Today’s episode begins with Mahid and Seher sharing an emotional moment. Amal knocks on the door and asks if they have had enough time to process everything. She asks if she can now ask them whether they are okay.
Seher says everything is fine and asks Amal to sleep. Mahid pulls his bed inside and says he will leave them alone and sleep there. Seher says him Amal is there.
Mahid Loses His Cool
Mahid asks if Husna will come and ask Amal how she is doing. He says Husna can attack them anytime and anywhere. Amal asks what Mahid is talking about.
Seher says nothing and explains she and Husna had an argument just like the arguments happen between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Mahid tells Amal Seher is lying to her and she should know the truth.
He says if Amal has decided to stay married to a person like Haider she should know how dangerous the house she is living in is. There is danger in every corner of the house.
Mahid Snaps at Amal
Seher says she will tell Amal everything but not right now. She explains Amal is already stressed and she does not want to scare her any further. Mahid says this is the problem with her Fareed and the Sultans.
They never show Amal the truth which is why she remains confused and troubled.He says Amal has trapped herself in a cage under the name of Haider but she cannot find a way out. She keeps pretending to be sick so she can continue staying in their room.
Mahid asks how long Amal will keep pretending by putting a thermometer in hot water. Amal asks both Mahid and Seher have seen her doing this.
Haider Suspects Husna
Haider tells Hakim he trusted Mahid and Seher’s story. He says all of Husna’s jewellery has been stolen and Husna has once again ignored the matter and gone to Fatehpur. He finds this suspicious.
Haider thinks Husna has started planning a new game. He says they should figure out what she is planning before she returns.
Mahid and Seher’s Emotional Moment
Mahid holds Seher’s hand. Seher wakes up and asks what he is doing. Mahid says he was checking if she was awake. Seher asks why.
He says he wanted to know if she was upset with him because of the way he spoke to Amal. Seher says she is not always right and he did the right thing this time. They share some happy moments. Mahid asks Seher if she is okay.
She says she wants to hold him tightly because she is just as afraid of losing him as he is of losing her. She says she never wants to lose him. Mahid promises he will never let her go away from him.
Hakim Advises Mahid
The next morning Mahid supervises the installation of CCTV cameras. He goes to Husna’s room to install a camera. Hakim says he thinks they should tell the whole city about what happened.
He points out that their house is so secure yet a theft still took place. Hakim says since he got married he has not had even a single moment of peace. Mahid says if Husna returns all their problems will be solved. Hakim replies Haider is the root of the problem and Amal has settled into his room.
Mahid says he cannot do anything because he cannot leave Amal alone with Haider. Hakim tells Mahid he always thinks about others. He reminds he and Seher must also have their own dreams and wants to spend time with him.
He advises Mahid to stop worrying so much and spend some time with Seher. He asks him to treat her with love and kindness explaining the way a couple behaves at the beginning of their marriage helps shape their future life together.
Seher and Amal’s Confrontation
Later Seher brings Amal’s suitcase to her room. Amal asks why she has brought it there. Seher explains Rashid was repeatedly asking for Amal’s belongings and Amal would have had to go into Haider’s room to collect them. That is why Seher brought her bag to her room.
Amal says Seher does not need to pretend anymore. She reveals she woke up last night and saw Seher and Mahid together. She says Seher does not need to pretend she wants her to stay in the room. Amal knows her presence has disturbed their privacy.
Seher says this is not the case. She explains Mahid was upset last night and she was only consoling him. Amal says Seher does not need to explain anything. She knows her staying in the room is causing Mahid a lot of problems which is why he spoke so rudely to her.
Seher Makes Amal Understand
Seher says she feels like slapping Amal for saying such things. She asks Amal how she can say this and if she now wants to slap her simply because she spoke up for Mahid. Seher asks what Amal is accusing Mahid of and what his mistake is.
She says she is only his sister but Mahid is still her husband and he has left no stone unturned to ensure Amal’s safety. Seher tells Amal if she cannot be grateful to Mahid she should at least not keep bitterness in her heart against him. She says she knows Amal made a mistake but she did not do it deliberately.
Seher asks why Amal is not trying to understand the situation in which she married Mahid. She says if she had known Haider would trap Amal in this way she would have moved heaven and earth to help her.
Seher says she is not the only one who has made mistakes. She reminds her when Amal told her about the jail situation she was trying to make Amal understand her helplessness. She asks if Amal cannot have a big heart and understand her situation.
Haider’s Shocking Deal
Later Haider meets the Sultana. She asks him what he is doing there. Haider reminds her he had said he would think about her offer. She asks what he wants from her.
Haider says he thought carefully and has decided he can make a deal with her.Fareed arrives there. Haider says he has some news for them. He says he has come up with a trick to save Amal.
He says he does not want money from them but if they want to save Amal from him they will have to work hard. Haider tells Fareed he has treated Mahid for seven years.
Fareed Refuses to Betray Mahid
He wants Fareed to reveal Mahid’s report to society and make people believe Mahid is mentally unstable and unfit for the position of Mufti. Fareed says he can never betray Mahid. He asks Haider to leave.
Haider tells the Sultana to make Fareed understand that he should not make decisions in a hurry because Amal’s life is at stake. He then leaves. Fareed tells the Sultana that he will not do anything wrong because of Haider’s threats.
Sultana Pressures Fareed
She says she understands his feelings but she has also made some compromises. She agreed to live with Haider only for Amal’s sake.
She says their only concern should be saving Amal so she does not understand why Fareed is stepping back. She requests him to help. Fareed says if he agrees to this plan just to save his principles Amal’s life will be ruined.
He explains he is worried about Amal but he cannot betray his patient especially Mahid. Fareed says Mahid is trying to save Amal from Haider. The Sultans replies if Fareed cannot help them then there is no point in their relationship continuing.
Mahid Worries About Seher
Mahid asks Rashid to give Seher her tablet because he is going out. Rashid tells him Seher has ordered him not to let Mahid go anywhere outside. Mahid asks where Seher is.
He checks the CCTV footage and sees Seher going towards the storeroom. Suddenly the camera stops working. Mahid thinks Seher is always up to some mischief so he rushes to check on her.Seher is changing her clothes when Mahid arrives. She asks him what he is doing there.
Mahid says the camera stopped working so he thought she was in trouble. Seher explains the camera did not stop working on its own. She put a blanket over it.
Seher Surprises Mahid
Mahid asks why she is changing her clothes at this time. Seher says she is wearing a jacket for him. Mahid tells her she don’t need to this all things she looks good just the way she is. He says he likes her beauty and simplicity and does not want her to change herself.
Seher explains she is wearing the jacket to reduce his fear. She says it a protective jacket that will save him from any attack. Seher’s dress gets stuck and she asks Mahid to help her. Mahid helps her and they get close to each other.
Seher tells Mahid she is ready to go with him to the police station. Mahid asks how she knows about this because he has not told anyone about it.
Seher Stands by Mahid
Seher explains Hussain’s wife said someone had come to meet him. This means that someone must have visited him in jail and that person could be the keeper of his secrets. She says Hussain must have given the evidence against Husna to that person.
They just need to reach person to find the truth. Seher tells Mahid she is connected to their soul too. She says she has also kept a jacket for him. She asks him to wear it while she waits for him upstairs.
Precap: The inspector gives Mahid Hussain’s file. He explains that while Hussain was alive only three people came to meet him: Husna her husband Hakim and one other person. Mahid and Seher are shocked to hear this.
Mahid asks if Hakim also betrayed him. He says they must find the box because it may contain clues they have not discovered yet. When they find the box Seher sees a piece of paper inside and is left stunned by what she discovers.
