Today’s episode begins with Seher telling Mahid that he should agree to the engagement without asking any questions or giving any answers just for her sake.
Seher Gets Injured
Seher gets a thorn stuck in her hand. Seher gets a thorn stuck in her hand. Mahid removes it for her. Seher notices the injury on his hand. They get close but get interrupted by servants.
Mahid asks what she is doing. She says she came to feed the cat. Seher says she is feeding the cat on a plate from the house.
The servant says the cat comes and goes and does not stay so she brought the plate that she found. Mahid asks her to leave.
Mahid Agrees to the Engagement
Seher asks Mahid why he has not answered her question. Mahid says Seher has never given him the chance to say no. Seher asks if that means he has agreed.
Mahid says she did not leave him any other option. He asks what else he could do. Seher feels happy.
Insha Worries About Mahid and Seher’s Engagement
Haider looks worried. A man comes and says that Husna is not at home. He asks whether he should call the decorator or the cook first. Haider asks why he is asking him about it.
He says Seher is the new owner of the house so he should ask her. Insha comes there and asks Haider why Husna is sending invitations to everyone when he had said that nobody in the house was happy about Mahid and Seher’s engagement.
Haider says he is also trying to understand what Husna is thinking. He says he does not know what is going on in Husna’s mind. Insha asks if knowing Husna’s intentions will stop the engagement.
Insha Vows to Stop the Engagement
Haider says if Husna has decided the engagement will happen then it will happen. Insha says he may accept one defeat but she will not sit quietly.
She says this engagement is nothing less than a big risk for them. She says she will not let this engagement happen at any cost. Insha says they have to do something. Haider asks what she can do.
He says she cannot stop Mahid and Seher’s engagement under any circumstances.Insha says she has noticed Mahid is not happy about this engagement.
Haider Warns Insha
Haider says she is thinking wrong and there cannot be anything wrong between Mahid and Seher. Insha says her observation cannot be wrong.
She says when Seher was getting close to Mahid Mahid had angrily folded his hands. She says Mahid does only when he is very angry. Haider says if Seher talks to Mahid lovingly Mahid will melt like butter.
Insha says this is not about her love for Mahid. She only wants to make sure that nothing harms the Qisa future.
Mahid Gets Angry
Mahid checks the accounts and scolds Zaheer. He says there is a big mistake in the accounts. Zaheer tells Asad after seeing Mahid’s mood he can understand that a big problem is coming for him.
He asks Asad to say something that can distract Mahid. Asad asks Mahid if he has received the engagement invitation and how he will prepare for it.
Mahid says if people do their work honestly they do not face such problems. Seher comes there. Mahid tells her that he has a lot of work and asks her to leave.
Seher says if he does not get the wound bandaged it could get infected. The people there also tell Mahid to get his hand bandaged.
They leave.
Seher Cares for Mahid
Seher asks Mahid if he hit someone yesterday.She realises that Mahid had beaten Khalid. Mahid says it was not his fault because Khalid had done something wrong.
Seher says Mahid also made a mistake last night. She says he should also get punishment for it. Mahid says he can give her punishment too. He says he cannot purposely hurt her.
Seher says that is why he considers himself responsible for her own pain and thinks he is guilty. Mahid says his bandage is already done and he has a lot of work to do
Seher Requests Mahid
Seher says he has his whole life to work. She says she wants to talk to him about something. Seher says after what happened last night she feels she may have never really healed his wounds.
She says whenever she feels pain she took out his anger Mahid. She says he kept hiding his wounds instead of trying to heal them. Seher says she wants to face her wounds.
She tells Mahid she wants to visit Kausar’s grave. Mahid is shocked. He asks if she is going there. He make excuse and says he has a lot of work and needs to finish it.
Mahid Refuses to Go with Seher
Seher says she wanted him to come with her. She says she does not have the courage to go alone.
She cannot tell Amal because Amal is young and she does not want to remind her of her pain. That is why she asks Mahid if he will come with her.
Mahid refuses. Seher says she needed him but it is okay if he does not feel comfortable. She says perhaps holding on to the wounds of the past is more important for him. She leaves.
Seher Remembers Fareed’s Advice
Seher thinks about what Fareed told her in flashbacks. Fareed says Seher should use three techniques to help Mahid recover from his panic attacks.
First she has to make Mahid’s triggers feel normal. For that she needs to increase Mahid’s confidence and self-belief. He says Mahid needs to believe that he can handle his triggers. When Mahid starts feeling safe with himself and believes that he can control his emotions his panic attacks will slowly reduce on their own.
Fareed says the second thing is to spend some good moments with Mahid. So whenever Mahid thinks about her he should remember the good moments they spent together instead of only remembering the painful ones.
Mahid Decides to Accompany Seher
In the present Mahid wonders if the madrasa has called Seher for some work. He thinks that if they were at the dargah Seher would not be able to reach him.
He says if he goes out looking for a mosque Seher will not be able to ask him to go to the graveyard. Seher thinks Mahid will come after her and stop her but he does not come.
Mahid finally comes and stops Seher. Seher feels happy that he has come. She says if he does not want to come it is okay. Mahid tells her not to worry because he can take care of himself.
Amal Falls into Husna’s Trap
Meanwhile Amal goes for an interview. Dilnaz tells Amal not to worry and says her meeting will go very well. She says Sana had sent Amal’s manuscript and it was very good.
The boss praises Amal and says her story is very interesting. He says they will start the final drafting work for the book. Amal thanks Dilnaz. Dilnaz says Amal does not need to thank her she needs to give her an advance.
She says she needs one lakh rupees now and asks when Amal will get the starting amount. Amal says she does not have that much money right now. She says when the publisher gives her an advance she will give Dilnaz her percentage.
Amal Feels Pressured
Dilnaz says the one lakh rupees is her fee for introducing Amal to the publisher. Amal says Sana never asked her for anything like this.
Dilnaz says if Amal feels the fee is too high she can ask the publisher to stop the work. Amal asks her to give her some time to think. Dilnaz pressures her not to step back from the deal.
She says if Amal manages to arrange the money and gives it to her by tomorrow she will make the call. Amal agrees and leaves. Husna hears this. She asks Dilnaz if Amal will get trapped in her plan.
Dilnaz assures her. She says she will not leave Amal until she gets trapped.
Mahid and Seher Reach Kausar’s Grave
Mahid and Seher reach the graveyard. Mahid thinks that Seher needs him to be strong right now. Seher thinks the dream Kausar had come true she has now become the same doctor Kausar dreamed of.
She thinks Kausar wanted her to see other people’s wounds before her own tears. Seher thinks she has to stay strong for Mahid. Mahid asks if she has brought yellow flowers.
Seher says she knows that Kausar loved the color yellow. Seher becomes emotional when she sees Kausar’s grave. Mahid also tries to control his emotions.
Mahid Supports Seher
Mahid asks Seher if this is her first time coming to Kausar’s grave. He asks if she will not talk to her mother. Seher asks what she should say.
He says to tell she has become a doctor and is making her proud. He should tell Kausar that she has become what she wanted her to become. Seher asks what she should do.
Seher Breaks Down
Mahid says Kausar has not really left them she has only left this world. He says on the day of judgment Kausar will meet Seher smile at her and hug her.
Seher breaks down emotionally and hugs Mahid.
Precap: Seher asks Mahid what he remembers when he thinks about his mother. Mahid says on the night of the Walima Kausar came to him. She told him that she wanted to take Seher far away. But he refused to let her go.
He says he regrets his decision. He says even today he thinks that if he had said yes to her perhaps Kausar would still be alive.
