Today’s episode begins with Mogra calling Lajwanti and telling her Mahadev and Vidya had a very interesting fight. She says everyone in the house was shocked.
Mogra Shares Her Happiness with Lajwanti
Mogra says Lajwanti may not be good at building a family but she is an expert at breaking one. Lajwanti asks if Mogra is praising her or insulting.
she says their destination is still far away and they cannot rest until they achieve it. Mogra says Ketan has already dug a pit for himself but they still have to deal with Dheeraj and Rajji.
Mogra Manipulates Ashish
Ashish arrives and Mogra changes the topic. Ashish asks how Mahadev found out that Vidya had gone looking for a job.
Mogra lies and says Vidya had gone to someone Mahadev knows so that person must have informed him. She says what happened to Vidya is because of Rajji and Narmada.
Mogra accuses them of provoking Vidya to stand against Mahadev. She says the result of all this will not be good.
She also says Dheeraj is supporting everyone Ketan is asking for a salary and everyone is troubling Mahadev when he needs their support the most. She asks if all of this is right.
Ketan Feels Hurt by Mahadev
Ketan tells Narmada that he never knew Mahadev thought so little of him. He says Mahadev does not even consider him capable.
Ketan says he has always worked in the rice mill like an employee not like the owner. He says he never asked Mahadev for leave because he did not want Mahadev to be left alone.
Narmada consoles him. Ketan asks if asking for a salary was really wrong.
Narmada Supports Ketan
Narmada says everything in the house is changing and this is only the beginning. She says Ketan was not wrong but the timing was not right.
She says at the moment Mahadev believes he is right and Vidya is wrong. Since Ketan spoke in support of Vidya Mahadev now thinks Ketan is also wrong. She says Ketan should have discussed the matter with her before speaking to Mahadev.
Ketan asks if that would have changed Mahadev’s thinking. Narmada says what Mahadev said about him is not true and she trusts Ketan will prove it one day.
Rajji and Dheeraj Encourage Vidya
Vidya tells Dheeraj and Rajji that Mahadev believes her decision to work will divide the family. She says maybe she should listen to Mahadev and give up the idea of getting a job.
Rajji says Mahadev spoke in anger and ego. She says if Vidya gives up today just to keep peace in the house she will regret it in the future. She says neither Vidya nor Mahadev will ever truly be happy. Dheeraj agrees with Rajji.
He says he also thought Vidya’s decision was wrong at first but Rajji made him understand that working will not create distance between Vidya and Mahadev.He says he was wrong and Mahadev is also wrong.
Dheeraj assures Vidya
Dheeraj says there is nothing bad about Vidya wanting to stand on her own feet. He says Mahadev may be angry today but one day he will understand her, respect her and feel proud of her success. Dheeraj assures Vidya that they are with her.
Rajji Defends Ketan
Later Narmada is lost in thought after remembering Mahadev’s harsh words for Ketan. Rajji notices this.
Rajji says Mahadev’s way of expressing anger and pain is different so Narmada should not take his words to heart. She tells Narmada she has to stay strong for Ketan because he must be feeling even worse.
Mogra Mocks Ketan
Just then Mogra arrives. She insults Ketan and calls him lazy and useless. She says Mahadev himself said Ketan has no ability. She says Ketan can never stand on his own feet.
Mogra says if her own husband had been like Ketan she would have died of shame. She calls Ketan shameless. She asks Narmada how it feels to know Ketan has no respect in the family.
She says if she had known earlier that Ketan was so lazy she would never have run away and married him.
Rajji Threatens Mogra
Rajji gets angry. She picks up a hot pair of tongs and warns Mogra that she will burn her mouth if she speaks another word.
She says after that Mogra will never be able to speak again. Rajji calls Mogra uneducated and tells her to stay within her limits. She says Mogra she is Bhanu’s daughter and knows how to deal with enemies.
Rajji warns if Mogra says one more word against Ketan she will not spare her. Mogra leaves.
Mahadev Realizes His Mistake
Mahadev calls Kashyap and asks where he is he says all workers are on leave and sacks of rice lying outside. He worries that if it rains the rice will be ruined.
He thinks of calling Ketan but remembers how badly he insulted him. Mahadev asks Satya to take him to the mill. Satya says he will get wet on the bike and suggests going with Ketan in the car.
Mahadev refuses and says Ketan is useless so he does not want to go with him. Just then Ketan arrives. He asks where Mahadev is going.
He says it may rain anytime and all the rice will be ruined if they do not cover it. He asks Mahadev to come with him. Mahadev agrees. Narmada watches them leave and feels emotional.
Ketan Helps Mahadev
Mahadev and Ketan reach the rice mill. It starts raining. Ketan begins covering the rice sacks. Mahadev quietly watches him working hard. He realises his mistake.
The Family Enjoys the Rain
At home Narmada and Rajji go outside to collect the clothes before they get wet. Dheeraj joins them. He slips and falls making everyone laugh.
He then starts dancing in the rain with Rajji and Narmada. Vidya watches them happily. Mahadev and Vidya Imagine Enjoying the Rain Together
Dheeraj asks Vidya to join them. Just then Gargi and her daughter arrive completely drenched in the rain. Vidya invites them inside.
Mahadev Apologizes to Ketan
Mahadev apologizes to Ketan. He admits that he loses control whenever he gets angry and says many hurtful things. Ketan tells him there is no need to explain because he understands everything.
Mahadev says he felt hurt when Ketan asked for a salary. He asks why Ketan needs a salary. He says Ketan is the owner of the rice mill. If he starts paying him a salary Ketan will become just another employee instead of the owner.
Mahadev says as long as Ketan works there as his son his place is secure. But if he becomes an employee even one small mistake could get him removed from the mill. He requests Ketan to remain the owner not an employee. Ketan agrees.
Gargi Inspires Vidya
Narmada asks Gargi what she was saying earlier. Gargi says she lives in the next lane. She tells her husband died during the coronavirus pandemic. She has two daughters.
She says all her savings were spent on her husband’s treatment but she still could not save him. After that she started selling papad.
She says it was difficult in the beginning but she eventually realized that every woman must stand on her own feet. Narmada asks Gargi to give her some papad.
Gargi says whether a woman has a husband or not she should always work and become financially independent. Gargi’s Words Inspire Vidya
