Today’s episode begins with Pari’s first day at Ranvijay’s house. She immediately starts complaining to Ranvijay saying she couldn’t sleep the entire night as there was no AC and the bed was uncomfortable. Ranvijay tells her that she already knows he lives in a chawl and understands his financial situation. He reminds her that he never imagined such a big fight would happen at her house forcing her to come and stay here.
Pari bluntly says that whatever the situation may be she cannot live here. She then asks about the washroom. Ranvijay’s mother informs her that there is no personal washroom and everyone in the chawl uses a common one. Pari is completely shocked to hear this and questions how she is expected to share a washroom with chawl residents. Ranvijay’s mother further adds that not only will she have to share it but she will also have to stand in a queue.
Pari feels trapped and accuses Ranvijay of not telling her earlier about the lack of a personal washroom. Ranvijay reminds her that he clearly told her he lives in a chawl. He then advises her to quickly join the washroom line if she needs to use it otherwise it will get too late.
Pari Spots Tulsi and Learns the Truth
As Pari heads towards the washroom, she notices Tulsi standing in the washroom queue. Shocked Pari immediately calls Hrithik and asks him why Tulsi is there. Hrithik informs her about the fight between Mihir and Tulsi.
At Shantiniketan Hrithik tells everyone that he spoke to Angad and that Tulsi is currently with him. He says Tulsi is very upset but Angad is there to take care of her. Hrithik adds that the house feels empty without Tulsi. He also admits that he wants to go there but fears that Tulsi might feel more disturbed if everyone surrounds her.
Meanwhile Karan calls Hemant and says he knows everything and is coming there immediately. He angrily questions why they didn’t inform him earlier and how Mihir could do something like this. Karan insists that as soon as he arrives he will speak to Tulsi because they cannot let her stay alone.
Hemant then calls Parth and asks if he informed Karan. Parth replies that such a big matter was bound to come out sooner or later and before the whole world found out Karan should have known. Hemant becomes anxious about what lies ahead.
Gayatri Joins Hands with Noina
Gayatri visits Noina house and tells her that she has come to discuss something very important which couldn’t be said over the phone. She asks Suchi to leave as she wants to speak to Noina privately.
Gayatri tells Noina that today she has done something no other woman has ever done she has broken Tulsi and Mihir’s home. Noina defends herself saying she is just Mihir’s friend and shouldn’t be blamed. Gayatri replies that she knows very well what Noina means to Mihir and how far she has gone to destroy their marriage. She sarcastically congratulates Naina for ending Tulsi and Mihir’s eternal love story forever.
Gayatri then asks what Noina plans to do next. She offers to help her become a part of Mihir’s life as she wants Noina to stay with him. A confused Noina asks Gayatri why she wants this and what she will gain from it. She says she loves Mihir and wants to be with him but questions what Gayatri will get in return.
Gayatri bluntly replies that Naina will get love while she wants power, money, and her rightful place in Shantiniketan.
Gayatri Brings Up Mihir and Naina’s Marriage
Mihir is devastated as Gayatri calls out to him. Soon other family members gather around. Gayatri declares that everyone in the house is sad but no one ever asks about her pain. She says that when Hemant wasn’t around Mihir protected Daksha and took care of the family ensuring no harm came to the household.
She then raises a question about the children’s future when the world finds out that despite being married to Tulsi Mihir had an affair. Mihir stops her insisting that there was no affair and that he made a mistake. Gayatri mocks him asking how many people he will tell that it was just a mistake. She says Tulsi has left the house forever and agrees with Kiran that perhaps Mihir and Tulsi were never meant for each other.
Hemant and Shobha urge Gayatri to stop but she continues warning that such news spreads quickly especially in big families. She asks Mihir what he will do to protect the Virani family’s reputation. When Mihir says he doesn’t know what to do Gayatri coldly suggests eliminating the cause of the scandal by marrying Noina.
Everyone is stunned. Hrithik asks Gayatri to stop but she shuts him down saying he is too young to interfere. Shobha defends Hrithik and reminds Gayatri that Tulsi has just left the house making such talks inappropriate. Hemant angrily says that Kiran is responsible for bringing divorce into the house. Gayatri counters that divorce is common these days but having an affair while married is far worse.
She reminds everyone that Mihir is the eldest son and if he truly cares about the family’s honour he should listen to her and marry Noina to silence the world forever.
Gayatri says that if the affair becomes public the family’s reputation will be destroyed. She adds that Tulsi’s life is already ruined but at least Noina life shouldn’t be destroyed too. Shobha questions if Gayatri wants Mihir and Tulsi to divorce. Gayatri replies that it will happen anyway since they are already living apart.
Hemant pleads with Gayatri to stop talking about divorce but she argues that Tulsi has left forever and Noina had even attempted suicide because of Mihir. She warns that if Noina harms herself again the situation will spiral out of control. She insists that since Mihir had an affair he must also take responsibility by marrying Noina.
Mihir firmly refuses. Gayatri reminds him that earlier he said he would do anything to fix the situation and this is what he must do. Mihir says he cannot even think of marrying Noina.
Gayatri brings Noina in front of Mihir and says she is also a human being with her own life. She accuses Mihir of wronging Noina and promise to never abandon Noina and correct his mistake by marrying her. Mihir clearly states that he is married to Tulsi and even if she has left that marriage still exists. He cannot marry Noina.
Gayatri emotionally pressures him by bringing up his children’s future and society’s judgement. Kiran supports Gayatri saying Tulsi and Mihir’s relationship was doomed anyway. Pooja reminds everyone that it hasn’t even been a few hours since Tulsi left. Hrithik breaks down saying he can’t take this anymore and insists that Tulsi cannot be replaced.
Despite the arguments Gayatri stubbornly insists that the marriage must happen. Hemant finally understands her gamenaccuses her of doing something terrible, and storms out.
Mihir’s Guilt and Breakdown
Left alone Mihir is restless and deeply affected by Gayatri’s words. He talks to himself torn between his guilt towards Tulsi who loved him selflessly and Noina whom he also wronged. He calls himself a horrible human being unworthy of either woman. He believes Tulsi leaving him is the punishment for his sins.
Overwhelmed with anger and self-hatred Mihir smashes the mirror.
