Today’s episode begins with Pari praising Munni’s cooking. She says the aroma reminds her of the food once made by Tulsi. Pari reflects on how fortunate Munni is to have learned so much from Tulsi while she herself couldn’t learn anything despite everything that happened. Excited Pari asks Munni to quickly serve her halwa as she can’t wait to taste it.
Just then Tismi arrives and informs Munni that she is ready to go out. Pari thinks Munni is taking Tismi to the office and compares her with Mitali who only thought about herself. She feels Munni is handling both work and Tismi beautifully.
Munni serves breakfast to everyone and the entire family praises her cooking.
Munni Misunderstand Mihir’s Gift
Mihir gives Munni a gift as a token for her first kitchen ritual. Munni Misunderstand thinks it’s just a reward but Mihir clarifies that it is her right as the daughter-in-law of the house. He mentions that Tulsi would have gifted her jewelry if she were present. Munni happily accepts it as a blessing.
She mentions she is getting late for the office. Shobha asks her to have breakfast first. Angad asks about Hrithik and Munni informs them that he has gone to the factory.
Tulsi and Hrithik Appreciate Munni
At the factory Tulsi and Hrithik enjoy the halwa sent by Munni. Tulsi praises her cooking. Hrithik says Munni is a wonderful person and shares a great bond with Tismi.
Tulsi adds that Munni will prove to be an even better mother than a wife. She acknowledges how difficult it is for a woman to accept a divorced man and his child and appreciates Munni for taking on such a big responsibility.
Hrithik says he will never forget what Munni has done for him and how she changed his life. He also expresses concern about Karan and Nandini’s irresponsible behavior.
Family Worried About Karan and Nandini
At the breakfast table Vrinda notices Karan and Nandini are absent. Mihir says he doesn’t understand their relationship sometimes they seem normal and other times completely distant.
Gayatri agrees and says they should at least think about Samara. Angad tries to reassure everyone while Shobha mentions Hrithik has gone to talk to Tulsi. Mihir believes Tulsi will handle everything.
Hrithik Requests Tulsi to Return
Hrithik tells Tulsi that although Karan and Nandini seemed fine during the sangeet it was all a facade. In reality their relationship is still broken and this can make Samara under stress. Tulsi agrees that children suffer when parents fight. Hrithik urges her to return to Shantiniketan saying too many relationships have already broken and another one cannot be allowed to fall apart.
Tulsi however refuses. She says there comes a time when children must handle their own problems. She assures him she will help Karan and Nandini but will not return home.
Family Shocked by Tulsi’s Decision
Hrithik informs the family about Tulsi’s refusal over a phone call. Everyone is shocked and saddened. Mihir feels that the punishment for his mistake is being borne by the entire family. Though he doesn’t call Tulsi wrong he wonders who will bring her back.
Karan overhears this and becomes tense. He calls Gautam and asks him to listen to him once.
Mihir Confronts Tulsi
Mihir meets Tulsi and asks her to surprise everyone by returning home. He says the mistake was his so why is the entire family suffering? He pleads with her to come back for the sake of the children and even offers to leave the house himself if needed.
Tulsi firmly refuses. She says she didn’t take this decision lightly and cannot build a future on a broken relationship. She again refuses to return to Shantiniketan.
Munni’s Question Hrithik
At home Hrithik sees Munni helping Tismi with homework. Tismi happily shares that Munni took her to the office.
Hrithik praises Munni calling her a perfect partner who manages everything home, office, and child. He calls marrying her his smartest decision. Munni then asks why he married her. Hrithik replies that his life was incomplete without her. Just then Nandini arrives to talk to Hrithik.
Niona’s Health Deteriorates
Meanwhile Niona’s condition worsens. Suchi tries to give her medicine but she refuses. Suchi scolds her saying Mihir isn’t the only important person in her life and emotionally insists that she must get treatment. She says she cannot live with the guilt of not trying to save her sister. Both get emotional.
At the hospital Tulsi donates blood. The doctor praises people like her for helping society. While leaving Tulsi notices Niona and Suchi at the hospital and becomes concerned seeing Niona’s condition.
Tulsi and Nandini’s Confrontation
Tulsi returns home and meets Nandini, who has been waiting for her. Tulsi confronts her about her strained relationship with Karan. Nandini admits she feels suffocated and cannot continue like this.
Tulsi reminds her to think about her children. Nandini then questions Tulsi about not returning to Shantiniketan even after knowing Mihir is innocent. She insists Tulsi’s presence is necessary to save her marriage and says she will return to India to try and fix things.
Tulsi agrees to help but firmly refuses to return to Shantiniketan stating that as a woman she understands the importance of self-respect.
Ajay Proposes to Pari
Pari waits for Ajay. When he arrives, he shares his stress about Sunny’s strange behavior and his parents pressuring him to remarry.
Pari suggests it’s not wrong as single parenting is difficult.Ajay feels he is failing as a parent and asks Pari to marry him and become Sunny’s mother. Pari gets upset as he keeps bringing up the same topic and leaves.
Tulsi’s Emotional Prayer
Tulsi prays to God expressing her inner conflict between self-respect and her children. She asks for guidance.
Gautam Questions Tulsi
Gautam comes to meet Tulsi and tells her that he wants answers to a few questions. Tulsi looks confused. Gautam says that today he has come with the hope of hearing the truth. He tells her that her family Karan, Nandini, Hrithik, Pari, Angad, Mihir have always been important to her but he feels he was never as important.
He asks her to place her hand on her heart and honestly say whether she ever loved and cared for him the same way she did for the others. Did she give him the same affection, attention, and everything he truly deserved? He insists she tell the truth wasn’t there always a slight difference in how she treated him compared to the others? Tulsi responds that she never intentionally treated him differently. She says he is her first child and because of him she understood what it means to be a mother. She admits that managing such a big family and all relationships is not easy. She tried to give her best to everyone but perhaps while handling everything, she may have fallen short somewhere in his case. She accepts that she might not have lived up to his expectations.
Gautam says that at least she admitted that she fell short for him. He then asks if she would give him something if he asked for it today. He adds that if she refuses it wouldn’t surprise him as he has been denied all his life.
Tulsi immediately says she won’t refuse and asks him what he wants. Gautam says that he wants her to return to Shantiniketan.
Tulsi Finally Agrees
Tulsi is shocked. He explains that his children his family everyone needs her and without her everything is falling apart. He says that even though he always felt she never did much for him today he is asking her to do this for him come back home.
Tulsi remains silent. Gautam assumes that like always she won’t fulfill his wish and starts to leave. Tulsi stops him and says that he is her first child just like her. She has spent her entire life for the family. She reveals that she made the most effort with Karan so that no one in society would ever feel he was not her own son just because she didn’t give birth to him. In doing so perhaps Gautam received less of her love.
She adds that when it came to property matters she worried more about Karan because she felt Gautam was strong and like her. She reflects that today da for the first time Gautam has asked for something not for himself not for his wife or son but for his family for the Virani family.
Tulsi says that because he is just like her she will fulfill his wish. She adds that everyone knows she is stubborn but now they will also know that the only person who can break her stubbornness is Gautam.
Finally Tulsi agrees to his demand and says she will return. Gautam becomes happy and thanks her.
Precap: Tulsi returns to Shantiniketan. Mihir welcomes her but Tulsi makes it clear that she has come back only as a mother not as his wife. Mihir vows to win her back.
