Today’s episode begins with Vidya asking the saleswoman to prepare the bill saying that the price does not matter. The saleswoman informs her that Vidya’s shopping total has reached one lakh rupees while Lajwanti’s sarees cost four lakh rupees. Hearing the amount Lajwanti is left stunned. Vidya notices her reaction and asks if there is any problem but Lajwanti quickly denies it.
Rajji and Narmada silently feel happy seeing their plan becoming successful. They sarcastically praise Lajwanti and say that she has a very big heart. Mogra says that Rajji and Narmada secretly changed the price tags and made Lajwanti buy cheaper sarees. Lajwanti feels helpless and says that after creating so much drama she cannot return the sarees now so she will have to buy them anyway.
Rajji’s Conversation With Dheeraj
Vidya tells Lajwanti that since the wedding ritual is completed now Dheeraj and Ketan should also buy sarees for their wives from their own side. Rajji immediately refuses but Narmada insists.
Rajji tells Dheeraj that she already has many sarees and there is no need to waste money. She says they can simply pass time and later tell Vidya that they did not like anything. Dheeraj however insists that at least one saree should be purchased because it is part of the ritual and leaving it incomplete will not look good. He adds that if Vidya learns about their financial struggles she will feel hurt.
Rajji finally agrees but puts forward one condition Dheeraj must buy the saree using only his own money. Dheeraj gets nervous and reveals that he has only fifteen hundred rupees with him. Rajji then asks the salesman to show her a simple saree within that budget.
Rajji Gives an Emotional Reply to Dheeraj
Rajji checks the price tags and gets shocked by the high prices. Rajji asks the salesman if she wants to see slightly less expensive options. Dheeraj becomes uncomfortable and says she is trying to embarrass him publicly.
Rajji reminds him how he proudly defended his labor job during Ashish’s engagement and said he was proud of his hard work. She questions why he now feels ashamed. Rajji says that poor people also have the right to wear sarees and live with dignity.
When Rajji asks for a saree within fifteen hundred rupees the salesman says that the amount will only buy cloth material . Meanwhile Narmada tells Ketan that he should have personally offered to buy her saree instead of being reminded by Vidya. Ketan tells her to choose whichever saree she likes.
Rajji Buy Saree
Rajji asks the salesman to show her simple cloth material instead. Dheeraj again requests her to increase the budget slightly but Rajji refuses. She says that at least he earns enough to buy her a saree while she cannot even afford to buy him a shirt.
Dheeraj says he already has many shirts at home but Rajji points out that she was saying the same thing about sarees earlier. Eventually the salesman shows them a simple saree. Dheeraj asks whether she will really wear such a cheap saree at the wedding.
Rajji confidently replies that the saree’s value will increase because of the person wearing it. She proudly says she will set the stage on fire even in a budget-friendly saree and asks the salesman to pack it.
Ketan and Narmada’s Romantic Moment
Narmada also buys a saree and asks Ketan to try a kurta. Ketan goes inside the trial room and calls Narmada near him. He teasingly says that since he came to try the kurta she selected she should reward him with a kiss.
Narmada shyly kisses his hand and asks him to continue trying the kurta. Ketan demands a kiss on the cheek instead but before anything more can happen Kamakshi and Priya arrive there and tease the couple leaving them embarrassed.
Wedding Celebrations Begin at Mahadev’s House
Back at Mahadev’s house everyone starts preparing for the wedding celebrations. Kamakshi, Priya, Rajji and Narmada dance happily and even pull Vidya onto the dance floor with them.
Later one of the women asks Vidya whether invitations have been sent to her daughters-in-law’s parental homes because gifts always arrive from the daughters-in-law’s family during weddings. Vidya becomes uncomfortable hearing this. Another woman taunts that invitations cannot be sent because both Mahadev family are not on good terms with their daughters-in-law’s parents.
The women further comment that during weddings all misunderstandings should be forgotten and families should reunite. Hearing these remarks Narmada feels deeply hurt and quietly walks away. Rajji immediately follows her to console her.
Narmada Gets Emotional Remembering Her Parents
Narmada breaks down while remembering her parents. Rajji tries to comfort her and asks her not to focus on the hurtful comments because thinking about them will only increase her pain.
At that very moment Narmada’s parents Ramesh and Vimla arrive at Mahadev’s house. Narmada suddenly feels their presence and rushes outside. Seeing her parents standing there she becomes emotional and hugs them tightly. Vidya warmly welcomes them inside.
Narmada tearfully says that she missed them terribly and asks how they suddenly came there. Vimla reveals that Vidya was the reason behind their visit.
Flashback Reveals Vidya’s Big Step
In the flashback Vidya tells Mahadev that she found Ashish’s wedding invitation card with Ramesh and Vimla’s names written on it inside Narmada’s room. She feels this is a sign that Narmada still wishes to reunite with her parents.
Vidya and Mahadev personally visit Narmada’s parent’s house. Ramesh angrily questions Mahadev about why he withdrew the police case and got him released from jail. Vidya calmly explains that they only want to rebuild relationships for the happiness of their children. She says they feel fortunate to have a daughter-in-law like Narmada and understands how painful it must be for parents to stay away from their daughter.
Mahadev then hands over Ashish’s wedding invitation and invites them to attend the wedding so that a new beginning can happen between both families.
Narmada Thanks Vidya and Mahadev
Back in the present Vimla lovingly asks Narmada whether she is truly happy in her inlaw’s home. Narmada emotionally replies that she is not just happy but extremely happy because Vidya and Mahadev treat her like their own daughter instead of a daughter-in-law.
She thanks Vidya with tears in her eyes and then introduces Rajji as her sister-in-law as well as her best friend. Narmada gathers the entire family and to meet her parents.
Ramesh apologizes to Mahadev for misunderstanding him and admits that his anger made him take many wrong steps earlier. Mahadev peacefully tells him to forget the past and move ahead in life.
Narmada Gives Hope to Rajji
Later Rajji goes to the kitchen to prepare tea for Narmada’s parents. Narmada follows her there. Rajji asks why she left her parents alone but Narmada says she understands exactly what Rajji must be feeling at that moment.
Narmada encourages Rajji not to lose hope. She explains that she herself had once believed her parents would never forgive her but today their relationship has healed. She says the bond between parents and children can never truly break forever.
Rajji becomes emotional hearing her words. She admits that after seeing Narmada reunite with her parents even she has started hoping that one day Bhanu might forgive her and accept her again as his daughter. Narmada lovingly hugs and reassures her.
Ramesh Gets Shocked Seeing Mogra’s Photo
Later Vimla asks Mahadev about Ashish’s future wife and whether she belongs to Hardoi. Vidya confirms this and says that Mogra’s family business has now expanded till Lucknow.
Vidya then shows Mogra and Ashish’s engagement photograph to everyone. The moment Ramesh sees Mogra’s picture he becomes visibly shocked and tense. Rajji and Narmada immediately notice his strange reaction.
Mahadev asks Ramesh whether he knows Mogra. Rajji silently wonders why he became so disturbed after seeing her photo and feels that something is definitely wrong. She decides to uncover the truth behind his reaction.
Precap: Narmada questions Ramesh about why he became disturbed after seeing Mogra’s photo. Ramesh reveals that he had seen Mogra’s picture earlier in jail. He says Sikandar was deeply in love with Mogra but Mogra and her family cheated him badly. Narmada is left stunned. Rajji declares that if Mogra and her family are frauds then this marriage cannot happen at any cost.
