Today’s episode begins with Seher breaking down at Kausar’s grave. Mahid comforts her. He tells Seher Kausar must be watching them from far away and would be happy to see her.
Seher thinks she has to control herself. She says she has come here not for herself but for Mahid. Seher tells Mahid Kausar used to say whenever she had a good day in this world she would live it fully.
Seher Remembers Kausar’s
Seher tells Mahid that they should talk about Kausar so that wherever she is, she will be smiling. She asks Mahid come to his mind whenever he thinks about Kausar.
Mahid says that sometimes people regret the decisions they make in life. He says on the night of the Walima Kausar had come to him and said that she wanted to take Seher far away.
Mahid Regrets Refusing Kausar
Mahid says he clearly refused her. He says that even today he thinks if he had said yes to Kausar maybe she would still be alive and with him.
He says perhaps they would have been happy and living in another city. Mahid says their lives could have been different with less pain and more smiles.
Seher says Mahid keeps Kausar’s memories with him but he also carries a lot of regret.
Seher Shares a Memory of Kausar
Seher decides to tell Mahid a story about Kausar. She says once she and Kausar were alone when a thief entered their house to steal. Kausar told the thief there was nothing in the house to steal and offered to cook food for him.
After some time Kausar came out with the food. Seher that there were no potatoes in the food. The thief started crying while eating it. He said his mother used to cook food in the same way. Seher says the thief suddenly remembered his mother. Kausar packed all the food and gave it to the thief.
Seher says Kausar’s kindness saved the thief’s life. Mahid says it is a beautiful story and asks if Seher just made it up. He says he always creates stories and tells them to Qias. Seher says she would never lie while sitting beside Kausar’s grave.
Seher Breaks Down Emotionally
A man notices Mahid and asks what he is doing there. He says a boy is only 18 years old and he has lost his father. He says the boy is already broken so if he says something to him it may give him some strength.
Seher asks Mahid to go as he needs him. Mahid leaves. After Mahid leaves Seher cries near Kausar’s grave and remembers all her memories with her. Seher says she knows Kausar remembers her as much as she remembers Kausar.
She says that her heart does not accept that she cannot hug Seher even once. She says Kausar being away from her was God’s decision.
Amal Worries About Money
Meanwhile Amal is worried about money. She says it is a matter of one lakh and she will return the money within a month. She thinks she should speak to Sultana and Fareed once.
Sultana and Fareed are discussing a case.
Amal comes there. Fareed asks her what happened with her manuscript. Amal says she sent the manuscript and they liked it . Fareed congratulates her. He says he knows Amal will one day become the number-one writer.
Sultana says she is sure Amal has come to not give them this good news because she does not consider them her parents. Fareed says they should be happy their daughter is sharing her achievement with them. He says Sultana is demotivating Amal.
Sultana Questions Amal
Sultana asks Amal if she is wrong. She asks Amal to tell them honestly why she came. Sultana asks if she needs money. She asks how much she needs.
Amal says she needs something from both of them and leaves angrily. Fareed asks Sultana why she had to bring up the topic of money with Amal. Sultana says she knows Amal better.
She says she understood from Amal’s face that she needed money. She says whenever Amal’s pocket money is used to finish she would come with the same helpless expression to ask for money.
Fareed Defends Amal
Fareed says there is no big problem because whatever they earn is for Amal too. Sultana says she only wants Amal to speak openly with them so they can help her.
Meanwhile Amal thinks she should not have gone to them for money. She thinks she must find a way to stand on her own feet.
She wants to earn her own money so that Sultana and Fareed understand she does not need them only for money.
Mahid Helps a Young Boy
A man scolds a young boy and asks why he is crying like a girl. He tells the boy his father is no longer there he now has to take care of his mother and sister.
Mahid comes there and pushes the man away. The man asks why Mahid hit him. Mahid says this child has already lost his father and he cannot even cry properly. The man apologises.
Mahid encourages the child and tells him to cry as much as he wants He tells the boy if he wants his father’s soul to rest in peace he should become the kind of person his father wanted him to be. Mahid tells him to take care of himself and go home.
Mahid Tries to Make Seher Smile
Mahid returns to Seher. He asks her if she is okay. Seher says she is smiling because this is what Kausar wanted.
Mahid cleans the dirt from Seher’s face. He tells her if seeing her smile makes him smile and reduces her pain in his life then he is ready to keep smiling for the rest of his life.
Husna Manipulates Hakim
At Niyazi Manzil Husna asks Hakim if he remembers the way her mother usedb when she wanted her prayers to be accepted. She asks him to tell her the method.
Hakim says that he may not remember. Husna tries to manipulate him. She says if Mahid’s engagement happens according to her plan she will return to the village with him. Hakim also doesn’t remember the method but feels he has to lie to keep Husna happy.
He lies and tells her to tie a black thread to an egg. He says if the egg does not break it means her prayer will be accepted.
Husna wishes that Amal gets trapped in Dilnaz’s plan. She says this way she will succeed in trapping Seher and Amal in the engagement.
Mahid Wants to Reduce Seher’s Pain
Later Mahid and Seher return home. Seher thinks about the time she spent with Kausar. Suddenly Mahid stops the car because of traffic.
Mahid says shhe has told him to smile but he knows that the pain in her heart will not disappear just by smiling.
He asks Seher what he can do to make her pain better.
Precap: Mahid asks Haider if he has again started trying to take away his work. Haider says Seher has completely taken over Mahid’s heart and mind.
Because of this Mahid cannot see anything else so someone has to do the work. Haider says Mahid has forgotten that this work is free.
Mahid says he has already admitted the children to school and he will not come tomorrow. He says he will manage the children’s work himself.
