Today episode starts with Noina arriving at the chawl to meet Tulsi saying that she needs to discuss something important. Tulsi responds that it is better to discuss work-related matters at work.
Noina insists saying that she understands that work-related discussions should happen at the workplace but this matter is different. Tulsi suggests that she can meet Vaishavi and the girls at the factory instead. Vaishavi and the other girls leave.
Tulsi then asks Noina what she wants to do. Noina requests that they sit inside and talk. Tulsi replies that they can talk there as well and Noina agrees. She notes that she did not come here to sit casually she came to discuss the matter so Tulsi will have to accompany her.
Tulsi says that she feels Noina will force her to do something she may not want to do adding that she may not come willingly but she wants to see where she wants take her. Noina reveals that she wants to visit Shantiniketan her house.
Tulsi asks Noina for clarification.
Tulsi questions whether it can be called her house Noina explains that the house she lives in which she maintains herself is considered her own home. Tulsi comments that she could also call it a house where she is a guest staying quietly while the dust settles. Noina says that everyone has their own point of view but she knows she must go home. She admits that it will be difficult because it was once her house but now she has nothing.
Tulsi says that if she has nothing left there is still a reason to go there. Noina recalls that sometimes people get trapped in their own schemes just like she did in the play before Baapji and notes that she must continue that strategy Saloni arrives asking about Tulsi. Noina explains that she spent 24 hours with Mihir earlier so she needs to go. As Noina prepares to leave Tulsi says She will not come back. Noina is shocked asking if Tulsi knows what could happen if she speaks. Tulsi says she knows but she will not come to Shantiniketan and Noina question that the past may still affect her thinking that Tulsi has matured and moved forward.
Mihir reflects internally that Tulsi has created a new world for herself and is happy and he is also happy for her. Tulsi and Mihir have become colleagues. Noina comments that fate is strange one generation passes another comes relationships evolve. Mihir is the same but Tulsi has transformed from wife to colleague and colleagues to life partner.
Tulsi asks if Noina ever got married. Noina says no which means she remains a colleague but not a wife. She adds that being a colleague does not prevent her from coming to Shantiniketan.
Tulsi explains that as a colleague she cannot come because she now has big responsibilities in a company. She needs to fulfill major orders, sign an MoU and has only 24 hours to complete it. Noina notes that she needs to stretch herself adding that working with a good teacher will help her maintain focus and so she can handle the stress and health challenges to make the right decision.
Tulsi says Noina to practice yoga to calm her mind. Noina replies that even in this chaotic life Tulsi has time to give advice.
Tulsi tells herself not to speak recklessly, or it could create trouble later. Noina calls Dev instructing him to listen carefully and follow her guidance.
Pari and Ajay’s Interaction
Meanwhile Ajay questions Pari about whether he should ask something or not and Pari confirms everything is fine. Pari says that she deserves credit for resolving things and helping Tulsi. Ajay says that Tulsi deserves the credit Garima complains about her friend Tara throwing water at her and Pari explains that Tara understands her well.
Anantika apologized on behalf of Tara Pari to apologize she asked that Ajay and Pari’s Sunny and Garima are their children. Pari nods awkwardly. Anantika asks Ajay about his wife he says she is no longer in this world. Ajay asks Anantika about her husband she explains that they are divorced and they occasionally meet and talk. Pari excuses herself and leaves remembering her wedding with Ajay.
Mihir and Tulsi’s Business Deal
Ajay tells Mihir that he has signed the MoU with the banker and asks Mihir and Tulsi to sign it as well. Mihir and Tulsi reach for the file together accidentally touching hands which angers Noina. Mihir asks Tulsi to check the file first which she does.
Noina tells Mihir to step aside. She reflects that Tulsi is highly competent but working with her will be challenging since she knows the business. Mihir reassures Noina that Tulsi is doing the right thing but the deal has just begun and decisions are uncertain.
Noina comments that she doubts Tulsi’s abilities observing how independent and capable she behaves. Mihir says everything is going well and should be allowed to continue. Tulsi and Mihir read and sign the papers together officially becoming legal partners. Everyone is happy. Mihir extends his hand to Tulsi she folds hers in respect. Noina is frustrated.
Vaishavi comments that the factory is indeed large. Parth offers to show the factory to Vaishavi and refuse Tulsi ask parth to help Vaishavi Parth grees. Gayatri and Shobha congratulate Tulsi. Saloni arrives shocking Tulsi. Mihir wonders why Saloni is here. Noina explains that she came to meet Tulsi as she had planned earlier.
Mihir says Noina that her level is incomparable and she has no competition with Tulsi. Tulsi asks Saloni why she came Saloni explains she wanted to meet Tulsi after Dev informed her that Tulsi was here. She was unaware that Tulsi and Mihir were working together. Saloni expresses happiness seeing them work together thinking that husband and wife should truly cooperate in everything.
Saloni tells Dev that she also wants to work post-marriage if no objections arise. Dev says time will come and offers to show the factory to her Saloni accompanies him.
Factory Inauguration and Celebration
Hrithik asks Tulsi thank her as the factory has been closed for two and a half years and today it finally reopened because of her efforts. Shobha notes that all the workers have come and Gayatri adds that since everyone is present they can proceed with the inauguration. Mihir and Tulsi agree.
A worker tells Tulsi that her efforts revived the factory and the family will always bless Tulsi Mihir and Dua. Noina frustrated thinks that if everyone keeps uniting like this she cannot disrupt it. Gayatri explains that this is Govardhan Virani’s factory which had been closed for years and now reopens only because of Tulsi. Tulsi humbly says everyone’s hard work contributed.
Vallabh approaches Tulsi saying that everything will be fine now. Noina clearly dislikes the situation. Vaishavi observes that everyone treats Tulsi as if she is the boss. Mihir says that the inauguration should be done by Tulsi and Hrithik adds that Tulsi and Mihir are starting a new chapter with the factory so she must lead the inauguration.
Succhi calls Noina to read a message asking why Mihir is relying so much on Tulsi. Tulsi performs a pooja and breaks a coconut while Noina questions Mihir about why Tulsi’s role is so critical. Mihir gestures toward Saloni. Succhi suggests that since the pooja is complete Noina should cut the ribbon as she is a partner and Mihir asks her to do so.
Precap:Noina comments that Mihir prepared her to work alongside him but he also prepared her for something else. Tulsi and Mihir see divorce papers shocking them. Meanwhile Ranvijay is planning a conspiracy against Tulsi and Mihir meets with an accident leaving Tulsi in shock.
