The action-packed theatrical adaptation of Mirzapur continues its solid run at the global box office. However, the film faced a natural slowdown as it entered its second Monday, experiencing a sharp dip in earnings compared to its strong weekend performance.

On its 11th day in theaters, the crime drama earned approximately 5.50 crore net across India from around 7,014 shows. This marks a drop of roughly 58.5 percent from its Sunday collection of 13.25 crore.

With these numbers, the movie’s total domestic net collection reached 190.20 crore, while the domestic gross total stood at 226.64 crore.

On the international front, the Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Ravi Kishan starrer added another 1 crore gross on Day 11, bringing its total overseas accumulation to 47 crore gross.

Combining the domestic gross of 226.64 crore and overseas earnings, the film’s cumulative worldwide gross collection reached 273.64 crore. Despite holding steady in theaters, this fell just short of the coveted 275 crore global milestone by a tiny margin on its eleventh day.

The movie originally opened with a solid 25.75 crore net on its first Friday, surging to 32 crore on Saturday and hitting its single-day peak of 36 crore on Sunday. It wrapped up its opening week with a healthy 148.45 crore net in India.

During its second weekend, it picked up momentum again by collecting 9.50 crore on Friday, 13.50 crore on Saturday, and 13.25 crore on Sunday before the typical weekday decline set in.

Trade analysts note that while the weekday drop is expected for a big-budget release in its second week, the movie remains on track to comfortably cross the 200 crore domestic net mark very soon. Attention now turns to its second-week holding power to see if the film can push further toward the 300 crore global threshold.
