Today’s episode begins with Riyo telling Tulsi with all due respect that he has not hurt anyone’s feelings. He says that he did not sell a single saree and did not earn any money he has brought respect and recognition to the family and its name.
Riyo says that women are talking about their sarees today. He says he distributed the sarees for free but every woman blessed Tulsi. He adds that the Virani Industries name has now become a household name. Their Bandhani sarees have become famous on the internet and even on news channels. As a result they have become popular everywhere.
Parth Objects Tulsi
Parth becomes furious and says that Tulsi’s condition was to sell sarees and earn money. Nandini also supports Parth.
Tulsi says she knows Riyo did not earn money. She explains that earning money in today’s world is easy but earning goodwill and receiving blessings from poor people is very difficult.
She reminds Riyo that he promised jobs to those women and must fulfill that promise. she says that the blessings he earned, the happiness on their face, and the goodwill he created cannot be measured as profit or loss.
Tulsi says that Riyo has earned goodwill not only for Virani Industries but also for the Virani family. She believes that blessings from the poor always bring positive results. She says what Riyo did should not be seen from a profit but a of purpose and values. She says that purpose and values cannot be given a price tag. Hemant also agrees with Tulsi.
Riyo Wins the Power of Attorney
Pooja says that the decision now belongs to Tulsi regarding who should receive the Power of Attorney.
Tulsi says she will not take the decision alone because it concerns the business and the company. Therefore, everyone should be involved in the decision. She asks everyone whom they want to give the Power of Attorney to.
Hemant and Gautam both choose Riyo. Riyo smirks while Parth is left shocked. Tulsi tells Parth not to feel small because of the elders decision. She says that selling 5,000 sarees at a higher profit would have been much easier.
However she says something Parth may have missed. she says every company manufactures products and sells them at a profit but companies become unique when they combine business with social goods. She says Riyo did exactly that.
Tulsi announces that the Power of Attorney will be given to Riyo. Niyati becomes emotional and says she is proud of him.
Riyo Refuses the Power of Attorney
Riyo says he appreciates the decision and is grateful but he is not interested in the Power of Attorney. He explains that he was given a challenge and accepted it. He completed the challenge because that is who he is not because he wanted authority. He asks Tulsi to give the Power of Attorney to Parth.
Parth angrily tells Riyo not to act great. He says that just because Riyo has thrown something away does not mean he will pick it up. Riyo says Tulsi is giving it from her heart and he is simply saying that he does not want it. He says he never came to the house to hurt anyone. Everyone in the family is his own family and he is not here to compete against them.
Riyo says that he did not know much about Bapuji’s business ideology but he has realized that Bapuji’s way of doing business and his way are very similar.
He says he knows how to run a business and for him the biggest achievement is that the family’s name reached poor people, their sarees became famous and the Virani family received recognition. That alone is enough for him. He requests that the Power of Attorney be given to Parth.
Tulsi Stands for Family Unity
Tulsi says her goal was always to bring relationships together not break them. She explains that a Power of Attorney is a legal instrument not a football that one brother can pass to another.
Tulsi says she is happy that Riyo values relationships more than business. She adds that respect for relationships is what keeps a family strong. She says her intention was never to create a rift between the brothers. She wanted clarity for the company’s administration so everyone would know who should handle paperwork.
Tulsi says she likes that Riyo does not want to fight with Parth and prefers partnership instead. She praises Niyati for giving Riyo such good values and says that elders always want younger family members to stay united. Riyo hugs Niyati and then tries to hug Parth but Parth angrily walks away.
Riyo Makes Parth Jealous
Later Vaishavi congratulates Riyo. Riyo jokes that if Parth heard this he would become angry again. Vaishavi says Parth is mature and understanding. She adds that she is proud of Riyo because he promoted Bandhej in a completely different way. She never imagined it would become so viral and thanks him for his efforts. Vaishavi says Tulsi is right he is genuinely a good-hearted person.
Parth overhears the conversation. Seeing Parth Riyo deliberately holds Vaishavi’s hand and asks whether she is genuinely praising him or simply being polite.Vaishavi says she truly believes he did a great job.
Riyo asks if she is impressed and she admits that she is. He tells her that her compliments mean a lot to him. Parth becomes furious after seeing Riyo holding Vaishavi’s hand.
Parth and Vaishavi Argument
Parth confronts Vaishavi and asks what is going on. He vents his frustration and says that she is his girlfriend and should be supporting him instead.
Vaishavi tells that they were only discussing work. Parth says there was no need for her to congratulate Riyo. He tells her that he is her future husband and should be more important to her. He says if she works with Riyo she should treat him only as a co-worker.
Vaishavi becomes upset and asks why he is speaking to her like this. She says he helped increase Bandhej sales she was thanking Riyo for his contribution.
She tells Parth that Tulsi and the rest of the family also praised Riyo because he genuinely did good work. Parth continues arguing. He says that Riyo constantly tries to show him down and never misses an opportunity to embarrass him. He tells Vaishavi that he has repeatedly told her that he dislikes Riyo yet she continues praising him.
Vaishavi says Parth is crossing a line. Parth tells her to leave if she wants and go congratulate Riyo. Vaishavi left Heartbroken.
Riyo Comforts Vaishavi
Tulsi witnesses the argument and feels concerned about the way Parth spoke to Vaishavi. Vaishavi thinks that despite knowing her well Parth still doubts her intentions.
Riyo sees Vaishavi crying and asks if Parth scolded her because she spoke with him.
He tells her to forget the issue. Vaishavi says she only came to wish him and does not understand why it became such a big problem.
Riyo says Parth is not behaving maturely. He tries to cheer her up, makes her smile and tells her to relax. Riyo says he respects women and offers her a tissue. Tulsi notices this as well.
Nandini Shares Her Concerns
Later Nandini keeps thinking about Tulsi’s words. Parth approaches her and asks why she looks upset. Nandini says that Tulsi is giving everything to Riyo. She questions who he really is and why so much trust is being placed in him.
She feels Tulsi is making a mistake. Parth agrees and says that Riyo is not exactly what he appears to be. Nandini says Tulsi is becoming too emotional for Riyo.
Parth Plans to Propose to Vaishavi
Parth then tells Nandini that he needs her help with something important. He says he hurt Vaishavi and wants to make things right because her birthday is the next day.
Parth reveals that he loves Vaishavi. Nandini asks if he has ever told her directly. Parth says he was never completely sure before. Nandini praises Vaishavi and says she is a wonderful girl.
Parth asks for help planning her birthday celebration. Nandini suggests organizing a surprise party because girls usually love surprises. Parth then reveals that he is planning to propose to Vaishavi.
Nandini encourages him not to wait any longer. She offers to accompany him to buy the ring and suggests keeping the party at home. Parth thanks her and says Vaishavi is very family-oriented just like Nandini.
Precap: Tulsi tells Karan that she can no longer tolerate the injustice being done to Riyo and Niyati. She believes they deserve their rightful place and rights.
Later Tulsi wonders how time will heal the pain, misunderstandings, and conflicts that have developed within the family relationships.
