Today’s episode begins with Hemant telling Tulsi that Baa’s total properties net worth is around ₹700 crore. Gautam says that they also have Amba Bhawan in Anjar. Tulsi says that Amba Bhawan has been given for Bandhani work and no one will touch it.
Hemant says that apart from that many properties are in Tulsi’s name and she is also involved in the business. He asks Tulsi to take the Power of Attorney papers that he and Gautam had prepared together. He tells her to check them and then decide whether she wants to give the responsibility to Parth or Riyo.
Tulsi says that BapuJi had given the Power of Attorney to Mihir but Chirag, Kiran and everyone else helped him. She says that this time the same thing is needed. Hemant says that she must decide whose name the Power of Attorney will be given to.
Nandini Doubts Riyo’s Intentions
Gautam says that since they are talking about business Parth is very creative while Riyo is also very good in business. He says Riyo is a true businessman who knows the value of things so it will not be easy for Tulsi to choose between them.
Nandini asks if they can trust Riyo so much. She says they have only recently learned about his past and no one knows what he might do after getting the Power of Attorney.
Tulsi tells Nandini that she may not agree but she trusts Riyo. The biggest reason for her trust is that Karan raised him. Tulsi says that either Riyo or Ansh must receive the Power of Attorney. The person who gets it will handle the company and properties.
She makes it clear that she is not distributing property. She is only giving responsibility. It is a Power of Attorney not ownership of the property. Hemant agrees and says the decision should be fair so that nobody feels there is favoritism. Tulsi says the decision will be made in front of everyone.
Tulsi Announced a Competition
Vaishavi says that the meeting went well. Riyo says it might not have gone that way if Parth had been there. Parth says that Riyo should stop misunderstandings him because it will only help him move forward.
At that moment Riyo receives a call from Tulsi. She asks him to come home immediately. Soon Parth also receives a similar call.
After some time Tulsi tells Parth and Riyo that the business Power of Attorney will be given to one of them. She says it is a huge responsibility and therefore she cannot make the decision without a test. Tulsi gives both of them 5,000 Bandhani sarees each. She says they must find the best way to sell them and bring maximum benefit to the company. The result of this task will depend on their hard work and thinking.
Riyo agrees to participate. Parth also accepts the challenge.
Nandini and Niyati Clash
Later Tulsi is preparing pickles. Pooja says it is a very important day for both Parth and Riyo. Niyati says Riyo has excellent business sense because Karan has taught him everything over the years. She is confident that he will win.
Nandini says a son is always like his father. Just as Karan is good at business Parth is also talented. She praises Parth’s creativity and design sense and says nobody can compete with him. Niyati argues that Riyo is stronger in many other business areas.
Nandini replies that design is the foundation because of products. Tulsi stops the argument and says the competition is not meant to prove that one grandson is better than the other. She says both have different talents and if they work together the business can benefit even more.
Tulsi explains that the Power of Attorney is only meant to create clarity in business administration. It does not mean that one grandson is less capable than the other. She says all her grandchildren are equal and everyone has equal rights in the business, family and house.
Parth’s Creative Saree Plan
Vaishavi tells Parth that Riyo has loaded all 5,000 sarees into a tempo and gone somewhere.
Parth says he does not know what Riyo plans to do but he is sure Riyo will lose badly. Vaishavi says maybe Riyo has already secured a deal and is taking the sarees there. Parth says that Riyo may sell the sarees but he will earn more profit by creating better designs.He shows Vaishavi the redesigned sarees.
Vaishavi is impressed and praises his work.
Parth says that he came early in the morning and created unique designs using the sarees Tulsi had given him. He says he already sent the designs to a client and the client loved them. The client is ready to buy all the sarees.
Parth says they now need to pack the sarees quickly and deliver them so that he can become the winner. Vaishavi says Tulsi only promoted Bandhani in the traditional way but Parth has given it a modern look. Parth says that once the delivery is completed on time everyone will see how quickly he closed such a profitable deal.
He thanks Vaishavi for her support but says he feels a little bad for Riyo because he is going to lose badly.
Riyo’s Surprising Marketing Strategy
Meanwhile Riyo starts distributing the sarees on the streets. A woman tells him that nobody will buy such expensive sarees there.
Riyo surprises everyone by saying the sarees are completely free. The woman takes a few sarees and informs others that free sarees are being distributed. Soon a huge crowd gathers.
Riyo asks everyone to remember that this saree is of Virani Industries. A reporter arrives and starts covering the event.
Riyo’s Move Shocks Tulsi
Later Tulsi learns that Parth sold 500 sarees in just one day and earned four times the profit. She is very impressed. Nandini proudly says that she already knew Parth would succeed because he is exactly like Karan.
Niyati feels uncomfortable because Riyo has still not returned. Tulsi asks Parth about him. Parth says that Riyo left in the morning with the sarees and no one knows where he has been. Just then Riyo arrives. Parth tells him that he had earned profit by elling the sarees given by Tulsi . Riyo calmly replies Good.
Hemant asks him how many sarees he sold and how much profit he made. Riyo shocks everyone by saying that his profit is zero. Gautam asks if he could not sell even a single saree. Riyo confirms that he did not sell any.
Tulsi tells him not to worry because he still has time and can try again the next day. Riyo then reveals that there are no sarees left because all of them are gone. Everyone is shocked. Hemant asks where the sarees went. Parth says that Riyo is going to bankrupt the family.
Tulsi becomes worried and asks if someone cheated on him or stole the sarees.
Riyo Impresses Everyone
Riyo takes Gautam’s laptop and plays a news report. The report praises Virani Industries new marketing strategy.
The woman who received the free sarees praises Tulsi and Virani Industries. The family realises that Riyo’s free distribution campaign has generated huge publicity for the company. Tulsi is impressed and happy with Riyo’s unique idea.
Precap: Tulsi tells Karan that she can no longer tolerate the injustice being done to Riyo and Niyati. She believes they deserve their rightful place and rights in the family.
