has used the same tactic both times submitting false photographs in court to portray herself as a victim of domestic violence.
Ajay adds that past incidents do not necessarily repeat themselves but Gautam counters stating that Pari is repeating the same story just as before. He reminds the court that Tulsi herself testified against Pari earlier saving Ajay and his family from false charges.
Gautam further claims that while being married to Ajay Pari was already having an affair with Ranvijay. To prove this he presents text messages written by Pari herself explaining how she framed Ajay and his family laid traps and planned to divorce Ajay to marry Ranvijay.
Gautam submits the message printouts to the judges. Gautam states that he no longer needs to call Ajay’s father and younger sister as the truth is now evident.
Tulsi’s Dilemma
Gautam calls Tulsi to the witness box shocking both Tulsi and Pari. He acknowledges that Tulsi adopted Pari and raised her like her own daughter stating that no one understands a child better than a mother. He praises Tulsi for standing for truth in the past even when it meant testifying against Pari.
He then shows both sets of photographs and asks Tulsi if the earlier photos could be fake why can’t the current ones be fake too?. Tulsi responds that a mother knows when her child is lying or telling the truth and Pari was lying earlier but is not lying now as the injury marks on her body are real.
Final Arguments
Hemant argues that the injuries are real and not makeup while Gautam insists that Pari is capable of self-inflicted injuries recalling how she once staged a gas leak incident to portray herself as a victim. He accuses Pari of repeating the same drama locking herself in a room creating chaos and searching for new victims first Ajay then Ranvijay and possibly more in the future.
Tulsi states that everything Gautam is saying about Pari is completely wrong. She explains that she herself went there and brought Pari out from that place away from where Ranvijay wanted to keep her. Gautam questions Tulsi asking how she knows what happened there since she was not present at the moment when Ranvijay allegedly raised his hand on Pari. Tulsi responds that she was not there but she knows Ranvijay’s nature very well. Gautam counters by saying that at present the real question mark is on Pari’s character not Ranvijay’s.
Tulsi argues that these questions are not genuine and that Gautam is deliberately raising doubts adding that what he is doing is not right. Gautam replies firmly that the court will decide what is right and what is wrong and that the verdict will come very soon. He further states that he does not wish to question any more witnesses as he has already proven what he intended to that Pari’s nature is to misuse relationships, break them, run away from responsibility and trap others falsely.
Gautam asserts that Pari has done this before and is repeating the same pattern again. Because of her actions Ranvijay and his family have suffered immensely and endured a great deal. He appeals to the court that Ranvijay deserves justice.
The judge then asks Hemant if he wishes to say anything further at which point Tulsi requests permission to speak.
Tulsi says that humans do make mistakes but a person who realizes their mistake feels genuine remorse and tries to atone for it deserves another chance to improve. She adds that even the law gives such individuals an opportunity to reform and if someone is truly trying to change they should be supported not labeled guilty for life.
Tulsi states that Pari has been physically and mentally tortured and Ranvijay has beaten her. With folded hands she makes one heartfelt request that Pari be given justice as she stands before the court with hope. Hemant adds that this is exactly his appeal as well emphasizing that Pari must receive justice.
The judges announce that they have heard the arguments from both sides and that the final judgment will be delivered the next day. Until then the court is adjourned.
Pari Guilt and Apologies
Outside the court Pari lowers her head in shame upon seeing Ajay and his family.
Ajay apologizes to Tulsi for appearing in court on short notice explaining it was due to a court summons. Tulsi reassures him that he spoke only the truth and acknowledges that Pari is paying today for her past actions.
Pari apologizes to Ajay and his family. Ajay states that they have moved on. Indrani admits that while her heart is not as big as Ajay’s she still believes Pari cannot be lying this time and prays for a fair judgment.
Precap: Gautam says that in the previous case Karan had the advantage but this time he will control the outcome. and Tulsi’s side will have the upper edge. He adds that tomorrow will be a decisive day as the Virani family’s case has been thoroughly examined with Gautam and Hemant presenting their arguments clearly and strategically.
The judges will deliver the final verdict in Pari’s case and everyone in the courtroom and outside is anxiously waiting to see who will emerge victorious in this high-stakes battle.who will win case?
