Today’s episode begins with Zafar telling Mahid that until he proves both his and Kausar’s innocence. Haider will sit in the office not him.
Mahid says that Zafar is a respected elder of the community and was very close to Usman but he does not have the right to decide who will sit in the office. He tells Usman himself choose him for this responsibility.
Zafar says Mahid had tried to rebel against Usman. He says Mahid gathered the younger members of the community and even reached Niyazi Manzil. He asks why he did that.
Mahid Takes a Stand
Mahid says his disagreement was never with Usman but with some of his ideas. He says he was successful in making Usman understand his point of view.
Mahid says some of his decisions were incomplete but Usman had accepted both him and his thinking . He says Usman was even going to announce it publicly before he passed away.
Mahid says that if everyone truly trusts and respects Usman’s judgment then they should not question his decision. Zafar says that before becoming a Mufti Mahid must first win back the trust of the community.
He tells Mahid when Usman chose him for the Mufti position he was loved by the people so Zafar had promised to support him.
Mahid Determined to Reveal the Truth
Zafar says the situation has changed and the people no longer trust him. Mahid says he has complete faith in himself. He says people may doubt him today but once he proves the truth they will accept both him and the truth.
He declares that no matter how loudly lies speak in the end the truth always stands tall. After saying this Mahid leaves.
The people continue gossiping. They say Mahid supports the wrong people and still shows attitude. They mock him saying he has ruined his life because of his wife.
Seher Tries to Find Hussain
Seher and Amal hear people gossiping about Kausar. They say Kausar murdered Usman and ran away while her daughters are freely roaming around the market. They comment that neither Kausar nor her daughters look worried.
Amal asks Seher where they are going. Seher says that among the people who were chasing Kausar yesterday there was a man named Hussain. She decides to go to his house.
Seher reaches Hussain’s house and his wife insults her. Seher asks where Hussain is. Hussain’s wife accuses Seher of coming to kill him just like Kausar killed Usman. Seher says she only wants to speak to Hussain.
Seher Refuses to Back Down
Hussain’s wife says he is not at home and stops Seher from entering. Seher tells her that Hussain was among the people chasing Kausar yesterday. She says Hussain does not have the courage to face her and asks his wife to call him outside.
Hussain’s wife continues avoiding the question. Suddenly she slips. Seher and Amal confront her and say they will not leave until she tells them where Hussain is.
Hussain’s wife starts shouting for help. Amal warns everyone that if anyone tries to help her she will not spare them.
Tahir Help Seher
Tahir arrives and asks Seher to leave. People gather around and ask Tahir to throw Seher out. Amal warns the crowd that if anyone touches Seher she will post everything on social media.
Hussain’s wife throws rice paste at Seher. Seher moves aside and the paste falls on Tahir instead. Tahir tells Seher that fighting against everyone will not help. He says they need these people’s support if they want to find out what happened to Kausar.
Seher Challenges Everyone
Seher refuses to back down. She says the real drama will start now . Seher says those people have already done what they wanted and now it is her turn. She accuses them of hiding their crimes by becoming part of the crowd.
Seher vows to find every single person who chased Kausar through the jungle like wild animals and make them answer for their actions. Sofia watches everything from a distance.
Husna Tries to Manipulate Mahid
Meanwhile Mahid returns to Niyazi Manzil. Husna asks where he was all night and says she kept waiting for him.
Mahid sarcastically asks if she was so worried about him that she seated Haider in his office instead. Husna tries to defend herself. She says there was too much responsibility and pressure. The entire community was angry and someone had to control the situation.
She says that if Mahid was not available then Haider was the next best option. Husna says she understands how Mahid feels because he always dreams of becoming Mufti since childhood. She blames Kausar and Seher for destroying that dream.
Mahid stops her and tells her not to accuse innocent people. Husna says Pervez showed Kausar’s video to the entire community. She says everyone believes Pervez is telling the truth.
Mahid replies he will settle this matter today itself. Mahid Calls Seher to Parvez’s House
Mahid Asks Tahir for Help
Later Seher asks Tahir whether Mahid sent him. She tells Tahir to leave and inform Mahid that she does not need his help.
Tahir says Mahid is his friend but he is also like a brother to him. He says he only came to share Kausar’s pain and support Seher. Tahir tells her that she is not alone and that he stands with her.
Just then Tahir receives a call from Mahid.
Mahid asks him to bring Seher to Parvez’s house. Tahir becomes nervous about taking Seher there. He tells Seher nobody knows where Kausar is and suggests questioning Parvez.
Tahir says there is a possibility that Parvez also went into the jungle and may know something important. Amal agrees with the idea.
Mahid confront Parvez
Meanwhile Sofia tells Parvez that while he is sitting peacefully at home, Seher and Amal are creating chaos outside and searching for everyone involved in attacking Kausar.
She fears that all the blame may once again fall on Parvez. Parvez says she should celebrate because Kausar is gone. At that moment someone knocks on the door. Parvez opens it and is shocked to see Mahid standing there.
Parvez says he does not know where Kausar is. He says he is also worried because Kausar was once his wife. Just then Seher arrives and asks about Parvez. Parvez tries to escape after tricking Mahid but Seher blocks his path.
Mahid Exposes Parvez
The police also arrive. Parvez asks what crime he has committed. He says he only showed proof of Kausar’s betrayal. Mahid says he has proof against Parvez as well.
Mahid shows a video of Parvez trying to kill Kausar by throwing her into a water tank.
Parvez is shocked. Amal becomes furious and says she will never forgive him for trying to kill Kausar.
Mahid tells Parvez if he knows where Kausar is he should tell them. Otherwise nobody can stop him from going to jail. Parvez defends himself and says the video is fake and is created using AI. The police arrest Parvez.
Seher and Mahid Share a Small Moment
Amal becomes happy that Parvez has finally been arrested. She asks Seher whether she will at least thank Mahid now. Instead Seher leaves.
Seher accidentally bumps into a man and all his laces fall onto the ground. The man scolds Seher and asks her to pick them up. Mahid gives the man money for the damaged laces.
Mahid then helps Seher untangle the laces. He says he is only helping her. Seher quickly ties all the laces. Mahid says he has understood her method. Whenever she wants him to do something she simply says the opposite.
Seher replies that it would be better if he did not say anything at all.
Precap: People question Mahid and ask what answer he will give to everyone. Mahid says that all their questions will soon be answered. He declares that after revealing all the truth he will finally tell everyone what really happened with Usman. Husna is left shocked.
