The atmosphere at Mumbai’s NESCO Center was nothing short of electric on Tuesday night as Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh made a high-octane appearance for the music launch of his upcoming spy-thriller, Dhurandhar: The Revenge.

The event, which drew a massive crowd of nearly 3,000 fans, served as the final major promotional stop before the film hits theaters on March 19. Dressed in a sharp, all-black ensemble that mirrored the gritty tone of the movie, Ranveer once again proved why he is considered the ultimate showman of Indian cinema.

A Night of Music and High Energy
Presented by Spotify, the launch was a sensory feast. The evening featured live performances of the film’s soundtrack, which has been composed by the visionary Shashwat Sachdev. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly when Ranveer took to the stage to groove to the title track and the high-energy anthem “Aari Aari.”

Ranveer was joined on stage by his co-star Sara Arjun and rapper Hanumankind, whose powerful vocals are a central part of the film’s sonic identity. The crowd erupted as Ranveer interacted with the audience, at one point even being hoisted into the air by dancers from the Kings United crew during a particularly intense performance.

“Music is the Memory of a Film”
Addressing the sea of fans, an emotional Ranveer shared his thoughts on the project.
“Music serves as the memory of a film,” Singh told the audience. “This album is an eclectic mix there is something for everyone. Shashwat has poured his soul into these tracks, and I believe these songs will stay with you long after you leave the theater.”

He also took a moment to praise director Aditya Dhar, noting that the sequel takes the intensity of the first film to a whole new level. In The Revenge, Ranveer reprises his role as Hamza Ali Mazari (also known as the covert operative Jaskirat Singh Rangi), a character that has already garnered him immense critical acclaim.

Building Momentum for a Massive Opening
The timing of the music launch couldn’t be better. With paid previews starting today (March 18) and the wide release scheduled for the festive weekend of Gudi Padwa and Eid, trade analysts are predicting a historic opening.

As the curtains came down on the musical evening, the message was clear: Dhurandhar: The Revenge isn’t just a movie; it’s an event. With the soundtrack now officially out on all platforms, the countdown to witness Ranveer Singh’s “Hamza” back in action has officially begun.
