Today’s episode starts with Munni hiding and secretly watching Ranvijay and his friend. His friend says that Tulsi is waiting for him but Ranvijay replies that she will get tired of waiting and eventually go back home. Munni becomes confused and wonders what they are talking about and who these people are.
Ranvijay then says that they need to leave before they get trapped in trouble. His friend asks if anyone has seen him and Ranvijay explains that because of his disguise even his voice has changed and no one will be able to recognize him. Suddenly Ranvijay hears a sound and says that someone is there. He goes to check but finds no one. They both leave the place.
Munni is left worried thinking she could not see their faces and questioning what Suchi is doing. She fears that Tulsi might be in danger because of all this.
Family Feels Tulsi Is in Danger
At home Shobha says that she has a strong feeling that something is wrong and she is worried about Tulsi. Mihir tries to calm her down and says she should not think negatively as Tulsi must be safe. Tulsi’s father confidently says that nothing can harm Tulsi and he will bring her back no matter what it takes.
Suchi returns home. Suchi asks Niona if there is any news about Tulsi. Niona starts acting dramatically and quietly asks if everything went according to plan. Hrithik asks Munni where she had gone and she lies to him. However Munni notices the strange behavior between Niona and Suchi and starts suspecting that something is definitely going on between them. She begins to think that Niona might be connected to Tulsi’s disappearance.
The family is already worried and Munni decides to tell Mihir everything. She reveals that she followed Suchi because she was suspicious. She explains that Suchi was carrying a suitcase and had claimed it contained Mitali’s clothes. However knew that Mitali was not even in the city she was in the village. This made her realize that Suchi was lying.
Munni then narrates the entire godown incident but admits that she could not see the faces of the men. Gautam asks if she recognized their voices but Munni says she could not understand anything clearly.
Mihir Connects the Dots
Gautam concludes that Suchi lied to meet someone and even wore a mask. Karan adds that one thing is clear the suitcase contained money. But the big question is why she was giving that money.
Gayatri suspects that this could be part of a new conspiracy. Karan gets frustrated saying that just when things were getting better, Niona entered their lives and created problems again. Shobha adds that the drama is still continuing, while Vaishavi fears that these people might harm Tulsi.
Niona and Suchi’s Secret Conversation
Meanwhile Niona asks Suchi if she found out who those men were. Suchi says that she wore a mask and even changed her voice so it was difficult to identify them.
Niona says she should have at least tried.but Suchi gets emotional and says she has risked everything for her her love, her obsession and even her life. Niona dismisses her reaction as overacting.
Suchi argues that if something had gone wrong, she could have been harmed. Niona then apologizes and thanks her saying that once she gets married to Mihir everything will be fine.
Mihir Questions Suchi
Mihir calls Suchi downstairs. Niona also comes along. Mihir tells Suchi that she must answer his questions truthfully. He asks if she went to meet Mitali and how she is.
Suchi lies and says Mitali is fine. Karan asks where she met Mitali and Suchi claims it was at Hotel Vintage Paradise. Mihir immediately calls out her lie and reminds her that he had asked for the truth. Hrithik reveals that she actually went to a godown. Both Suchi and Niona are shocked. Munni confirms this and says she saw everything with her own eyes including Suchi handing over a suitcase to a man.
Mihir demands to know what was inside the suitcase. He then questions Niona warning her that if Tulsi has been harmed he will not spare them. Gayatri asks where Tulsi is and everyone demands the truth from Niona and Suchi. Mihir gives them one last chance to confess.
Niona Spins a False Story
Suchi tells Niona that they have to tell the truth but Niona steps in and creates a completely different story. She claims that Suchi made a mistake and then fabricates a story that Suchi felt lonely for years and joined a dating app.
According to Niona Suchi met a man there started dating him and eventually shared some personal pictures. That man then began blackmailing her. Out of fear Suchi agreed to give him money. Niona insists that this has nothing to do with Tulsi and asks everyone to trust them.
Karan refuses to believe her saying she hid the truth from them. Niona defends herself saying they should try to understand Suchi’s situation and not judge her. She then takes Suchi away with her.
Mihir Takes a Strict Stand
Gautam says he does not trust Niona at all and the entire family agrees. They warn Mihir not to trust her.
Mihir declares that Niona has already done enough wrong and he cannot trust her anymore. He warns that if Tulsi is not found within two minutes he will call the police. Until then both Niona and Suchi will be kept under strict watch and will not be allowed to leave the house.
Mihir then scolds Munni for taking such a big risk and tells her not to repeat such actions. Finally Mihir prays for Tulsi’s safety and the entire family joins him in hope and fear.
Angad Exposed as Workers Turn Against Him Vrinda’s Plan Faces Trouble
Angad Meets Vrinda and Reviews the MOU Plan
Angad going to Vrinda’s cabin where Vikrant and Ramesh are already present. Vrinda asks him to sit down. Angad questions Vikrant about how they are planning to handle the bonus. Vrinda then asks Ramesh to show the MOU.
She explains that the MOU contains all the important details about how the project will be executed. She clearly states that due to the large scale of the order the company will need to run three shifts and every minute will be crucial. No time can be wasted as it is a massive order.
When Angad again asks about the bonus Vrinda tells him that everything is already mentioned in the document. She adds that workers will receive a six-month bonus. Angad praises the idea but Vrinda reveals that the entire plan was actually created by Vikrant to ensure there are no conflicts between management and workers.
Vikrant’s Hidden Conspiracy
In a flashback Ramesh expresses concern that such a big order could also lead to a major scam. He says that this time they will have to promise bonuses to the workers.
Vikrant then reveals his real plan he suggests that the MOU papers signed by workers could disappear. He explains that the signed documents will be removed and the bonus money will instead go into their own pockets. Ramesh worries about management questioning them but Vikrant confidently explains his strategy. If management asks they will claim the bonuses were given. If workers question them they will say the company never released the funds.
This will create a misunderstanding between workers and management buying them time and eventually burying the issue. Vikrant also arrogantly states that Vrinda is not someone who will last long as many like her have come and gone.
Vrinda Assigns Angad a Key Responsibility
Back in the present Angad asks why he has been called. Vikrant tells him that Vrinda trusts him and believes he can maintain a good relationship between workers and management. Vrinda instructs Angad toExplain the MOU to the workers.Get it signed by them. Especially convince Bhiku the union leader. Angad agrees and leaves.
Workers React to the MOU Proposal
Angad meets Bhiku and informs him about the MOU. He explains that it will benefit the workers because Management cannot back out. Workers also cannot step back once they agree.Initially all workers agree to sign. However Mangal refuses and questions the situation. He points out that Earlier Angad himself did not trust management. Now suddenly he is supporting them
Mangal raises an important concern does anyone actually know what is written in the document? He reminds them that never before were they asked to sign such papers. The workers begin to support Mangal’s doubts. Angad insists that management wants their welfare but Mangal challenges him to clearly state whose side he is on.
Mangal Demand Bonus in Advance
Mangal then puts forward a condition Workers will sign the MOU only if they receive the bonus in advance.Bhiku agrees with this demand.
Angad informs Vrinda about the workers demand. She is shocked and questions how the company can give bonuses in advance. Angad assures her that workers will work sincerely if their demand is met. Vikrant adds that management also needs some guarantee. Vrinda agrees with this point. Angad explains that this is new for workers and they are finding it difficult to trust the system. Vrinda says their demand is wrong and suggests he try to convince them again.
Vikrant taunts Angad saying that Vrinda believed he could get the MOU signed, but it seems beyond his capability. Angad defends himself saying. He has explained everything honestly. Workers are just not ready yet. Their demand is unreasonable because the company does not have funds.He asks for some time promising he will convince them.
Mangal Plan anginst Angad
After Angad leaves Mangal records a video and shows it to the workers. When Angad returns he notices them watching something and asks what is going on.
Mangal shows him the video and calls him a traitor. Angad tries to explain that they are misunderstanding him but Mangal insists that the video reveals his true face. Bhiku questions whether the video is fake. Bharti tries to defend Angad but Bhiku angrily stops her and tells her not to interfere.
Bhiku admits that choosing Angad as their representative was a mistake. He accuses him of siding with management instead of supporting workers.
Angad Breaks Down Under Accusations
Angad hurt and frustrated says If they don’t trust him they should remove him as leader. But they should stop threatening and accusing him daily.
He expresses his pain saying that if he becomes their leader he will constantly face suspicion, false accusations and pressure. He declares that he can even give his life but he will not tolerate false allegations against his character.
Precap: Police interrogate Niona and Suchi asking for details they shared with Mihir.Suchi gets arrested and insists on revealing the truth. Meanwhile Mihir and Niona’s wedding is taking place. The pandit asks who will perform the gathbandhan ritual. Niona requests Gayatri to do it for Tulsi’s sake.Gayatri agrees.Just then Tulsi arrives leaving everyone completely shocked.
