The transaction was officially registered on August 6, 2026, with the seller identified as Singular Health Private Limited and the buyer listed under the singer’s full legal name, Sonu Agamkumar Nigam.
Financial details from the property registration show that the office unit was bought for a base consideration value of ₹1 crore, translating to an impressive rate of approximately ₹38,710 per square foot of carpet area. To finalize the deal, Sonu Nigam paid an additional ₹6 lakh towards stamp duty along with a registration fee of ₹30,000, bringing the total overall investment for the acquisition to around ₹1.06 crore. The purchase reflects the ongoing strong interest among celebrities and high-net-worth investors in securing commercial real estate across key Mumbai pockets like Andheri, Bandra, and Juhu, where commercial and residential spaces consistently hold high market value.
This latest investment adds to a busy streak of real estate activity for the singer and his family over the past two years. Prior to this office purchase, Sonu Nigam had been actively restructuring his property portfolio, having sold multiple land parcels in Karjat near Mumbai earlier in the year. In April and May 2026, he divested over 2.9 hectares of land in the Karjat region in two separate transactions for a combined total of ₹2.9 crore. Additionally, his family made significant moves in the market when his father, Agam Kumar Nigam, acquired a residential and commercial plot on Madh Island for ₹10 crore in February 2026.
